Drove 1 hour to eat here, it was so worth it. The fries are seasoned so well, crispy, and the nuggets are so crispy too. My bf said the burger was fireeeee. Also they were very sweet and they have a game room with a claw machine and other games.

Carl's Jr is the only burger joint I miss from California. For some reason, when I lived in PA, the only close Carl's Jr was in NJ but they didn't have the Western Bacon Cheeseburger, I had to explain to them what it was, which they made and it was ok. It's sad this Carl's Jr is so far from Houston. And Hardee's is not the same.

This was my first time going here and I was pleasantly surprised. I was running early to get my vehicle serviced, so I stopped by to get something to eat. I was unaware that they offered breakfast. I ordered an egg and cheese burrito combo with an orange juice. It was right on time while I was waiting to get my vehicle serviced. The service was very good as well. My first experience with Carl's was an exceptional one. Update: Stopped by once more on my way to get my vehicle serviced. Ordered some lunch items this time. I must say that I was pleased with my order. I ordered the 3-piece chicken tender combo and a 5-piece order of jalapeño poppers. I was not expecting it to be so good. I was just trying to pickup a quick snack to eat while my vehicle was being serviced. Good job team.

I had biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. Food was good and hot and the service was great. Another visit to Carl's I ordered chicken tenders they were cooked when I ordered they were nice and tender thick pieces of chicken . Think I prefer the tenders over the burger. The late night shift at Carl's and Loves are a great bunch folks always welcoming you in the doors.

Vegan Options, Vegan Burger for the Win! My wife & I were ecstatic to find out that Carl’s Jr. would be providing Plant Based Beyond Burgers! We’ve been numerous of times & they always hit the spot! This Carl’s Jr. is part of Loves gas station. The customer service here is always pleasant, the joint & store is always super clean, & the food is very fresh! We usually get a beyond star meal, add a second party for $2.00, without mayo & cheese, my wife takes one of the patties with the lettuce & veggies and eats it like that, I keep the other patty with the buns and viola, two meals in one! So good!!! Thank you Carl’s Jr. for having Vegan Options!

They closed up a lot of Carl's Jr in Houston, I was surprised to see this one on the road so I stopped by for a bite. Service was really good, also they have a game room. I thought that was only in Louisiana, didn't know Texas offered it too.

Onion rings and waffle fries tasted like pure old oil. Was so excited for waffle fries too... Its about 1030 at night but still... burgers were fine though.

The girl that took my order was fantastic, but the guy that took over for her was not so much when I asked for my items to be fresh he rolled his eyes and when I told him to have a great day he walked away but although they made my fries fresh my burger was cold to touch delicious but not fresh no cheese melt 😭 this is my first impression of this location so I'm not impressed

I am only giving this review and not the one I typically would do too a specific situation that happened in September. Due to this, it not only bothered me, yet it also has traumatized my young children. When going through the drive thru, for lunch for my young children and myself. Which, mind we don't typically go during the lunch hours. The guy, that I recognize as a shift lead made a very and inappropiate comment when ask for donations for the children at that time. I quote, "Do you want to save a child or kill a child?" At that point I almost felt like I had too, but also didn't want my children getting the wrong idea if I didn't. So, I made the donation. After pulling off and stopping somewhere else to eat with my children. The food was cold, he was not only out of line, but also very rude. I have since then had to try and explain to them everyday that what was said is NOT okay and have had to explain that what was said was not okay behavior, even for an adult like themselves. Now the only time we will go back, is during dinner. Due to the food always being fresh, the atmosphere is not only friendly, but makes us feel like were home. There's one person, that's a higher up and she is absolutely amazing. Always greets us with a smile and really makes us feel welcome. I can't exactly remember her name, but I know it started with an A. The dinner time, I would give them 5 stars all the way around. Otherwise, I couldn't and will not.

Service was friendly but slow. I ordered the Cali XL burger. The picture on the menu showed a burger with sautéed onions and it looked really good. The burger I got was a Carl's classic with thousand island dressing, no sautéed onion. It was disappointing to say the least. False advertising. The photo of the Cali XL should be removed from the menu if they don't actually serve it as pictured.

The menu has a picture of burgers with lettuce and tomatoes. Looks like what I ordered, but what I got only had pickles and onions on it and I was told oh that’s not what pictured. even though the burger is right under that picture on the menu I think it’s deceptive the way these places put a picture of a scrumptious burger that you want and then what you get something completely different. I called ther attention to this, but they were indifferent like, who cares

The manager, Angela D. was very rude for no reason. I bought the Diablo loaded fries and the sauce was on the edge of the carton leaking out and they threw shredded cheese in the same spot. I was confused about the shredded cheese (I’m used to cheese sauce being on fries). I went back in to ask if they could at least melt the shredded cheese. Angela was at the counter and completely ignored me. I stood there patiently waiting until the nice cashier came back and spoke to me. I asked nicely regarding my concern then Angela jumped in the conversation rudely and said I can use the nacho cheese sauce from the gas station side and that it’s free. I was baffled, held my tongue and walked away because I am wearing my Army uniform and must be professional at all times. As I walked away, another civilian told me how she’s had problems at this location before and that’s why she stopped coming here. I’ve done so much for this country that I love just to be disrespected while in uniform. It is unacceptable. What happened to good customer service?. In the picture you can see the Diablo sauce and shredded cheese in one spot, as well where I’ve poured the nacho sauce. I forgot to take a picture before mixing it a little and adding the nacho sauce.
