Haven’t had Taco Bell in years !!! This location and the new menu is great *looking at you Crispy Cantina Taco w/ Avocado Verde Salsa mmmmm* Food is always fresh, condiments are always in the bag, and great customer service (which is so hard to find these days in a drive thru).
I needed to come here and leave a review because this Taco Bell location is seriously awesome. Fast food places surely don't get many good reviews, but this specific location near Bailey's Crossroads is worth it. Yes, the drive-thru can take a while to get through sometimes, but let me tell you, the employees are always so nice and working so hard, and my order has ALWAYS been perfect. Every single thing, down to just some extra cheese on my nachos. Seriously. I'd rather them take their time and get my order right than rush it and get it wrong, and this location is always on point. Give all the workers a raise, please.
The Taco Bell is just down the street from me. And when people say that sometimes there is some hyperbole but in my case it is literally true. It is, by foot, 8 minutes away depending on the traffic lights. I wanted to see how the food tasted and how fast it would take them to deliver their food to me. I did this for YOU people! YOU! Also I was feeling like Mexican. So I ordered a Mexican Pizza Combo #4, which also came with a couple of hard shell tacos and a large drink. I got diet Pepsi. I also ordered a 12 Pack of Cinnabon Delights and a bunch of Fire, Hot, and Diablo sauce packets. Now, Grubhub is the delivery service so I got a ETA and a lovely Tracker. The order had been made at 5:22 PM and they said the order would be delivered between 5:50 PM to 6:00 PM. Now, on one hand they still had to make the food so I thought this ETA to be a tad unlikely. But on the other hand I was SO CLOSE maybe they were correct in their delivery time. They were not. By the time 6:00 rolled around they sent me a new delivery time of 6:05 PM to 6:15 PM. In fact, they notified me, the driver was on his way. And he was...he spent ten minutes in the Taco Bell parking lot. Then, amazingly, he and his car flew across the map, breaking who knows how many air traffic laws, to land in my condo parking area. Where he delivered the order with a few minutes to spare. Amazing. But he was NOT driving a DeLorean. Go figure. When I took the bag inside and checked it the order seemed okay. They had tossed in thirty sauce packets. Half Fire and half Hot. No Diablo sauce. Also, I can only assume they had tossed in the food too because the box containing the pizza was slightly crumbled on one side. No damage to the pizza outside of some of the cheese sticking to the top. Now, from what I understand bagging the food is the responsibility of the restaurants, so I can't blame Grubhub for that. Even for being late it wasn't that late and all the food was warm and the Diet Pepsi was cold. And it was tasty. So I assume Taco Bell made my order at the last second and tossed it into a bag before handing it over to the driver. Once again, not the fault of Grubhub. In the end next time I will just likely walk over. Update - As it is better than any of the McDonald locations I will likely, when ordering delivery, order from them from now on.

I love this Taco Bell, been eating Taco Bell since I started my career at one at 16 years old. 38 years later and it's still my favorite but we got a good one here, fresh, that's hard to get at Taco Bell but this location specifically keeps it fresh, love that. Try a cheese roll up add steak, worth it!
This Taco Bell is wonderful. Not only do they still serve breakfast, which can be difficult to find these days, they also have an absolutely lovely staff. I accidentally forgot my purse at one of the tables in the dining area and they found it and got it back to me safely later in the day.
This review is strictly for the location, as Taco Bell is pretty much the same everywhere. But, the quality here is very good. Taco Bell is one of my vices, and this is my go to location to feed that vice every once in a while. And, it’s close to where I live, so that’s a bonus for me. The inside is always very clean, and the staff is always very friendly. This is probably one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. I hope it stays that way.
Been going to Taco Bell for 40 some years at least! I love their chips and cheese, soft tacos, and burritos! Yum! Craved it when I was pregnant with my son and he grew up loving Taco Bell!
Customer service was excellent! The lady at the counter was super nice and helpful, very polite as well. Super long drive through line, so I went inside even though I placed a mobile drive through order. Didn't have any issues and I got my food with minimal wait time, maybe 5 minutes tops. My crunchwrap was pretty empty, not a whole ton of meat and there was pretty much a whole 1/5th of the wrap that was just tortilla with nothing in it. The rest of the food was great though. I just wanted to leave a good review for the staff though, they were fantastic!
This Taco Bell is my neighborhood happy place. It's slower because it's always bumping and the orders are 100% accurate and served fresh. Selua is the best at the drive thru and always asks how I'm doing. Tonight in freezing temperatures someone was working on the drive. This place cares about customers!
Stopped for lunch and had a great experience, which I rarely can say at other Taco bells which is why I do not visit much anymore. The people were nice, food was good and even heard a moment where there was a drive through mic up, but both the customer and employee were very cheerful despite the slip up Just a great experience
This is a Grade A+ Taco Bell! My grab n go order was prepared quickly and perfectly. The employees are fast, friendly and professional. The store is brightly lit and has a cool, open design. While I was in there they BLAZED through a very long drive thru line. Great location. My food was full and there were no cracks in my tacos which is pretty amazing. I was even able to eat my Doritos Taco without using the cardboard scaffold. Wow! My brother says the soft drink lines need cleaning but I didn't get a drink.

I am such a nerd (or insert whatever word the kids are saying now) but after a long flight from California to DC my very first meal was from Taco Bell and Wendy's. When you are somewhere new for the first time, it is comforting to see something familiar - like a Taco Bell. And after ordering my food via the drive thru, I can safely say the food tasted the same. The menu looked similar and prices seemed about right. Though as I waited in line, in the drive thru, something happened, Like a delay with someone's order. Consequently, the caravan of cars behind started honking like crazy. Eitherway, the wait for me wasn't that long. My food was good no complaints there and the server was nice. So, there you go my first meal in Virginia was Taco Bell, a fastfood chain started by a man named Glen Bell in 1962.

This place is very slow. When it’s not crowded the slowness isn’t a big deal. However when the restaurant is busy, it can easily take 30-45 minutes to get one’s order
Food was ok. My tacos were good but a couple of pieces of the chicken in my daughter's quesdadilla were hard! We threw it out. Service was incredibly slow, I waited 15 min for 3 tacos and a quesdadilla

I repeatedly order food from this location because I am closest to it. I rarely get what I’ve ordered. Something is always missing whether it be sauces or extra toppings I paid for. Even normal toppings are often lagging. As someone who started in the service industry at 15 years old, this tells me that either the manage is pressuring employees to be short on things, or is not paying attention. I’ve done this for a while thinking that it might have been an off night (because I know that can happen) but I’ve been too many times, with too many issues to continue to give that pass. Taco Bell is charging prices the same as a real taco restaurant. If you can’t even add basic, low cost garnish (i.e. lettuce and tomatoes) I suggest management get a lesson on how to properly handle both a well managed team, and cost for inventory. Managers, if you can’t treat your employees well while also leading them to run a good store, maybe you should rethink your position. I think the employees are probably trying, but whoever is managing, is continually failing.

I love Taco Bell, but I do have to say that I went out on dates with someone that worked in this Taco Bell and they did not recommend this place. A manager walks around IN HER SOCKS in the damn kitchen…. THEY DO NOT CHANGE THEIR GLOVES. Only thing that is “safe” is anything quesadilla. Personally.. I’m appalled. HOW do they not have a camera in the kitchen and have a health and food inspector watching from time to time??? What I heard was concerning. I honestly thought it was an ok spot, but I’m not ordering from here.
Have ordered here multiple times, as it’s one of the closer Taco Bell’s since I’ve moved, and it’s by far the absolute SLOWEST ever. I’ll order something and it’ll take 30+ min ON AVERAGE. I don’t understand. Even if it’s not busy.

First of all, I literally come here all the time even when there’s a long line but this time it was just me and I sit there for 10 minutes waiting for my food after seven minutes. This is a tough one for me. I’ve been coming to this Taco-bell since I was going to High school at Wakefield. Over the last 10 years the service has just gotten worse and worse. I can understand being understaffed or just having poor management but I think there is a more serious issue at play. As 20+ minute waits for “fast food” is just shameful. I think whom ever is the regional or district manager need to take a good look at this restaurant and be more strict or just clean house and start from fresh. Definitely need a strict and competent GM who can get the job done. Employees will do what ever you let them get away with so end of the day it’s on the managers. Do better.

They do a lot of odd things during the night, for starters, that one dark skinned girl with the hood and hat don't call names out so it's a dozen people just crowding around not knowing where the order is and then when they place a bag on the counter or on the top , they face the name inward Instead of outward so we can't see the name so it's a dozen people waiting 30+ minutes. The configuration of this Taco Bell is terrible, the drive thru runs through the parking lot so people are constantly about to back into you while you’re in the drive thru line. Now the food…everything was cold, even the meat in the taco and Crunchwrap AND it all tasted so gross and oily. The “fast food” prices are outrageous and you get such little food. Serving food this low quality and cold should be a crime. Avoid at all costs!

This gotta be one of the worst Taco Bell ever. They have no sense of urgency as if fast food should be slow food, moving at the pace of a turtle, laughing and dilly dallying about it and then rude as hell when you ask about your food. Why it takes 20 minutes to get through the drive through I can’t fathom. Maybe if they took their jobs seriously the line would move faster, I get it it’s fast food but you choose to work here don’t be rude because you hate your life.

Worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. It’s literally SLOW AS CHRISTMAS. You would save more time by going to a three course meal at a fancy restaurant than trying to order and eat here. Choose literally any other location if you can. It doesn’t matter that this one has a drive thru.. I promise it’s not worth it.
This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I have used the drive through several times and every time I have had to wait upwards of 15 minutes after ordering to finally get what I ordered. This is the worst experience ever. You have no customer service no one to greet you. I waited over an hour to get my order and it was incorrect. If they had the score of a zero that's what they would get on everything except for the food. They need instructions on a app, to let you know if you pay in cash that you have to let them know it at the counter before your order is made. This doesn't make any sense to me to inform you to choose cash or credit
I order from this Taco Bell more than any other location because it is in a convenient location for me. Let me get right to the point with my complaints: the managers here do not know how to train employees or run a restaurant. It means that the wait for even tiny orders is ridiculously long. If it were one slow employee, I’d blame them. But this is an issue of policies slowing up the works because the place is understaffed so employees are running multiple stations. If this location had at least two to three more employees at any given time, it would be a nice experience to go here. Instead, I’m waiting 25 minutes for one Crunchwrap supreme. Management, your restaurant is constantly packed and clearly brings in enough revenue. Properly staff the place and you’d have happy customers who stop here more often. Instead, I drive right by 4 times out of 5 because I simply don’t have the time for your understaffed antics. Update: I stopped by about 6 months after my previous review to see if this was still true, and it was equally slow. As you can see in my screenshot, my order was supposed to be ready at 2:40pm, but I was still waiting for it at 3:07 when I took this screenshot. 27 minutes late. There were about 6 cars in drive through and 1 person waiting inside, so not a busy period for them, yet it took 30+ minutes to make my food.

First and foremost, I’ll give credit where credit is due: the food was pretty good. So far, I haven’t had any issues with what I ordered and it always tastes good. My biggest and probably only problem is the service time. I usually come here later at night (past 9pm), and clearly this Taco Bell isn’t part of the “fast” food industry, because it takes about 30 to 40 minutes for my food to come out after I order. I’ve been to other Taco Bells late at night, and other ones that are smaller than this restaurant gets my food out faster and in a much more reasonable amount of time. I order on the app often for online exclusive deals and every time I do that, I’m just sitting there waiting with everyone that’s picking up for delivery. The worst wait I’ve experienced was when my friends ordered on the kiosk, finished their food, and my order was still nowhere to be seen (so maybe it’s just online ordering that takes a while? But I don’t understand why that is). If you plan on visiting this Taco Bell for some late night cravings or to fill your hunger, just be aware that it will take some time to get your food and satisfy those cravings.
Avoid this location if you can. The food is not fresh. The staff doesn’t read notes on order modifications. Everything is sloppy and skimpy with the portions.
Absolutely terrible experience at this Taco Bell around 10 PM. I waited in the drive-thru line for about 45 minutes, and when I got to the pickup window, the car in front of me was arguing with the employee — an African woman — who was being rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. When it was finally my turn, I asked for a refund due to the excessive wait and poor service. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee refused, dropped my food, and when I got upset, she laughed and started yelling across the kitchen to other employees, drawing unnecessary attention and making the situation worse. This location clearly lacks training, accountability, and basic customer service standards. I won’t be coming back, and I hope corporate takes this seriously.

Ordered door dash, waited for an hour. Dasher asked the workers for the status of the order, and they said they were about to start it. 30 minutes goes by and he asks again, the workers lied and said they didn’t receive my order. Horrible location. They took my money and I will never visit again.

Went to the drive thru at 5:30pm on a Sunday. There were 10 cars in front of me. Fifteen minutes later there were still 7 cars in front of me. Turned around and left. This has happened twice in the last few months. Takes at least 30 minutes wait in the drive through.
Some of the worst fast food I've ever had. If I hadn't been so hungry and exhausted from the day. I would have taken it back for a refund. Three soft tacos that were awful. I’ve ordered both take out and delivery from this location, I don’t recommend either. They are slow as can be. If you order from a mobile app, be prepared for the food to take up to an hour longer than what the app initially quoted for time. Good luck if you’re desperate enough to order from here.
This location has been all but abandoned by the franchiser. It is so severely understaffed at all points of the day that even during off-peak hours you will be waiting at least 20 minutes for any order, with peak wait times being upward of 45 minutes. Unless no other location is convenient for you, it would genuinely be faster to drive to any other taco bell in nova because of the near nonexistant staffing and management by the franchiser.
I ordered twice via Uber eats, neither time they made my order and I was charged when I waited over an hour and a half and finally cancelled it. The store will accept your order, not make the food and then wait for you to cancel. I even called them after the first time and they said they never got the order, but Uber said they did accept it so they couldn't refund me. It's also an Uber issue for sure, but this restaurant is such hot garbage that they can't even be bothered to make your order.
I visited this Taco Bell on 7 December 2025 and had one of the worst fast-food experiences I have ever had. I placed my order at 8:08 p.m. and did not receive it until after 8:30 p.m., even though there were at least seven staff members working. The team looked completely disorganised, and customers were left waiting with no explanation or apology. When my food finally arrived, it was wrong. I showed the staff both the incorrect food and my printed order, but they looked confused, did not apologise, and had to consult each other before fixing anything. The whole process was slow, confusing, and unacceptable. I will not return to this location.
Genuinely the worst Taco Bell I’ve gone to. I ordered my food on the app to pick up and got there when they just finished my order. I saw them keep my order in the back but when I tried to get their attention to get my pickup order everyone ignored me. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and give me my order they knew I was there they were making eye contact with me and ignoring me. Some other guy came in and he was in a rush but they also wouldn’t help him. I had to go through the drive thru to force them to give me my food but by that time my food was cold and soggy which could have easily been avoided if they just put my mobile order on the shelf instead of holding it hostage in the back. What’s the point of having that shelf up if it’s not gonna get used like this was actually the most irritating thing I’ve ever experienced which is so embarrassing why did I have to go through this over some Taco Bell MAKE THE EXTRA TRIP TO ANOTHER TACO BELL IT’S NOT WORTH GOING TO THIS ONE.
I would first like to say how dirty this place is there’s napkins all over the floor aswell as pieces of food. Now when I went here the second time with my friends I waited 20 plus minutes for ONE BURRITO and when we asked them I guess they got really angry and started acting violent screaming at us saying if you want your food then how about you come behind the counter and do it yourself. This is very unacceptable and very unprofessional.
I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your restaurant today. I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up, but I waited over 35 minutes and was informed that my order still had not been prepared. When I politely asked about the wait time, the staff responded with a rude attitude. Additionally, they spoke negatively about me in Bengali, not realizing that I understand the language. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. This is not the first time I have faced service issues at this location — this is actually my fourth unpleasant experience. I value your food, but the customer service has been consistently disappointing. I hope the company will take this matter seriously and provide proper training or take appropriate action. Better customer service is essential for maintaining your business and reputation.
I'm a Doordash driver. Please don't order from here again. They took an hour to prepare an order, even though the store was quiet. The attendant then told me to either wait or cancel the order. What right do you have to tell me to cancel the order or wait more than an hour? This place is terrible.
Today we went to the store, we ordered 10 crunchy tacos, burrito and chicken taco, the food totally cold and tasteless, and the chicken taco, horrible, the chicken is hard, it looked like a stone, inedible, pure dough, cold. I don't recommend this place, besides we ordered sauces and they didn't give us any, and it was in our order. The food was horrible!!
It’s Taco Bell… but I think this crew needs some honest feedback so here goes: 1. Don’t have someone on the line AND handling paper money/ cashier duties, very unsanitary…. The gentleman didn’t even change his gloves. Do better. 2. Our food took 25 minutes and it wasn’t a big order. I’m guessing they were short staffed and had a lot of drive through traffic but honestly this crew moved in slow motion…. (I understand, you hate your job but can you just put some pep in your step?) it will make your shift go by quicker…
We ordered the craving pack online pickup. The food quality was not up to par. Mostly tortilla, less toppings, meat looked old. Got stomach aches and diarrhea. It seems like the kitchen people either were low on toppings and in a hurry. Very terrible experience this time. This Taco Bell is usually on point, don’t understand what happened this time
