What a treat our tapas and sweet pancakes were for lunch here yesterday! The food was delicious - obviously home cooked and carefully prepared and presented. An original menu with the delight of samosas and spring rolls alongside more traditional tapas plates. We were made very welcome and left feeling very well fed. This seaside bar is a joy! Cannot recommend it enough .

Ein charmantes kleines Tapas Restaurant mit herzlichem, bemühtem und familiärem Flair. Fantastische Vor- und Hauptspeise. Zum Abschluß einen El Café Barraquito, himmlisch. Wir haben es genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Juste Excellent. En promenade avec mon copain sur le paseo, une découverte du hasard et une découverte délicieuse ! Les cocktails étaient divins et les tapas exquis. Le patron est au top - le service était un peu lent (mais on n'était pas la pour gagner du temps... on est en vacance). Un régal au final : et prix au top pour notre budget vacance. On valide avec mon copain bien sur ! ! ! J'ai oublié de prendre les photos (prochaine fois).

It is a fantastic tapas bar. This was our second visit, and we tried different tapas, which were very good. The owner and his son are very welcoming. His cocktails are really good. Definitely a little hidden gem well worth a visit.

Eine von Herzen geführte Gastronomie.Das ist alles zusammen für mich ein außerordentliches Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Nous sommes venu pour la première fois en vacances ici et nous sommes tombés par hasard dans cet endroit. L'amabilité de ses personnes fait chaud au cœur, très à l'écoute, la cuisine est délicieuse. Endroit fort sympathique afin d'être sûr de passer un bon moment. Si vous passez par algarrobo costa, n'hésitez pas à vous arrêtez ici vous ne serez pas déçu.

Hola la familia, un lieu a découvrir si vous passez dans le coin. Crêpes Nutella pour les enfants, tapas et coktails pour les parents ! Un endroit chaleureux a passer avec la famille. Cuisine du chef, pas de surgelé 🤪. Un régal. Je recommande. (Le patron, un français avec un accent espagnol horrible 😁😂)

En vacances en Andalousie.. Petit arrêt au moment de la pause repas. Mais quelle surprise une adresse incontournable assiette de tapas succulente service au top et burger pas comme les autres juste parfait Une équipe chaleureuse souriante et serviable. Tenu par des Français ça aide quand on parle pas un mot Espagnol .. Merci pour ce merveilleux moment.

Nice place, good quality, huge portions. Maybe not everything was typical Spanish, but it was tasty. And the owners are so kind.

We have been here a couple months ago while we were on vacation and I still sometimes think about this place, which is why I write this review now. A little hidden between too other restaurants this gem offers everything you want, fantastic food, really nice employees (we had a chat with several members of the staff about where we are from and how we liked our stay in Spain etc.) and it did not hurt my wallet :) I don't remember exactly but I think I had a burger, two cocktails and dessert and paid around 20€ which was very cheap for the experience. To summarize: I am very happy, we decided against italian food that day ;)

French quality and absolutely a recommended place to return to again and again. Two small requests: Why so much “same as the neighbours” dishes? We really enjoy the French style over all the other “standard Andaluz” dishes. Please make a few changes in the special menu - the Chicken in Mushrooms is amazing but makes me want to try even more…. A must try on the coast

Heerlijk geluncht. Wij hebben gekozen voor de toast met avocado, toast met zalm, gazpacho, patatas fritas mediterane en pasta roquefort en het was allemaal heerlijk! Het zag er ook mooi uit.

Schönes kleines Restaurant mit französischen Touch. Leckeres Essen mit ordentlichen, schön angerichtet Portionen mit guten Preisen. Mir persönlich fehlte die Bedienung am Gast, waren selten präsent.

Nettes und kleines Lokal, wo es leckere Burger und Crêpes gibt und schöne Tapas essen kann. Auch zu empfehlen, um nur ein Cocktail oder Café zu trinken. Alle sind sehr freundlich und die Preise sind ok.

Poke Bowl muy ricos, de salmón y pollo marinados, se puede comer en el lugar o también lo preparan para llevar. Yo lo compré para llevar, el propietario lo prepara muy bien. El recipiente tiene gran capacidad. La salsa es casera y está muy buena. De regalo por comprar para llevar nos dan gofres. Hay crepes dulces y salados, helados, batidos, gofres, todo artesano. Propietario muy amable y simpático. Por la mañana ofrecen desayunos. Lugar ideal para merendar.

La comida riquísima, la mejor hamburguesa que he comido en mi vida y el trato inmejorable. Repetiría todos los días sin duda.

Eine wunderbare kleine Bar am Strand von Algarrobo-Costa. Im Urlaub zufällig entdeckt, sind wir hier schon ein paar mal gewesen. Das Essen ist hervorragend, alles frisch zubereitet. Einen vegetarischen Salat konnte ich auch erhalten, obwohl dieser nicht auf der Karte stand. Mein Mann schwärmt von den Albondigas und dem kleinen Burger. Café und Crêpe sind fantastisch. Wir haben hier einen Lieblingsplatz auf der Terrasse und können den Tisch per WhatsApp reservieren. Die Familie führt den Laden sehr herzlich, vielen Dank diesen tollen Ort!

Großartig!!! Das beschreibt es am besten. Wir waren mehrfach hier und verstehen, warum diese kleine, familiengeführte Tapasbar so gut besucht ist. Das Essen ist frisch zubereitet und kommt heiß an den Tisch. Die Pommes sind ein absolut knuspriges Erlebnis das hier in Algarrobo Costa seines gleichen sucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. P.s.: Ein bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber den Gästen schadet nicht. (Leere Gläser etc. …) 😉

The chef prepares his plates with skill and love. 😋😋 And the best is the atmosphere! The family who owns the restaurant are delightful and are always smiling and deliver excellent customer service! Todo un descubrimiento. Está un poco escondido del paseo ya que no se ve muy desde fuera. Hemos pedido un par de tostas, uba ración de buñuelos vegetales y papas locas. Todo buenísimo y con productos frescos. Muy recomendable!!!

Absolutely stunning family run restaurant! This was my second visit, and once again, they exceeded all expectations with their warm hospitality and exceptional service. On our first visit, we arrived just as the kitchen was closing, yet the owner kindly welcomed us and still made sure we were able to enjoy a meal. On our second visit, they surprised us with a complimentary drink a small gesture that truly reflects how much they value their customers. As for the food, it’s a solid 10/10. Their tapas and daily menu are outstanding and easily outshine any other restaurant in the area. A true gem worth returning to again and again!

O mojito e a batata frita deles é bom, mas o mini-hambúrguer (tapas) nem tanto. Os preços são razoáveis, mas o que nos incomodou mesmo foi o atendimento. O atendente foi tirar o pedido de uma mesa e ficou uns 10 minutos falando sobre carros com aqueles clientes, mesmo depois de nós o chamar 2 vezes. No final, tivemos que ir até o caixa fazer nosso pedido, pois ele não parava de falar com aquela mesa.

The food was alright and the prices were fair, but we had to wait quite a while for our order. We actually came to try their cakes, but there weren’t any desserts available, which was disappointing. Also, people were smoking nearby and there was no airflow, so all the smoke kept coming our way—it made things pretty uncomfortable

Attracted by the google food score we decided to give it a go. Since the first interaction we realised the google score is probably from friends and family circle, then we understood that restaurant is owed by improvisers, not professionals and here’s why: we ordered a bottle of white wine and it was served on the ice bucket but room temperature, without explanation, we ordered also a bottle of water and assuming the adults would drink only wine, they brought only one glass of water for the kid. But the cherry on the cake was the food, it looked prepared by someone approaching a kitchen for the first time. The gambass pil pil were overcooked shrimps in a black greasy thing that calling sauce is a blasphemy, the rest of the food was so salty to get our tongue numb.
