1 week in fuengirola, found the Yorkshire Rose, 4 of use had 4 different meal each time we went there, we cisited it 4 times, and where definitely not dissatisfied, next time we go we will be there for most of our meals, Husband and wife team were friendly and and helpful in every way.

The Sunday roasts at The Yorkshire Rose are excellent! Especially the beef, roast potatoes, GRAVY and... oh, everything basically! Zara's homemade apple pie and custard is the best I've ever had. Go - you won't be disappointed!

Have tried many restaurants in fuengirola but if you want excellent home cooked meals then this is the place to go.Had a roast beef dinner just to sample and it was stunning.Good choice of menu going back to sample the Moroccan spicy chicken which has been recommended. Happy days 👍

Absolutely outstanding food quality. Had a day menu. Prawn cocktail includes fruit and salads was very fresh and tasty. Lamb skewers for mains was very nice. Hint of mint. Came with a salad and some roast potatoes. Profiter rolls were excellent and not too sweet. All very well presented. The chef definitely knows how to cook to perfection and present. Front of House service was by a young lady who was very attentive and polite. House white wine was excellent too. Thoroughly recommend this little gem. Amused me so many walk past because (I think) the vicinity of the large hotel right opposite. Give it a go you will not be disappointed.

Best meal we had in Fuengirola. Seriously. The starters were on exceptional. The mains classic. Brilliant food simply made. If they did Michelin stars for perfect home style food made this place would have loads of them. Thanks for a great meal.

The food is excellent, (Sunday Roast) 3 courses 17.95€. OK its not Oceano's there's no entertainment or dancing. The place is not state of the art with the decor, but good food, no queues, personal service, and a warm welcome is in abundance. So if you're looking for a decent Sunday lunch, cooked by Northerners with easy parking look no further.

We ask when booking for rare beef and it was as perfect as we expected. The side veggies , yorkshire etc was spot on too.

As always a warm welcome before enjoying a Sunday lunch at this lovely homely fell restaurant. There food choice which is fresh and well cooked is vey good value. Plenty of fresh assorted veg to go with the main meal and tasty gravy. The chocolate cake dessert to die for.

What a wonderful little restaurant with beautiful home cooked food. Nothing was too much trouble and both me and my wife were made to feel welcome both times we went (we were only on holiday for a week). We ourselves are from Yorkshire and the food was by far the best Yorkshire roast meal to be had. Keep up the excellent work and we cannot wait to visit you again. All the best for the future x

Excellent English and Spanish food that is wonderfully presented in this small restaurant at the east-end of 'Fish Alley' strip of restaurants. I feel it gets overlooked by some in favour of the bigger restaurants who have to hawk for business further down. Good value Menu Of The Day and plenty of choice. Give it a try!

Had a beautiful roast dinner. It's available everyday. Most places only do it on a Sunday. Everything was cooked to perfection. My friend had spring rolls which were equally nice

Went to Yorkshire Rose tonight after reading reviews on Trip Advisor, a lovely restaurant with great home made food! Served by a friendly waitress! Great choice and value for three course dinner, 13.95euros! Unfortunately heading home tomorrow or we would definite be returning. Well worth a visit!

We visited the Rose last sunday and the front of house staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got the three course deal which was very good value. The roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, stuffing and gravy were lovely. The only area that could have been slightly improved was the vegetables.

Hands down the best place to eat in fuengirola! We have struggled to find anywhere decent to eat and yorkshire rose was amazing and cheap as well! Service was fantastic 👏

My wife and I went here Friday evening. Great beer and service from the lovely lady from Redcar. Lovely to talk to and very helpful. We had free tapas while drinking our lovely beers which was appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Amazing food and service we had a roast beef dinner and breaded prawns chips and salad. I think zara needs a medal for what she does but maybe get some help when busy periods especially Sundays (this coment in the nicest of way's)hats off to the chef beautiful food.

It was our first visit and I must say it is proper home made cooking. Fresh vegetables home made Yorkshire the complete works. We have been to many places around the world and this is far the best. Zara is wonderful. She is so kind, warm & welcoming. My Mum & I instantly felt comfortable with her and she sat us at a beautiful little outdoor table where we could watch the world go by. Nothing was too much hassle, and we didn’t feel rushed for a second. The food was absolutely incredible too. My Mum raved over the Sunday roast, and the Moroccan chicken skewers were beyond a shadow of a doubt the best Moroccan food I’ve tasted outside Morocco. This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last.

Well we had a Fantastic Lunch at The Yorkshire Rose Restaurant Fuengirola. Starter, Main Course and a Dessert for €16.95 just look at the pictures 2 meals 2 Drinks €40. Fantastic Value. The Lady was Lovely and polite, served you with a smile. It was a real pleasure to be there. Thank you so much.

Absolutley loved this restaurant. The dinner was just what we needed.... comfort food! 7 vegetables served with the roast dinner.... heaven! The tuna salad and shrimp were both excellent starters. Can't go wrong with either the roast beef or chicken entree. The desserts were great too. We enjoyed the chocolate cake and profiteroles. Will definitely return!!!! The server/owner is alsona wonder tour guide... gave us fantastic tips while in the area...

If you sometimes like a taste of home cooking when abroad then this is the place for you. Ate twice here in 10 nights for our fix. Sunday lunch was absolutely fantastic, roast beef and all vegetables for me, roast chicken for my wife. Other meal was a whole pork loin, melted in the mouth. Back next year we hope 🙏

A marvelous place for Sunday Roast. Delicious, juicy roast beef, tasty cheesy cauliflower, and Yorkshire Pudding par excellence. Abundant servings and a pleasant atmosphere make this a winning choice. A bit hard to find but worth the effort.

We had a fabulous experience here at the Halloween bottomless brunch. We enjoyed three delicious courses (spring rolls, grilled chicken and pepper sauce and profiteroles) with unlimited cava. The food was absolutely delicious and Zara was so friendly and attentive that it makes you realise what a huge difference excellent customer service makes. Highly recommended and we can't wait to return!

Returned for our last night. Once again, excellent food, service and value for money. Hard to pick a highlight but my lasagne was excellent and lemon sorbet with peach schnapps was lovely. definitely will return (again!!) to see if the white chair is still there 🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️

Lovely Sunday roast

Fantastic food. The soup was delicious and the roast beef was amazing. Zara was very friendly to us. Only drawback is the slices of roast beef were very thin.

Food wasn't great I'm afraid. Barely warm and view is not good. I expected better after the great reviews I saw! Lovely waitress though.

Have visited many times over the years but was so very disappointed this time with the food. The fact that there were just 3 tables occupied , when in the past years it would be absolutely full should have been a sign. I had the Sunday roast beef lunch. The beef was plasticy( packet/ microwaved I don't know) very thin and quite tasteless even after adding salt and pepper. It is a true shame that when you close your eyes , put a piece of meat in your mouth and you have no Idea what you are eating. Pig in blanket was the driest sausage I have had in a long time as was the stuffing with quite thick but totally tasteless gravy. Vegetables however were excellent as was the service. Unfortunately our group won't be coming back again as the food quality has dropped of a cliff and there are many other restaurants to choose from.

Roast was Ok. The roast potatoes weren't like roast potatoes I'm used to, which are crunchy on outside and fluffy inside. My husband had a dish and it arrived cold. Not enough kitchen staff or waiting staff, seems to be just 1 in each place. Street is depressing. Wine was nice. I'd give Zara a good score for her service, but think she is too overworked and she needs someone else helping her.
