Avoid going to this Chipotle location I was craving the new asada bowl with chimichurry sauce I got there around 9 30 pm there was no one at all just the employees so I approached the counter to order and let me tell you their steam table where they have the food was so gross 🤮 everything was so dirty I still order but the food was cold not even warm I asked if they could re heat it but they say they don't have microwave so the guy asked me if I wanted a new bowl but it would come the same way cold 🙄 I just asked for my refund and left 🤨😒

When I went to get dinner for my family.I ordered two kids' meals i asked for sides to build my tacos and was told that I had to pay for those sides. Chipotle locations are corporate and each location is supposed to charge the same amount. The chips were stale and the rice was hard, and the employees had bad attitudes. I would definitely go to another location

The worst Chipotle I have seen nationwide, I ordered Safritas, they told me it would take 25 minutes to be ready, ask for avocado and they didn’t have it. Tables dirty, the food counter and floor dirty, the back kitchen as well, it looks like they don’t clean the mess while the restaurant is open.

Arrived at 10:35, waited outside until 10:45 as doors were still locked. When female employee with long messy hair opened door and she says, sorry were not ready yet, we're still settling up. I simply asked why they weren't ready, she simply shrugged her shoulders, saying don't know!. Still waited for a bit as they were still not ready with food prepared. Then why posting business hours when they're not even prepared. This is not good, two customers simply got up and left.

Gave me half of my mobile order because the server employee didn't look at the 2 bags on her counter. Already got in car ready to drive off, and luckily I checked. Had to go back in and verify, .... She almost gave me an attitude until she checked herself. Got back to our workplace (huge order for my employees), opened the bag, no napkins no utensils. This is the level of bs service that has come down to $20 an hour jobs because people feel entitled to it and lawmakers make the mistake of putting a floor policy. It ruins our service industry. These guys don't even understand the basic trainings of service.

Went to Chipotle at 10:45. They are suppose to be open till 11:00. The doors were locked, someone was mopping, and someone else was cleaning the tortilla warmer. Should stay open till the posted time.

So I ordered a 2 bowls at 10 pm The steak was very chewy and the chicken very dry and the manager was very rude and she charged me extra on me for no reason and she charge me extra on a guacamole for no reason and she was respectful. She has an attitude and told me that’s your fault, I already charge you. I cannot return it. The food was really cold don’t go to this branch they have to be respectful with the customer. We’re paying money. We’re not buying for free.

Here’s a review you can use: I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. First, the service was slow and unprofessional, but the worst part came when I got the bill. They overcharged me without explanation, and when I asked about it, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. She acted as if it was my fault for questioning the charges and made no effort to resolve the issue. The food was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price, especially with the added frustration of being treated poorly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Got food poisoning from here. 6 months pass and I got food here again and the food was old. Rice was had a hug ball of rice that was hard! Chips was stale and soggy. Worst $33 spent ever. I called the store and only get automated system. Followed instructions to file complaint and response was “thank for letting us know”

The server was too fast and did not wait to listen the specifics of the order. I told him to give sour cream on side and he added it to the bowl as he did not let me finish to tell him that sour cream I wanted on the side. He made another bowl as he ruined my order. But he was too messy on filling the small container for the side items. The service was disgusting. Also the bowl was too salty. Will never go to this location.
