Food was delicious and Justin made sure everything was good!

I have been taking my two (very) little ones here for dinner once every week or so for the past few months. With the app, during weekdays you can get a free kids meal with an adult meal purchase. The kids meal is pretty large, so there are usually leftovers even wit the two kids sharing. Everyone eats, everyone is happy, and the staff are extremely welcoming. Karim especially has stood out in making our visits smooth and enjoyable.

I had my first-ever Mediterranean food experience at Luna Grill in Aliso Viejo, and it did not disappoint! Alex the cashier is an exceptional worker- super-attentive, quick and made sure everything was perfect. His recommendations were spot-on and the food was delicious. Overall, he’s a great worker and it really shows in the way he takes care of customers.

Great food! Nice ambiance. I didn’t know luna had Cesar salad!!! I enjoyed my medi salad with salmon but will be back! Also not sure who the Kitchen lead is but she is taking Luna and Food quality to the top shelf!!

today I went to eat at Luna grill and I order a Santorini bowl with chopped chicken and it was so delicious and really fast ,They preparations looks very fresh. I highly recommend this place. 5 stars from me.

Angel showed incredible service when we went in for dinner tonight. I came in with my baby and went towards the high chairs and he noticed and beat me to it and set it up at a table for me. I had placed an online order but decided we wanted to eat at the restaurant and he adjusted our items to be easy to eat there and brought a bag to pack everything up in for when we needed to leave. On our way out he recommended using their app or website to place our order so that we could get points and free kids meals during the week. All of this was him going out of his way to anticipate our needs and make it a great experience.

Great visit and top quality food. This is by far my favorite luna. The chef lady always kills it with her food quality. I will definitely be back with my mom.

The Pita bread and hummus is so good! Luna Grill no matter the location is so consistent in their health food and clean welcoming restaurants. This Aliso Viejo parking lot gets a little hectic with so many good places and restaurants in the complex, but everything else was great- service, and food quality. 5 stars.

The Pita bread and hummus is so good! Luna Grill no matter the location is so consistent in their health food and clean welcoming restaurants. Went in for lunch with my girlfriend and I and got a gyro and chicken wrap. They were loaded with protein and so delicious. And Justin was very helpful as well. Luna Grill’s become one of our favorite lunch spot in Aliso Viejo. 10/10 recommend!!

We love coming to Luna Grill with our family. It’s a great spot for us as parents with an infant and a 4 year old because the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. The food is always fresh and consistently good, which makes it easy to find something everyone enjoys. The staff is friendly, attentive, and make us feel comfortable every visit. It's a good way to stay competitive with some of the other healthy fast food outlets, and will definitely keep us coming back. Service was also especially good today. A gentleman by the name of Justin took our order and I suspect he may have been the GM or so; the speed and cleanliness and notably improved from the last couple times we came to this location

I ordered a catered meal for my widow’s group last evening and it was wonderful. Everyone raved over the quality of the food and the presentation. The salads were beautiful as well as fresh and delicious. The chicken and gyro meat excellent. Thank you for a successful evening.

Great food ! It’s hard to find a classic Gyro in the OC and Luna’s classic pita gyro is superb. Filled with a a savory, seasoned mixture of lamb and beef, excellent feta cheese , fresh cucumbers, tomato, tzatziki and pepperoncini. You can always count on Justin for friendly and speedy service. Skip fries and try the house cabbage salad on the side. A perfect combination after a long climbing session over at Sender One. Check out Luna Grill for fresh Mediterranean plates !

The service at this Mediterranean restaurant was outstanding—attentive, yet not intrusive. We started with a delicious feta and olive appetizer, followed by a rich and tender lamb shank. The food was flavorful and fresh, showcasing the best of Mediterranean cuisine. The ambiance was perfect for a laid-back evening, with soft lighting and a relaxed vibe. The interior is beautifully decorated, blending modern and traditional Mediterranean elements. This is definitely a place I’ll return to for its top-tier food and welcoming atmosphere.

Fresh and healthy food. I eat a ketogenic diet, and Luna Grill is so easy to find keto friendly food. I had a Greek salad with a chicken kabob, topped with tzatziki.

No multi grain pita bread on my plate. (2 pieces of pita)My girlfriend asked for extra pita bread for hers and may have received 3 pieces. Food was cold and the cook gave us extra grief for asking for extra sauce. This place is going down hill after this, probably won’t come back. Update*** I have been in touch with their customer service department. They have done everything in their power to help me out. I added a star just for this reason. I will try them again in the future and will continue this update on how the food/customer service is at that time. Update *** this restaurant made it right again and reached out to us. Excellent customer service. 2nd time going was great.

This place is on believable. Unacceptable. The management team lady name . Destiny is very rude. There was hair in the food and she was the one with the attitude saying this always happens to a whole bunch of people so they always have hair in their food and they have issues people call it wear a hairnet. That’s completely disgusting and gross and when I spoken to her and called her back because she hung up on my face telling her I want to speak to her head manager the way she treated me. She hung up on me and I told her I have my receipt and she said send it. I told her I want to speak to the person in charge. You are very disrespectful that’s not how you treat a customer the owner should. Fire her. She’s going to lose business and does not know how to treat customers she gave the wrong name by she was saying her name is Justin and then when I called back in the gentleman said her name was Destiny. Unbelievable the way they treat customers after they found a piece of hair in their food. Unacceptable.

Came here at 8:49 to place an order just to be told i can't place an order by the server wearing glasses. Never have i seen a food place turn down customers from ordering with 10 minutes left. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with management as well.

Tonight I wanted to order a pita, a kebab and some sides online for pickup. The website is infuriating. It demanded my personal information to SIGN IN/SIGN UP. Those were my only options. I couldn't go forward with my order without signing in or signing up. I didn't want to try to remember the password I made 6 months ago. I just wanted a damn sandwich. And I know you have my phone number because you spam me with texts every few days. So, I give up. If you make it so damn hard to order and I can't just checkout as a guest, forget it. NEVER ordering from you EVER again. NEVER.

So, I used to be a fan of Luna Grill Not anymore Today we went there and we ordered a Mediterranean Salad with chicken (which was supposed to be included in it, per their menu) but they charged me extra $12 for their “special chicken kabab” which I didn’t order and called it good. Our order for 2 chicken salads cost $50 😅 Which made me wondering hmmm. Wow why Luna is so expensive all in a sudden!!! It wasn’t a fine dining 🤔 Unfortunately I was very hungry and after I ate my food I asked them why did you charge me extra for chicken? Isn’t it already included in it? She said oops, you should’ve gotten two chicken or it was supposed to be replaced with chopped chicken (I have no Idea what the difference is), what we can do is put your name down for the next time you get a side or something 🙂🙂🙂🙂😂 I was like, No keep it. Thanks, there is no next time You probably dont care but I told her I’m not coming back. A $12 refund was super easy but it wasn’t an option apparently, which is fine But charging people like that, to me is a no no Again you might not care, but you lost one customer for good. And if you guys are going there to eat, make sure you read your receipt carefully before you touch your food, there might be something extra in it that you might not agree. Food was fantastic but the service was horrible. There is a person with glasses at the counter who was very rude. He kind of just slammed the take out order on the table while we were dining in and left without a.word. Totally regret giving him a good tip.
