Jack in the box is a long lived western united states burger restaurant. They have many selections of burgers. They also do shakes and fries as well as breakfast. The food is great as well as the prices. They also generally have great customer service.

(Drive thru--8:33TL to get my meal on 1/10/22 1:15pm) Ordered the new Deluxe Spicy Cluck Meal. Didn't look anything like the photos. They never do! 🥴Chix was moist, crunchy and hot. Custom FFries ordered were perfect. Customer service: A "10" Polite, Courteous, Efficient and Xtra Naps upon request gladly provided. 🥰🐔

I walked in through the door and 2 employee's saw me and surprised me. I ordered a something quad burger with some secret sauce and I just took one bite and fell in love with this burger. I'd recommend this burger to all 192,384 friends and family members. Jack in the box on Windsor and the 210 freeway near Altadena and La Canada is 2 thumbs up with a Z formation?!!!! 💓💞💗

FAST Service for a busy mid day. They were all friendly and the spicy chicken was actually super tasty and fresh.

This is a consistently good location. I appreciate the way this Jack in the Box is managed. Yes, extra is more money. But unlike other franchise locations, this place takes a metered approach and most certainly does not gouge for the extra items added. Thank you for the balanced pricing.

I have been going to this Jack in the box for years. I can say I have been there at different times of the day and evening l. They are pretty friendly the drive through moves at a good pace. I can say order are usually correct which and my eyes is important when you're on the go. It great for it you hitting the freeway are just getting off the freeway it has the convince for you on that aspect. Food away freshly made.

This particular Jack in the box it's amazing!!! The food quality is superb... the building is spotless... compared to the one Olive and 17th down town LA which I go to often (because I go to school by there) this are complete opposites... why should two restaurants of the same chain operate so different???

The lady Francis, is truly awesome. I had come in out of the pouring rain to pick up an order for someone. They were out of one of the sides. She told me she would substitute any other side to make up for that. She then proceeded to hand me a couple of napkins because I was soak and wet from the rain. She is an absolute ROCK STAR! If she isn’t the manager, she should be. This lady truly knows the definition of good “customer service.” She made my life so much easier that day, and it was a pleasure being served by her. I wish more food establishments were as attentive to their customers needs as she was. Excellent job!

I am on vacation and stop here every morning after my three or six mile walk around the perimeter of the Rose Bowl. This where I come to rehydrate with free water and often a delicious cheddar biscuit along with some nice people that come inside instead of using the drive through. The place is clean and tidy including the restroom.

This spot has become one of my favorite stops during any drive. Getting in and out is simple, and the food comes out fast every time. The burgers taste just as good as ever and the fries have that perfect mix of crunch and soft warmth. It is also a relaxing place to take a short break before getting back on the road. There is plenty of shade, lots of open space, and our little terrier Rufus loves wandering along the grassy areas while we stretch out for a moment.

I stopped by the Jack in the Box around 1:30 a.m. You know the one — tucked behind the old gas station with the flickering light. The air was cold enough to sting, but the restaurant’s neon glow pulsed like a heartbeat in the fog. The drive-thru speaker crackled, and a calm voice said, “Welcome to Jack in the Box. My name’s Tyler. You can take your time.” There was something comforting about how he said it — slow, deliberate, like he’d been waiting just for me. I ordered a Sourdough Jack, curly fries, and a Coke. Nothing fancy. But as I pulled up to the first window, I noticed something strange — the glass reflected the parking lot behind me perfectly, except… there were no cars. No me. No movement. Just the still neon bleeding into gray nothing. Tyler wasn’t at the window at first. I could see the kitchen lights flicker through the narrow slit between fryer and counter. Then, softly, the window slid open. He smiled. He had that generic, tired fast-food smile — but his eyes were bright. Too bright. Like he hadn’t blinked in a long time. His name tag read TYLER ☺ — the smiley face was printed, not drawn. “Sorry for the wait,” he said. But I hadn’t waited. The order was already in his hands. The fries were steaming, the burger perfectly wrapped, the Coke sweating cold in its cup. I don’t remember paying. I thanked him and drove off, but when I reached the light, I realized I could still see the restaurant in the mirror — even after turning the corner. It shouldn’t have been visible. The sign kept glowing through the fog, the letters bending, stretching into something else. JACK IS BACK No. It said TYLER IS BACK. When I got home, I opened the bag. The fries were still hot. The burger still fresh. But the receipt — the receipt just said one thing, printed in faint red ink: > “COME BACK WHEN YOU’RE READY.” “WE NEVER CLOSE.” Thanks, Tyler. The food was great. My son & I typically don't stop at Jack-In-The-Box but we recently did because my son won some FREE TACOS at a Lakers Game he recently attended ( his Christmas gift experience wish was going to a Lakers Game ). My sweet son wanted to take me out for Tacos <3 He ordered nuggets like he almost always does. I ordered their $5Buck Patty combo special. This location participates in the Lakers FREE TACOS token <3 We redeemed our FREE TACOS & enjoyed the Coke Machine Drink Flavors experience. I ended up with Strawberry Coke, yummy. <3 As we ate our food which was aight on our pallets we enjoyed playing the Outer Space Games on the Kid's Meal Bag. Loved the fun Outer Space educational entertainment Jack printed for the kiddos.

Those are 4-fast food stars. This is nothing special. It's just like every Jack in the box you've been I to except it's pretty well kept and clean.

Service was great. I had the Swiss buttery Jack. It was awful. Probably the worst cheeseburger I have ever eaten. I usually like Jack's food so I don't mind his prices that much, but I was completely robbed on this meal. Truly disappointed!

They did okay this visit. During my previous visit, the drive-through cashier was quite rude. I asked for my sandwich, which normally comes in a box, to be paper-wrapped. At the window, I heard her on 3 separate occasions telling the people in the food preparation area, "paper wrapped." Yet when she handed me my order, the sandwich was in a box. I said to her firmly but not rudely that it was supposed to be paper-wrapped. She became quite rude while accusing me of being rude... which I wasn't. I wish there were an audio recording so her manager could hear how she talked to me.

The food was fine, just like other jack in the box but this branch will NEVER give you salsa. They always say they're out or just won't include it. It's weird

Overall good, more recently they've been making the orders as you order them so you get your food hot which is great (sometimes it won't though) but hey improvements to how it was before.

This Jack in the Box is clean, not very crowded, a little too modern for my taste. Convenient exit from tha 210 freeway. I had the new grill onions havarty hamburger, sorry too sweet, and flavor less, will not order again. Will keep my favorite.... ultimately cheeseburger, with or without bacon. Yum!

Its okay here people working always rush me in the drive through can hardly even understand them and half the time they mess something up in my order but their ooen late and thats what I like and why I go back but if other spots were open then I wouldn't go here

Good Jack In the Box even though they forget aome stuff in orders when you use drive thru. Has happened several times. Now I always check before driving off the lot.

You can't really go wrong w/Jack. You know exactly what to expect. HOWEVER, REMEMBER TO CHECK Ur order BEFORE you drive off!!! They ALWAYS seem to forget to put an item or two in ur (drive-thru) order.

Well, it's a fast food restaurant so not much to say here. Place is not in the best area but they've got drive thru, they're open 24 hours, and is in a convenient location - it's near the Muir baseball/soccer fields and close to the freeway.

The food I had no problems with it was quite good. Ketchup! You have to beg for ketchup from a busy counter. No other place to get it. Ask for all condiments and napkins when ordering.

Not the friendliest service but not too bad. Not too bad of a wait inside only And don't walk away stand there and wait for your food. They do demand you have a vaxx card if you're going to eat in the dining room.. The drive-through wait was ridiculous! Wouldn't do it if I were you.. Otherwise enjoy! 😌

Guys! This is fast food and I was perfectly adequate. I don't buy the hype of all the commercials, but I still like their simple teriyaki chicken bowl in a pinch simply because I perceive it as being much healthier than just burgers, fried jalapeno poppers, etc. if you're going to Jack in the box, you know what you're getting and there's something good about that.

This is a nice little Jack in the box located just off the 210 freeway. It makes a good bathroom and lunch stop. However, the bathrooms are small and in disrepair and sometimes not very clean. The restaurant is sorta your average fast food Jack in the box restaurant. During lunch, the tables are sometimes left dirty. So if you don't mind wiping the table off yourself with napkins or something, it's not a big deal. Over all, it's your average fast food restaurant.

I normally leave this specific Jack in the box with no problems but the last time I was here my food kinda cold and their breakfast chicken sandwich ingredients were not fresh you could tell that the items have been in storage and in the freezer for too long, look at that cheese, just not appetizing.

Recieved a Supreme croissant that was very small, soggy & certainly overpriced! Definitely not fresh! Jack in the box food quality has gone downhill & extremely overpriced!

Guess if I want something done right I gotta do it myself. I had an UE delivery and I waited a long time for my order and even tipped money and I feel ripped off. First of all, Uber doesn’t allow you to request sauces in the app for this restaurant. So I called the manager or whoever picked up and asked them if they can add the sauces I like. I waited a while and they couldn’t even give me my sauces. That’s right if you want to get something from here and have it at your perfection, either drive, Uber here or take transit. Delivery always rips you off. I just wanted my sauces and I couldn’t even get them.

2 stars because good service buy food was horrible. Tacos soggy and rubbery, chicken sandwich was nasty. It was like the chicken sandwiches you get at gas station, pattie all hard and over cooked. Listen, I like Jack In The Box and I've been going here for breakfast recently but three out of three times they screwed up my burrito order including cheese two out of three times when I ordered no cheese. Yesterday was just a horrible day for me after consuming their processed cheese sauce and paying for it the rest of the day with gastrointestinal trouble. I think I'll head to Del Taco today.

DNF for service. Waited in line in the drive through for 7 minutes and moved forward by only one car length. There were about 6 cars in front of me. As the parking lot filled up behind me, I decided to make my escape before my car was physically trapped in the line. The people behind me were inspired and also started leaving. Multiplying out this rate of service... If you want to spend 42 minutes queuing in your car, this is the "fast" food for you. Other than that, go somewhere else.

All chicken items we ordered were way overcooked. No taste whatsoever. Seasoned curly fries has no seasoning. Very disappointing!!

I am a big fan of jack in the box’s food and I can’t remember having an experience this bad with the franchise. Food was dry and flavorless, not cooked with care. I ordered for pick up and it was said that my food would be ready at 8:33 and I didn’t receive it until 8:45

I went to ask the lady at the DT if the pineapple infusion is the only flavor they have mixed with red bull. The first time I asked, she asked me what size shake I want. I said no, I want to know what flavors of the red bull infusion they have. Again, she asked me what size shake. I’m not the kind of person to make fun of someone or go Karen for misunderstanding or not being able to speak English, but this lady shouldn’t be taking orders. It took two more times of asking her for a “strawberry infusion” to get my order in, and when I got to the window, she still rang me up for a shake. The man there had to correct her and it took six minutes to get a drink from there just because the lady couldn’t understand what I was asking for.

I got a #14 with extra lettuce which was extra … the sandwich it was built like a mcChicken .. I only got 2 BLACK NASTY SOGGY lettuce leaves . I was a fan of Jack but after this . Not worth paying so much money on it if im receiving a flat sandwich with soggy lettuce. The iceberg lettuce was so much better than this .

Why do I have to wait in the Drive-thru to pick up the delivery order after 10pm? It's really unreasonable. It wastes me 30 minutes or more every time! ! You only open the door once for the driver. Are you really that lazy?

I like Jack in the Box but today I had the bad experience that my hamburger actually my chicken it wasn't cook good .. it was so hard and chewy I went and buy a jack spicy chicken and it was so nasty.. I didn't want to go back and put I complain because I have a baby at home...

Really unhappy!!! Ordered biscuit cheddar with sausage and one with bacon. Very disappointed!!!!! Biscuits were cold, cheese was cold. Just made for a miserable meal.

Should not even get one star it was 5:00 pm and they would not let me in even though I was wearing my mask to place an order (only cars) I was very hungry and traveled to the highway patrol office for nothing as they had just closed. My blood sugar levels were dropping.

Stopped by to grab some breakfast on our way to San Diego. We asked for a Grand breakfast, 1 bacon, egg and cheese croissant and 1 egg and sausage croissant. Worse breakfast EVER! Everything was cold and tasteless! Usually sausages have a lot of flavor....my croissant tasted like paper! The pancakes in the Grand breakfast were stale. We ended up stopping at the following gasoline station to buy food! We should have just gone to McDonalds like we had originally planned!

The graveyard shift lady on drive thru is very rude. Also they messed up on my order. I was really upset because I was looking forward to eating what I ordered and when I got home it was not what I wanted so I didnt eat anything.

I Went through the drive through today, and experienced many difficulties with staff because I was told “I don’t know how to read coupons” and didn’t even get all the items my order was supposed to come with.

The manager at this particular Jack in the box was very rude did not acknowledge me whatsoever as well as give me a dirty luck I thought as if she could’ve done something to my food. And the customers in the food service industry you should know how to please a client or at least acknowledge them. I would not recommend all the other staff is amazing but the manager just unfortunately killed her reputation for me.

This place has no good costumer service, they are very bad at making the guest happy. I ordered the butter jack cheese and it came with nothing but bacon, meat cheese and a bun when I asked them to add a great leaf and a tomato to the burger, I spoke with the manager on the phone and told her how they got my order wrong after the fact that I paid 7.49 dollars for my combo and that I was not satisfied, she rudely hung up in my face and did nothing about it! This Jack in the Box is by far the worst loca t ion I have ever been to. They are so rude. I went here for the last time yesterday to find they were closed at 5pm. We had to use the drive thru. I explained we wanted to eat there but we would just eat in the parking lot. I asked if we could get a refill before getting back on the road and the manager smirked and said Not for you people. Then laughed and made a gesture that referenced my sexual orientation. Now the old me would have thrown my drink in her face but The adult, mature me simply took my order and moved on. Now I may not be the drink throwing youngster I used to be, but I am not without an alternative solution. So I am reaching out to my fellow bloggers to warn you about unfair inappropriate treatment at this Jack in the Box. I Don't think asking for the refill was too our of line considering that the lobby was closed and the main reason we went were the refills. She didn't need to be all extra with her response who actually was not the one I asked just happened to be within earshot when I asked the cashier. I WILL NEVER go here again. Highly dislike this Jack in the Box, terrible customer service. They had forgotten our second medium curly fries. Once we came back to ask for the missing curly fries, the same drive thru worker (patty) had given us regular medium fries when we specifically said medium curly fries.

Went by at 7:40 today and ordered a combination. The order taker was not listening and never asked me what beverage . I asked her if they could put cream in my coffee since I was driving and getting on freeway and she said "of course" when I got to the window she asked me my beverage again ( 3rd time I told her ) then she gave me creamers. I told her I asked for cream inside and she said they don't do that. I gave her back the cream and said I don't want the coffee anymore. She said "that's Rude" and I said that I asked her if they could put the cream inside and she said "of course" . I can't put it in while I am driving. She then complained to her manager about me right in front of me and he did nothing. She handed me my food without another word. I am very surprised at the way she blamed me . She did not listen to the order and I had to repeat 3 times. Also surprised the manager let her talk to a customer that way.

Maybe because was first thing in the morning about 6 am that the store was not as expected, parking area was full of trash, so I think of two possibilities 1) Racoons ransacked the trash cans in the parking lot area 2) customers late at night forgot about the proper way of discard their trash and leftovers and no employee seek to notice this. Inside the store it was empty they just opened the doors at 6:00am sitting area was ok but the kitchen was running kind of slow, for just a couple of cars in the drive thru and one guy asking for a cup of coffee and me that order a breakfast sandwich it was close to 7 minutes.... maybe defeating the purpose of the meaning fast-food. In general no 🌟 in my review this time ,I like Jack in the Box above all the other competition but at times like this you really wish things were better.

Stay away from this Jack in the Box. I came in and gave the cashier my order. The cashier kept repeating the wrong order. The cashier got flustered and called his manager. The cashier had the audacity to say I kept changing my order. Let's just say my order was wrong. I had items that I didn't order. Some of my order was missing. Hot mess.

Fast food is not rocket science, i cant imagine how its taking 30+ min stuck in this drive thru line. I went there today08/27 I ordered the number 15. Chicken nuggets with curly fries6 tacos extra sauce and a 7 piece jalapeños. When I got to my hound in Chatsworth a 30 minute drive I had no jalapeños and none of the tacos had the extra sauce I requested. My whole meal was ruined 12 dollars down the drain

Very disgusted.! Just got an old dried out chicken sandwiche. It was stale and disgusting. I have pictures to upload if I had the option. Also curly fries tasted like onion as if they didn’t clean out their oil that they fry their onion rings. This is not the first time I get stale food from this location. This time it was really bad that I couldn’t chew it!

Went there 5/30/2021. Fries were cold and tasted like they were made several days prior to my visit. The breakfast sandwiches I got were also cold, the croissants were soggy on the bottom and rock hard on top. Sent an email to customer service, was told I would be contacted, yet nobody ever reached out.

Was in drive through after my kids trained. The lady taking the order must hate her life. Her tone and attitude was not needed. I asked to speak with the manager and she was of no help. Manager gave me this speech on how she would not talk to me about employee information. I really don't care , just have someone else help me. She closed the window and would not take my order. So after waiting in line and getting an attitude from both, I have to thank technology. The future will soon be here and I won't have to put up with individuals like this.

The night lady manager with red hair is horrible she constantly overcharges me when I go and also messes up my orders she’s done this to me 3 times over the last several months and did it to my friend as well. When i ask to refund me my correct change or ask for extra sauces she gives me major attitude I have never experienced this type of unprofessionalism from any fast food chain ever especially coming from a manager. there was a guy giving them a review on the restaurant seam like a corporate thing. The cleanliness of the place was a major point he was trying to make along with things not functioning inside. The people are rude and need costumer service training.

The drive thru ruined my meal! I work overnight and therefore rely on 24 hour restaraunts to eat after getting out in the middle of the night, not only did they forget my fries but they also added pickles onto my sandwich when I clearly said no pickles... now I have nothing to eat as pickles are acidic and trigger my gerd even taking them out leaves the juices everywhere! Do better i paid 15 dollars and cabt eat a single thing because you forgot my fries and the burger is inedible due to the pickles and my tacos had taco sauce when I asked for none lol!! I don't usually do reviews unless I have really pleasant experiences, but I dread going to this location. The customer service is consistently horrible when go. I'm not the type of person to complain to the employees about my food order, so I try to befriend them by being pleasant in their presence and hope that would change their attitude to me on one occasion. I don't wish anyone to lose their job but just to give feedback on providing more pleasant experiences. It would make my food taste better to me :).

We were at the window and did not get a response back when we said, “hello” once Kayle answered she kept cutting off my sister in law and saying, lie that it? Is that it?” My sister in law stopped talking because she kept cutting her off. Once she stopped my sister in law then continued to order and when Kayle was asked a question about the combo she would say, “yup” instead of answering the questions. We pulled up and she continued to have attitude. Once we spoke to the manager she also had attitude. We got the recipe cut off. The information for the Jack in the Box was cut off. This was the worst service we’ve gotten here and we live right down the street so we are always there and have never ever ever gotten this bad of service.

I never order anythung spicy not because its hot but because i have acid reflex problems. I ordered a munchie meal but the grilled cheesburger one, they gave me a chicken sandwich loaded with jalapeños had to throw it away. This is the 3rd time they mess up my order i say go somewhere else.

Jack in the Box food on its own is usually great but it's actually only as good as the people cooking and serving it and the one on Arroyo in Pasadena could not get an order right if their lives depended on it. I can not tell you how many times we've gotten the wrong thing, things missing, less than 10 nuggets.. and today's putting ketchup on burgers we asked them not to.. it's like, their cooks can't read English...…… it's close to my house but I'm honestly sick of driving back and getting attitude about asking them to fix the items I paid my hard earned money to purchase. Beware this one and go to another Jack in the Box.. you're thank me.
