Santa's margarita was amazing. Food was amazing. Corey our handsome server was amazing fast, funny and knowledgeable about everything here. If you come here ask for Corey or you will regret it 😆

Great Italian spot in Disney! The Chicken Vodka Pasta is a must-order; the sauce is 10/10. The Margherita pizza was decent, though the wood-fire char wasn't the best I've ever had. Overall, a delicious experience and I'd definitely return for that pasta!

Amazing atmosphere, service was 10/10 Pizza’s did take a little bit to arrive and i felt like the dough could have been crispier but overall the taste was amazing. The ceasar salad was sooo good also.

Good food, a bit on the bland side. Ask for extra spicy / red crushed peppers. Service was fantastic. Line was long but it moved really fast. This is a great way to feed your craving for Italian. We added pepperoni to the “quatro” 4 cheese pizza and it was superb. This is just one of the many restaurants in Downtown Disney.

By far one of the best dining experiences I’ve have ever had. Kyle was attentive and specifically paid attention to my little one on her fourth birthday! On top of that, the food was amazing and atmosphere was very welcoming. I highly recommend bringing your family here for a great time.

Food was great the lasagne was fabulous full of meat. The eggplant was good. But it came out cold. After that I just can't eat anything else. Server was fast and very friendly. Kept glasses filled.. pizzas were huge and looked very good. Spaghetti and meatballs was huge.

Wonderful staff … very friendly and attentive. All the seats have been removed, thus my low score. Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap is amazing. The atmosphere is not very pleasant… a huge empty lobby. And no customer restroom… very unpleasant.

Didnt have what i wanted so i got something else. The hubby wanted a drink just shaken no ice... my drink was double cupped due to the one my drink came in was leaking, and his drink had ice. Lots of ice. So we sent both back, then i can assume the manager came to the window to tell us his drink was shaken but it is mostly ice, we askwd for no ice, why couldnt the customer get what they requested? We didnt ger our drinks and requested out $ back. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but the situations could have been handled better. Coffee Bean for the win this time.

My order had probably the baristas hair stuck on the sticker. Kind of gross in my opinion. first time ever ordering great experience my matcha( even though it wasn't prepared how I asked) was on point after that it's been awful I guess first time got blessed, also Starbucks sucks with all there new rules. Only reason I go is because you have a drive thru ,You should sell your water even for 25 or 50 cents cause that new no water rule is extra.

This location has always been my favorite despite the terrible traffic ALL the time but lately my matcha lattes have been short. Half foam and it disperses by the time I get on the street light that it seems like I was given a tall size in a grande size.

Food and service is great! But there is absolutely no furniture to sit and enjoy your coffee and food. At this Starbucks they want you to order and leave. So sad for a coffee shop ☕

There's no furniture! Thx Starbucks. The last Starbucks down here wouldn't let me piss unless I ordered something right then and there and now this contrivance. The employees were absolutely wonderful. I have to come here every Wednesday to this area and I like sitting down and enjoying my coffee while I text and email my clients I just wanted to sit down and drink my $7 drink. All the Starbucks down here have something wrong with them or they're not serving their customers right or they're moving out or whatever they got going on

I’m shocked what Starbucks does at hiring today at Friday today 04/18/ 2025 from 1 PM shift is the worst Starbucks manager have ever seen in my life he can’t even talk properly wasn’t taking order properly and asking me to leave when I was standing there to read this menu and than when I was ordering he was can you do it fast what is this I don’t know how come he got this job I wish he gets fired for behaving this badly with a customer I will never go to the Starbucks again. I think he was a manager his name is Alex one of the worst guy I could ever see in customer service industry like I asked him a simple question customize drink, which he can which I usually take it from any Starbucks and then he doesn’t know that I mean he’s like oh you can only order what is there on the screen? It is illegal in California not to offer a public restroom to people with certain medical needs & not to mention deceitful not to post that you do not have indoor seating or restrooms for customers...especially since in your google maps info it stated that you did offer such amenities...I hope my correction to your incorrect info is accepted & amended to reflect the truth about your establishment...WHEN DID "STARBUCKS" STOP CARING FOR ITS CUSTOMERS & COMMUNITY ? DISGRACEFUL!

I went through the drive-through. Mind you, the store is open, and it takes the worker a while to take my order. When he does, he is rude and snappy. I just assumed he was having a bad morning. When I got to the window, he then asked what my order was, I was the only person in line.... I was happy to be gone after getting my order. BUT when I get to work and take my coffee out of the cup holder, the lid comes of instantly and VERY hot coffee spills all over my hand. Coffee cup was filled up to the brim with hot black coffee, I asked for room.. Once I clean up and start walking to my building, the cup is getting hard to carry since the heat is burning through. I have one cup in each hand. THEN the sleeve comes apart🙄... I definitely won't be back..
