This place has the worst employees and service i have ever received. I asked for a breast and a leg and I got a thigh and I leg. I asked to exchange them but was told their not dropping white meat due to a current special. So in other words the girl at the front should have told me that and I would have ordered something else. Then the manager asked me what to do. Give me my at back dude. I paid for something you did t even have at the time. Ridiculous.

Ordered online and the Matty bowls we got are no way close to what is advertised. The food was good but the serving size doesn't live up to what they advertise.

The fried chicken was so salty. I couldn't finish it. The potato wedges were crispy, but also salty. The chicken sandwich was tolerable.

This place has bugs!!!! Customer service is bad, orders take forever and they try to short us a lot. But the bugs!

Just like all the other reviews, please stay away from this location!!! Food is not cooking throughly, you will wait upwards of 30-50 mins for food that you won’t eat, service is horrible. Do not eat here! Corporate does not follow up after submitting a complaint.

This is the worst KFC I have ever experienced. My order was stolen and they wouldn't compensate me for my time and order ... I GAVE them multiple chances to get orders right since it was close to where I am located. I will never order from them again . I would give them a zero. That is unacceptable

We went to get food and they were pretty much out of everything. We couldn’t see the menu because they had no lights on. I’m positive they just didn’t want to serve us because it was late.

The last three times we have tried to order pot pies, we are told they are sold out. This is all in the past week. The person told us once that it would take 25 min for them to finish cooking. When we came back 30 min later, he said they were out. When we questioned what he originally said, he had no response. Tonight we were told they were sold out again. Really frustrating

I had a door dasher come pick up my food today and it took almost 20 to 22 minutes if you're going to order from this location for KFC and you're probably going to take your service to a different chicken place. Anything over 30 to 40 minutes of a wait time for a doordasher will basically upset that driver so if you guys can't be Curtis's of doing the orders that pop up on your screen then you should not be working there.

Worst KFC ever! Called on Christmas Eve and was told they would be open until 6pm. Placed an order on the app at 12:30 for pickup at 4:30. Received a notification saying my order was ready around 4:10. Arrived at 4:30 to find the employees had the doors locked and were cleaning up inside. They unlocked the door to tell me they were closing early and that they don’t have any control over online orders. Had to call the 1-800 number to get my money. Complete waste of time and money, and received no apologies or concern from anyone in the restaurant.

Not only do yall have a bunch of little kids working horsing around here, they purposely keep the store dark so no one will pull up, and the sign to view the menu making it look like they’re closed. They now have the lights on (for now) so something must be changing but the service sucks they too busy inside partying and not getting orders right. I tried to give yall months of chances but look at yall reviews they’re horrific. I would hate for this establishment to close because they can’t just do what they are suppose to.

I placed a order online like I usually do at different locations and I usually order late so I go through the drive through to pick up my order especially since the drive through is empty no customers before me or behind me I pull up to the window and the first thing the employee says is “ just to let you know it’s our policy for you to come in to pick up online orders” no hi how are you can I get you anything else or anything just rude and petty! I just came from urgent care with my sick child that’s why I didn’t run in. Then when I get home this chicken is less than satisfying it’s soggy and look old I will not be back at this location!

Me and my wife went to the KFC on 5900 South Cooper Street location our food was totally incorrect no sauce pickles cold potato wedges no biscuits and was told our food would be ready in 10 minutes by the young man that took our order and that was a complete lie the customer service was terrible I recommend anyone that's worked hard for their dollar bill don't spend any of your money at this location to receive below subpar service and food.

Went in excited about the Texas deal. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes without even an acknowledgement. Check the cameras. I understand workers being busy, but how hard is it to say hello..we appreciate your patience, it's going to be a moment. They didn't look short handed. Upon looking, every table inside of the restaurant was also not clean. Won't come back to this one. Too bad.

Place completely unorganized. Tell you 5 minutes for the wedges to cook and ask you to pull around front. 20+ minutes go by and they completely forget you are out front. Then after you call the store to inquire about your order, they say it's on the way out and another 10 minutes go by and kid walking car to car with my order because it's been so long they forgot what car I was in. Just throw this location away, a bunch of people just hanging out behind the counter collecting a paycheck. Unreal

April 23rd, 2025 - Sign shows open at 11:20pm, but employee claims they're closed even though hours are till midnight. Update: Went back the following day to pick up an order an hour before they close & a chubby big women claiming to be the manager insisted they were already closed at 11pm (sign reads closing midnight) & refused to give a refund. Contacted corp & they refunded me plus added $20 credit to my account, so good on corp.
