Had dinner with my brother and had a great experience. I ordered the grilled chicken salad with avocado ranch—so good and fresh. My brother had the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and Chick-fil-A sauce. Everything tasted great. The staff checked on us several times and was very friendly. We’ll definitely be back.
Several chikfilas on my route to work I choose this one because of Victoria. I always see her working at the breakfast drive thru, she is a hard worker that’s polite friendly and positive who goes the extra mile to make my morning better, something I’ve never seen at than any other chikfila. She deserves a promotion for her incredible effort dedication and kindhearted spirit. I hope chikfila can recognize her the way I do. Thank you Victoria for making my mornings easy!

Chick-fil-a is the Gold Standard here for customer service. The team is efficient and friendly. Ms Brenda is by far my favorite customer service person in Rockwall!
The food and staff were exactly what I would expect from a CFA. Yummy and polite. And there is an open, regular play area where the kids can climb and make noise.
Great location. Manager greeted me with a smile, order was completed before I left the counter. Food was hot & fresh per usual! I can't say enough good things about this location.
Spot on service, like wow. With the drive-through packed to the gills, we dined in-store. I don't know how this team accomplishes such fast, friendly, and accurate food service. I'm also watching the drive through consistently moving! This location must consider customer service and satisfaction their mission and delight. Of course, the company website says it's Corporate Purpose is "To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A." Go ahead, enjoy that chicken sandwich! Long live “Eat Mor Chikin".
Very busy place. Super good food. They are training some new people but you could tell how hard everyone was doing to give great customer service.

The thing I don’t understand about CF is how they consistently serve so many people quality food every day. The drive through lines are a study of efficiency. Love the SUNJOY, OMG!
I wanted to give a big shout out to Marliee at this location. We had a horrible situation where a doordasher took our food and and kept having doordashers coming to try and pick it up. After finding out what went on she offered to remake our meals for us. Thats customer service! Not very often especially at fast food places you see those types of things.
I always feel that fast food restaurants just don't have any service, but this weekend, some staff made me feel warm, happy, and very friendly. They even asked me if I needed more soda. My child had a lot of fun at the amusement park. It was a good weekend. I hope I can bring her here when I have time. Every time a table of guests leaves, they clean up very cleanly. The toilets are also very clean, so I have to give them a good review.
Chick fil a at one time awhile back employees was always extra friendly. Now after speeding up service the friendliness is not like it used to be. Emphasis is to get you in and out as fast as possible.
Received my meal with in 10-minutes and this location was somewhat busy, more catered to drive through service. Staffing inside we're polite and I got my meals quickly. Recommend and would use again if in the area. My meals were ordered in the early evening hours for context.
First time at this location. The parking and setup is AWFUL! This was a terrible location for such a busy company. They knew that and still decided to build here. If you want to dine in, park far away and walk in or fight the drive thru traffic to squeeze into a spot. Food and service was great as alway. I did finally try a salad(try to do better). Why is a salad $10 with no drink?? Seems overpriced. Order: Spicy Southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing.
I would’ve given a five star but I was in close to 8 on Saturday night and the floors were filthy. Granted; they probably had been busy; but these floors looked as if they had NOT been really cleaned well in a month of Sundays. Also my salad had no dressings and I ordered 2. I was from out of town so I couldn’t go back and get order fixed, when I realized no dressings to be had. Anywhere. I was highly disappointed in this chick filet. It’s not normal.
The fries are always soggy and chicken sandwiches always give me a stomachache. The drinks are also on the smaller side and the dips all taste like test tube chemicals and not made with 'real' ingredients. I don't understand why people enjoy the food here.
My sister and I both got meals from Chick-fil-A, and to our shock, there was a cockroach in my chicken mini meal. I immediately called the store, but the call kept going to voicemail. Since we couldn’t reach anyone, my sister went back to the location in person to speak with a manager. Around 10:25 AM on Thursday, August 8th, she spoke with the manager on duty — and unfortunately, the situation was handled very poorly. She explained what happened, not to blame anyone, but simply to make them aware. The manager was dismissive and brushed the issue off without offering an apology or showing any real concern. She had to ask for a refund herself, and was only given a partial refund. I’ve worked in restaurants and customer service for years, so I completely understand that mistakes can happen. But this was a serious food safety issue, and the way it was handled was unacceptable — especially coming from a brand like Chick-fil-A, which is known for its customer service. Please double-check your food before eating. I truly hope this store takes the matter seriously and addresses both the food safety concern and the way it was handled by management.
Tell me if I'm wrong. Went thru the drive thru. Waited behind an SUV with several people inside. The "team member" hands the people an order. I can see them digging through the bag and apparently it was not their order. They hand it back and are given another bag. I drive up and the team member hands me the same bag. I ask if she had just served this to the people in front of me and she states "YES". I tell her I cant take the order as I saw them go thru the bag and requested a new order. She sat the drink down and takes the order back to another team member. She sits the bag down on the counter and does nothing with it as I watch. The first team member returns and hands my original drink back. then retrieves my order and once again serves me the same "contaminated order". I have been watching the entire time. I ask her if this is the same food? She states "no". I tell her it is as I've been watching and the other team member just handed the same bag back. She walks over to confirm. Returns and states "yes", its the same food. I stated "are you kidding me". you want me to take food another customer handled and contaminated? I go inside and share my experience with the Manager. I am refunded my money and am told my complaint will just come back to her. I did get her to UNDERSTAND the issue of another customer handling food that is being served to another customer AND being told otherwise by the "team members". She did admit it was not policy to re-serve food handled by another customer. It will very hard to return to Chick-fil-A. Based on their behaviors and attitude I'm sure my order will be reserved once more to another unsuspecting customer. Lets hope the fine folks in the other care don't have any germs or diseases. Sad.
I brought my kid into the playground and I saw bigger kids inside and there was a perverse little girl who definitely did something bad to my 3 year old son who came back crying after I called his name and she comes out and says “oh he’s faking it” like what in a world niña! They shouldn’t let bigger kids inside. The service was good though 😒
Had a TERRIBLE experience at the chickfila drive through. Whoever is working the window today is so unbelievably rude. The Girl passed me my food then went back inside and was getting other meals ready. Then I asked if they could pass me my drink and she goes I'm getting it even though i had jsut heard her say she had bunped my drink. Then rolls her eyes, and proceeds to in my face mock me to her coworkers for asking for my drink. Then the other coworker said in Spanish to hurry up and to get me out of her line. Extremely rude conversation, and unfortunately for them I do understand Spanish. Im a very polite and patient person, I waited a while for my drink before even asking and I asked nicely. So being mocked directly in front of my face was disgusting.
I specifically came to this location from east Texas to enjoy a meal while working out in this heat. I have several oversized vehicles that are mechanic trucks. I pulled in and my vehicle took 2 parking spaces, in order to be out of the emergency lane I pulled up a little onto the curb. Before I could get 5 steps away from my truck, I was approached by a young lady asking me to move.. I was hungry and suffering from heat exhaustion but she cared more about her concrete than a human being. I am saddened to say I will never come back to this location or any other chic fil a , and as a company owner I will never bring my guys here and spend my money again. What a shame. Sorry for parking on your concrete.
