Purchased vairity of flavors of wings for a family get together for the packers/ lions game .First time I have tried wingstop and they all were fantastic 😋 diffently a repeat customer.

I had an amazing experience at Wingstop. This was my first time and I had stopped to pick up my order which I mistakenly thought would take less time than it did. I had my kids in the car and when I went in to check on my order the GM (Kerrigan, sorry I don't know the spelling) checked on my order told me it would be about 5 minutes. He said you can go sit in your car and I will bring it out to you which he did. This was the best customer service I have received in a very very long time. Oh and the wings were delicious as well. Thank you!

First and foremost, lets remember that this is a Wingstop. It’s not fine dining, it’s fast-food wings. I just have to say, the girl who I assume is the manager, (had dyed red and black hair) is so fantastic!! I’ve been to this location a handful of times at various times and days of the week, and she has always been so friendly and helpful! Some times I’ve been are busier than others, which is understandable, especially since they usually have a restaurant full of teen-aged customers, on top of people walking in for orders; I think a lot of the negative reviews here forget to allow some perspective in that regard. I wish I got her name, but the manager and a lot of the other employees here are very friendly, helpful, and pleasant! I will definitely keep coming back to this wingstop.

The wings were delicious. I ordered the bone-in wings with ranch sauce, and when I arrived, the staff was friendly and my order was ready.

I didn’t even realize today was the grand opening but now I’m even more impressed! I placed my order online for a later pickup, and it was ready 5 minutes after my scheduled pickup time- amazing! The wings were the best I’ve ever had. I LOVED the lemon pepper so much. Also had the voodoo fries which were good too! I’m so excited Wingstop is finally in Apple valley!

A lot of people were waiting for their orders and looking frustrated. The employees didn’t seem to be very organized and some were standing around with no direction, despite how busy it was. It’s too bad that both this Wingstop and the one in Savage have quite a few bad reviews - COME ON Wingstop - do better!!! They really could do better if they had better management giving direction and staff that actually want to be there. The chicken tenders were not very hot but pretty tasty, LOVED the ranch and now I know why everyone loves it. My fries were very disappointing though and soggy. They definitely need to step up their fry game. I think I would maybe give this place one more try in hopes that they improve.

Ordered the Korean, Hawaiian and Orginal. Also ordered the fried corn. The food was super salty. The Korean and Hawaiian tasted exactly the same, except for the heat. The cord.. same flavor. What an absolute nightmare of a dining experience! This Wingstop location is a complete embarrassment to the food service industry. After an excruciating 40-minute wait, we received a bag of culinary disappointment that defies explanation. The fries were so pathetically soggy they seemed like they’d been marinating in water, completely destroying any hope of a crispy side dish. As for the wings, they were so bone-dry and overcooked that they could have doubled as shoe leather. It was painfully clear the kitchen staff has no concept of proper cooking techniques. The reviews from other customers echo my sentiments. One patron noted the inconsistent quality, mentioning that when busy, the food lacks seasoning and becomes dry. Another customer complained about small, unsatisfactory portions and poor customer service. This Wingstop doesn’t just fall short of expectations - it plummets into a abyss of culinary incompetence. Save yourself the time, money, and digestive distress. Absolutely not recommended.

I cannot believe that I went to this Wingstop since night and I wait for my food one hour no I order my food sometime after six. I didn’t get my food till 8 o’clock. I asked the lady if I could get a refund she said she can’t refund anything she’ll have to send the receipt to the manager and the manager will send me my money in five business days. I ended up waiting for the food because I was already exhausted and just Upset that I promised my daughter Wingstop for dinner. The lady who was acting like a supervisor she was like clapping each time she get one order out and I’m like why is she clapping while the lobby is full of people? That wasn’t an achievement. They need to set up a different structure to get people order out on time. I read all the review on here and the biggest problem they have is getting food out on time it needs to change. If this location is going to be a success, they need to work on timing. Also, for the fact that they have people waiting for an hour since night, they should’ve at least give them something to accommodate all that waiting. I had to take a video and send it to my husband. I could not believe what I was looking at. I was there for an hour an hour. It was awful. The food was good. The weight was just horrible just horrible. There’s no way I could’ve ordered my food at six and didn’t get it till eight. I ordered it online and then I went to the store and stand here for a whole hour. What a shame.

We placed a delivery order via Doordash, that included a triple chocolate chunk brownie, which my son specifically requested because today is his birthday. When the order arrived, the brownie was missing. I immediately called the store and explained how important this was. The employee I spoke with told me she would figure out a way to send the missing brownie. My son and I waited for over two hours, only for me to call back and be told, “Sorry, as wingstops we don’t deliver we’ll just refund you.” That refund did absolutely nothing to fix the disappointment of a child waiting on his birthday treat. What made this worse is that we were misled instead of being told the truth upfront. This experience completely ruined what should have been a special moment for my son. I will never order from this location again. You didn’t just lose an order, you lost a new customer.

I’ve been ordering from this place since they opened & loved the customer service, the food, etc. but recently I haven’t been so happy with my orders. I’m so disappointed.
