Every time i come to this store on weekends, there's no Cheddar Cheese, 90% of the time. Always by the weekend they're out of stock on the Cheddar Cheese 😡 do better Subway
I love the idea of eating healthy. I'm fine with the prices in some case, however, I hate the fact that the server actually counts the amount of meat, cheese, and Items they put on the Sandwich. They serve so little, that it looks like your eating more bread than anything else, the lack of actual ingredients make the whole experience fall short. A $10 sandwich should be filling, and not feel like your mostly eating bread.
La razon de mi evaluacion esta referida a que en este lugar han puesto un mueble de servicio que no permite ver al cliente la cantidad de embutidos que se pone en la preparacion. Puedo decir, como cliente habitual de esta cadena, que nunca he visto poner tan poco jamon, pavo, y roastbeef en un sandwich!!!!
Vegetales marchitos y congelados. BLT con 5 ruedas de salami y chorizo en vez de 6 y pago solo cash no se porque motivo.
Personally I think they should at least have one person who speaks English . Not partially English because they misinterpret what we say.
The customer service for lunch times is terrible
I went to this location and they cut the tuna size portion substantially. The tuna scoop was the smallest I have ever seen in a subway location. When I asked the lady serving, she told me the owner changed it recently because the old one was too big and they were giving more. Are you kidding me?, basically if you order a tuna sub at this location you almost get no tuna. Avoid this location. I will skip it from now, also I will order the same sub in a different location next week to compare and if I get the right portion I might complain with corporate as they are basically stealing from ppl.
It's not the first, second or fifth time I order here and everything is wrong with my sandwich. I don't like to be THAT GUY, but how many times will my orders be wrong until things get straightened out? Never toasted, never use the chicken I ask, never throw in the stuff I ask. You guys see a pre-built and do it as the menu states, not at all how the customer asks. And by the looks of these reviews, I'm not the only one. The team tends to be rude, careless and plainly don't care about a thing. I know it's not the most glorious job, but you gotta do it, man.

El día miércoles 26 de noviembre de 2025, a las 4:00pm hice un pedido por Uber eats de este lugar de dos panes con tuna, y me llegó un pan sin tuna y otro con tuna, llamé para hacer una queja y la muchacha que me atendió me dijo que la manager ya se había ido y que le habían cambiado la cuchara de servir,y que si quería podía poner un mal review, y que tenía que ir a ese lugar para quejarme cuando hubiera alguien, muy mal educada, jamás volveré a pedir nada de este lugar, tengo fotos y pasaré por ahí en algún momento a quejarme, es una falta de respeto, deberían mejorar en el servicio, la foto que venden en la aplicación no se parece en nada a lo que recibí, es una falta de respeto lo que están haciendo, espero que el manager o el jefe vea este comentario, a ver si al menos toman alguna medida
En mis ultimas dos ordenes de sandwich de tuna apenas si han puesto tuna, con poca lechuga, poco tomate y cebolla, horrible el servicio, no lo recomiendo

Used to be really good until the good servers left now they have some people who can't even make a sandwich. Today I just went to order and the guy didn't even get the right cheese and I couldn't sit at a table cause all of the chairs were up and the lady was moving chairs and cleaning when it wasn't even closing time.
Hire people who speak English please...lady didn't understand one word I said and then the other one came to help and she barely spoke English and food wasn't worth the prices....go to publix for a sub at least you get your money's worth.

The owner of this franchise has gotten extremely cheap. I ordered an cold cut sandwich and they only put 3 pieces of each meat on the whole sandwich. When they put the veggies on the sandwhich they barley put anything on. I asked if I could get more and they told me it would be an extra charge to get more lettuce and tomato on my sandwich.
This was one of the first time I ever experienced bad customer service and as a paying customer I shouldn't have to experience that because I spend good money with them. It’s shame that they have staff that don’t speak English neither .
Worst customer service ever!!!One of the employees working there kept talking and talking to one of his other employees not helping the customers then a jacket my boyfriend had around his mouth he told My boyfriend he didn’t have it on right and to tie it in the back when he wasn’t even wearing a mask himself when he is the employee at the store...how unprofessional and unsafe !!

Today I had a bad experience at this Subway. I ate inside the restaurant, and after finishing my meal I asked to use the bathroom. The blonde girl at the cash register told me I couldn’t because it was just clean and close the bathroom after cleaning first time in my live earlier that. That was not true — I had been in the restaurant for about 20 minutes, and no one had cleaned the bathroom during that time. There were only three people inside, so it wasn’t busy at all. It felt disrespectful to be refused access to the bathroom after being a paying customer. Very disappointing service.
I had to leave mid order because none of the 2 workers spoke English! I understand that I live in Miami, however there’s still people here that speak English! I understand language barriers but common sense would be to have at least 1 employee on the clock that can communicate with English speaking customers! This is a bad business practice and it needs to be addressed! I will definitely be reaching out to corporate because this is not a good look for the brand. Subway in Silver Palms shopping center, DO BETTER! 🙄
Make sure before you scan your card they charge you the right amount . They like to charge you extra without you knowing . The lady literally asked me tip or no tip and I told her no tip and so I tapped my card on the pad . On the receipt it says that I put tip where I just scanned my card . She stated that since I didn’t click no it “automatically” took the tip . Clearly I told her no and if she was to properly speak English she would’ve saw that in the system . Please have people who knows English there . This is ridiculous!
I ordered 4 breakfast subs for delivery through their app and all arrived without egg. When I called restaurant I got the worst treatment you can imagine. One person blaming another but nobody took ownership. Asked for manager and of course there wasn’t one available. Filed case online and ended up receiving email from Miguel Consuegra who is supposed to be the owner. He asked me to provide copy of receipt so he can process refund. I sent receipt and over a week and 3 emails later and nothing from nobody. If I could put NO stars, I absolutely would.
I have never had a bad experience at this subway until now but it can clearly be the employee that was working, Frank. He was working on Monday January 3rd at 12pm. I had an online order pickup, when I got home I noticed there was a big mixup and my order wasn’t done correctly. I had received the wrong bread, not toasted, and no lettuce. I didn’t receive one call from the store regarding my order prior to pickup. I went back and in a polite matter asked for my sub to be fixed. There was no apology and I was completely disregarded when trying to speak. I said all the mishaps and Frank cut me off while speaking and just said it would be fixed. After my sub was done, I asked for his name. I also addressed that, next time a costumer is speaking maybe lookup and not be so disrespectful, he cut me off again to try ending the conversation for me to leave the store. The store was not busy so I see no need for this attitude and rudeness. I hope this issue is noticed by the manager because I will happily call to speak to one to hopefully not be disregarded again.
There sign reads open from 9 to 9. I got there at 8:55 so I wait 5 minutes. The guy working seen me didn't open into 9:20. So my 5 minutes turned into 25minutes. Walk in he tell there only taking cash. I go to get cash from publix only for the guy to tell me we only have white bread. And any online deal they can't do in that Store. So no online coupons. So if you want subway go to the one on 288. There so much nicer. They let you use all coupons. And they go out there way to help.
Absolutely terrible and disappointing really. Only two workers, which is fine. But neither knew any English at all. So placing order was a chore and also wasnt charged correctly for the pretty clear $6 meal of the day. Another lady came in after she took her online order pickup and apparently the whole order was wrong. Employees couldn’t understand her so they had to call the manager and other customers also were asked to translate.
I ordered online, the guy couldn’t find the order. I showed him the order was paid for and was ordered at his store. He made the order, he was mad when I told him to toast he refuse he wanted to add all the veggies. This man has anger issues, he put so much sauce in my sandwich it was soggy when I got home. It wasn’t cut and wrap properly. This angry very tall guy has no customer service skills and refuse to do what the customer want. He’s horrible and got on my nerves.
Just had the worst experience... upon entering the store I greeted one of the employees with a big HELLO! He literally stared through me and didn’t greet me in return ... He precedes to the service counter where the sandwiches are made and he says give me one second ... still no hello ... he tapes a piece of paper to the counter possibly an online order walks back into the office I presume ! I immediately left! That is not how you treat your customers! Common courtesy is due to a dog!
Worst service ever, they dont have basic things like regular mayo or onions. I asked for a dozen of cookies, they tried to charge me by unit The young woman in charge this store even laughed when I asked her name because the owner doesn'tdo anything to fix the problem. Go to another Subway, this is a place that look clean, but doesn't give you good service and quality. The next Subway is at the Southland Mall, it's worth to take 5 more minutes distance instead to go to this awful service.
So disappointed walked in after a 30 minute drive to get a veggie patty sandwich and the young woman said they dont carry it there. Shame on you Subway you should have options for everyone!
Lady would keep getting online orders instead of talking care of my pregnant women, she would keep on getting orders that were coming in. She did not even acknowledge me. This was July 5 2024 at 8:00 pm
I made an online order. I had forgot to make them aware I needed my sandwich toasted after calling the store to speak to someone absolutely no one there spoke English then go hung up on.. this is bad for business they should at least have some who is bilingual or paid their employees to take English class… such a joke😑
I called to let them know that I wanted my order to be toasted and they hung up the phone on me and never answered again! I will never order from there again!
Walked in at 10:40 pm and they dont close till 11pm the guy working is more interested in talking to his friend then serving his customer, yet he kept looking at me. Someone else walks in then he looks at us both to say he's closed and its only 10:45pm. Last time I checked if your close you shouldn't have non-employees still inside and still have the OPEN sign on and the doors unlocked.
Horrible. They give out old bread from days ago Don’t have anything in stock. Ice machine always broken. Staff not friendly except for the guy that works there.
Do yourself a favor and do not order delivery or online. Its a waste of time and money. It is so hard to not want to give a bad review because of how it makes businesses look, but when you repeatedly have bad experiences at the same location, it makes you question the services immensely. Once again, just do yourself a favor and don’t order online with them
