Opiniones de Mom's Kitchen & Bar Astoria
I had a great time dining here. Steph was so personable and the mimosas were huge!! Will definitely be back.
Absolutely delicious meal and drinks. Love the music selection as well as the decor in the space as well. Our waitress, Steph was amazing!
I stopped by for brunch, had the steak and eggs and the eats were absolutely exquisite. Steph was my server and she was very helpful. Highly recommended establishment. 🤌🏽
Went for brunch on Thanksgiving weekend for my little sister’s birthday and it was great! Pancakes were delicious, the steak and eggs were super good and filling, and their omelette was amazing. We finished the strawberry shortcake shake in 5 minutes… it was soo good! Will try to come back soon!
Mom's Kitchen Bar is my go-to brunch spot every Monday with my mom, and it never disappoints! The cozy atmosphere and delicious menu options always make for the perfect start to the week. I can't say enough great things about our server, Emily—she truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. From her warm smile to her attentive service, she made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a welcoming place with fantastic food and amazing service, I highly recommend stopping by. Five stars all the way!
Quick, friendly, and professional service. Outdoor dining available on the sidewalks. Not crowded for a wddnesday lunch. I enjoyed the Mom's burger. It was delicious with lots of protein (beef, egg, taylor ham), fresh lettuce and tomato. The pickles on the side were great. French fries were perfectly crisp. I recommend stopping. Next time I'll try something off the brunch menu.
We were so lucky to have an amazing server who sang with us and made the place warm. If you saw the menu then you get the food. It’s great. Eat it. We were lucky to be able to customize our deserts a little and felt like kids. Was so good! I’m not an ice cream eater and ordered ice cream and ate it all. So there’s that.
Emily Is This Best I had an exceptional dining experience recently. The food was fantastic—each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. Emily, our server, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt right at home. Her recommendations were spot on, and her friendly demeanor added a special touch to the evening. The overall atmosphere was inviting and cozy, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family. I highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to return!
Mom's kitchen and bar is a must for brunch! They have an all day brunch menu. The drinks are so good and unique. They made sure you can taste the alcohol but it's not overwhelming. If you decide to get the chicken and waffles, get all the sauces and cheese on the side, it's way too much on top trust me. The steak was so moist and tender. Overall the experience was great here. Also you have to look for street parking. Go enjoy!
Finally tried this spot for brunch and it didn’t disappoint! Loved the playful atmosphere and the creative spin on American classics. Come for the food and stay for the drinks! Also, come on a cheat day because you’ll want to indulge without worrying about the calories, trust me. Staff was also very helpful and gave us honest recommendations. I had the chicken and waffles and already dreaming about going back.
We love brunching at Mom's. Like the name suggests, this is a comfortable dining space that serves up some really solid American/Southern comfort styled brunch items. Located in the heart of Astoria, Mom's has relatively large outdoor seating area and a diner-inspired decor inside. As with most highly rated restaurants on Google, the service is impeccable at Mom's. Most of the items that we've tried from the menu are delicious, and our drinks of choice are the "Momosa" and the Mom's Amber Ale. On this particular trip, I had the shrimp and grits, and my wife was feeling hungrier and got the burger. Otherwise, we also recommend their heavy metal fries and chicken & waffle.
We came here and had a great dining with Edgar! He was super welcoming, had us laughing and overall allowed us to have a fun experience. Hope to have him again soon!
I go to Mom’s Astoria every week! The food is very good — if not the absolute best — and the service is top notch. Vibes are cross of childhood nostalgia with queer paradise. Manager Mayssi keeps a great staff — bartender Charlie, wait staff Emilly and Iman, runner Edmundo, and host Gwen — among many others — all are extremely welcoming and friendly everytime I come in. I can count on hilarious and fun conversations with good drinks and food, and specialty menus that change on a monthly basis. Every month there is a themed trivia night too! In May for example, for May the Fourth Be With You, they run Star Wars trivia. Two TVs always playing Cartoon Network — save for rare situations such as the Olympics. The restaurant runs a bit on the pricier side but you get huge servings of delicious, homey food that should remind you of childhood. You won’t walk away hungry, and can take home your leftovers! Great place to come with friends for a boozy brunch, or just sit at the bar and chat with the wonderful staff.
Okay, I’ve officially added this spot as one if my favorite brunch locations! They had brunch all day so of course I had a mimosa lol to eat I had the chicken and bacon waffle option… its made with two sauces I hadn’t heard from before (cholula honey and bechamel sauce) but I decided to trust my waitress because she said it was good, sooo glad I trusted her. This plate was a 5/5!! I forgot the name if what my partner had to eat but it was also super delicious ! The buffalo mac and cheese were literally to die for. The restaurants decoration was a 80/90s baby perfect nostalgic moment. I cannnnot wait to come back :)
First time at Mom's Kitchen & Bar. I went with my best friend. The outdoor patio was great, everything was clean and service was great. Our server Marcos was great, friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered Summer Salad with fried chicken instead of roasted chicken, Short Rib Cobb Salad with avocado, blue cheese and truffled deviled eggs. We shared Cauliflower au Gratin which was amazing. This place is definitely a must visit. They also have Pride shakes menu and for every drink you purchase from it 2$ goes towards LGBT Network of Queens! Definitely coming back here!!
Went here on a Monday morning and this is the perfect place to get your brunch. We had chicken waffles & french toast with cinnamon. BOTH PLATES ARE BUSSIN’! We started off with a good old mimosa and watermelon sugar high. The watermelon drink was so DELISH so we ordered a second one. The ambiance, the food, and our amazing server, Emily, made this whole brunch experience great! Would totally go back to try the rest of the menu.
Great brunch spot. Cozy little place. Small restaurant with very limited seating. Food was good. I ordered the chicken and bacon waffle. It was flavorful. The bacon slices were thick cut and made just right. The waffle was decent. The fried chicken seemed like it was flattened chicken breast. Personally, I like my chicken to be a little thicker but no complaints here. It came with a cheese sauce and a tangy hot sauce. The drinks were pretty good. The mimosa was large and great tasting. The Bloody Mary was also pretty good. Spicy and flavorful. Perfect accompaniment to the chicken and waffle. The omelette was really good as well. It came with a side of both sweet potatoes and regular potatoes which were both delicious and made well. The service was awesome. Very attentive staff and very welcoming and friendly. Restaurant seemed clean. They do have a full bar. Street parking available nearby. I would recommend this spot!
Coworkers and I came here for a late lunch/dinner type of day. I must stay, food and drinks were really good. The bartender and server were so friendly and sweet, also engaging into a conversation as well as the busser. We sat outside which was not that great. But overall we loved it.
So good!! Come hungry & don’t expect to be healthy!! Delicious & unique menu, slightly different from midtown location’s (especially with shakes). Got the buffalo Mac & cheese balls (amazing with the sauce) and woodland omelette. My friend got the pancake burrito (enough for two servings, really good) - a lot of pancake in it, though, so get it if you like pancakes. Server was so thoughtful and kind. Drinks were Duckie Slide (mine, very refreshing), Papa Got Peach, and Hot Mama - all of which were also delicious! Overall, definitely coming back!
Absolutely loved this place. The waitress was so cute and friendly. The vibe is quirky and fun and the food is delicious. Can't wait to come back this summer.
Prepare yourself to be stuffed! The portion is huge and delicious! The restaurant is small, but they have a bar next to it if there’s no table. Their Mac and cheese pancake is out of this world! For the price, the portion is huge, so come here hungry and experience their itis after. Their milkshake is a must and super delicious!
One of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots in Queens. Creative comfort food with amazing friendly service. Quality remains just as good as it was when they first opened. My favorite dish is the macaroni and cheese pancakes, somehow, it just works SO well. Love the retro vibe, can’t wait to come again.
My cousins and I went there for brunch, and the foods we ordered were excellent! The staff was quick and courteous. I ordered the woodland omelette with a side of hash browns and it was simply delicious. Everything my cousins ordered looked delicious as well. Will definitely need to try their chicken and waffles next time. The drinks were okay. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!
The food here is so delicious, great portion sizes and the price is fair! Amazing brunch spot that won’t break the bank with good American style Waffle House vibe cooking and service was great as even though it was a busy Saturday, we did not wait long for our food and our server was friendly, attentive and quick! I will definitely be back here! It’s not a huge place but they definitely maximize seating and there’s outdoor seating for warming seasons. Great place!
I went to the one in midtown and this one does not disappoint. The wait can get pretty long and you will understand why. Its childhood food on steroids. Every dish is so creative, fun, and brings out your inner childhood joy. Must haves and must try are the heavy metal fries with short ribs and bedrock pancakes. My gosh the short ribs are so tender and pulls apart with all its glory. Cinnaboozy latte was also so deliciously dangerous. The bedrock pancakes were something else too. I don't love pancakes but these pancakes I adore! We also got shrimp grits, waffle taco, and steak and eggs too. Everything was good except the steak was not the best. The vibe is amazing and so is the decoration. Not to mention how large the portion sizes are - must try!!! They do charge a credit card fee so bring cash if possible.
UPDATE: They no longer have the waffle taco 🥲 Food here was delicious! This place is definitely 10/10. Came here for brunch. Menu is very different from what you are used to and it’s definitely worth it to give it a try. Me and my friend got 2 different plates the Waffle taco and the Chicken, bacon and waffle and we shared half and half. The ambiance it’s very nice and the place aesthetic is very authentic.
The food was delicious! Steak was cooked perfectly. Drinks are on point. The music and vibe is chill. Edgar and Angelica were awesome and took great care of us.
Food and drinks are excellent - very flavorful and you get your bang for your buck. However, our server Edgar was PHENOMENAL!! He provided a very fun atmosphere. He ensured myself, my wife, and my best friend got what got what we needed and has a warm and friendly demeanor. Ask for Edgar when you’re at the Astoria location if you want a welcoming and attentive server!
Met friends here for a late lunch and had such a fun time here with Steph as our waitress! The music, ambiance and food/drinks were amazing :) definitely coming back soon <3
The eggs & waffles dish was phenomenal. The steak & eggs were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend and would be back again.
Good vibes. Great music. Edgar was very helpful as I was indecisive on what to order. The chicken avocado bowl did not disappoint. The Blackberry Mule Mocktail was very refreshing.
Great local place with outstanding service and a creative menu. Really enjoyed their Bloody Mary and the Brisket Bowl. Nice bar and bourbon/Scotch selection, which I didn't expect.
Phenomenal brunch spot, we had a lovely date. Everything we ordered was delicious and the decor was super fun
Angelica is such a delight great personality food came out quick as well definitely recommend
Came for brunch food was great! I had the chicken and waffles, the chicken was hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy, and that sweet hot sauce was bomb. My sister ordered the steak and eggs and said it was cooked perfectly medium-well. Both of our drinks were really good, but the s’mores-tini was my favorite. I’ll definitely be back once outdoor seating opens. Honestly, everything that came out of the kitchen looked amazing. Edgar and Angelica were phenomenal—excellent service and great energy. 👏🏽
I’ve been to MOMs many times before and the food is always delicious! I normally enjoy coming on Sundays for brunch or lunch. But this is my first time coming in the midst of a 20” snowstorm! Even still, MOMs was still open despite most staff called out for the storm. Nevertheless, and barkeep and waiter Stefani was working away and made me this delicious hot cocoa and soup of soul!
Edgar was absolutely amazing and truly made my experience stand out. From the moment I was seated, he was attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to check in on me without ever making it feel rushed or forced, and it was clear he actually cared about making sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful suggestions that were spot on. Every recommendation he made fit exactly what I was in the mood for. My food and drinks came out quickly, everything was correct, and Edgar made sure everything was to my liking the entire time. If I needed anything, he noticed right away without me having to ask. What really stood out was his attitude. He was patient, friendly, and professional the whole time, even when the restaurant was busy. He never made me feel like just another table. Instead, he made the experience feel personal and relaxed, which is rare and very appreciated. Because of Edgar, my visit felt enjoyable and stress-free. Great service like that makes a huge difference, and it’s the reason I would come back again. Edgar is the kind of server who elevates the entire dining experience, and I’m very thankful for the excellent care he gave me. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re dining here.
First time here for a birthday eve dinner and it didn't disappoint. I went for the all-day brunch shrimp and cheesy grits, and my husband got the braised bbq short rib entree. Both dishes were delicious with ample portions. I enjoyed my husband's sides of bacon Brussels sprouts and Mac & cheese. Gimme S'mores Tini was decadent and strong! Look forward to coming back for brunch. Edgar is an amazing server!
Satisfying meals!! I was excited to go here based on the menu and wasn’t disappointed. Edgar was amazing and gave impeccable service. 10/10 on the Braised BBQ Shortrib and Shrimp and Cheesy Grits! Portions were more than enough. Will absolutely come back.
Mom's Kitchen & Bar in Queens offers a vibrant and welcoming experience that hits all the right notes. The mocktail I tried was refreshingly creative and perfectly balanced, setting the tone for a meal that didn’t disappoint. Every dish was flavorful and satisfying. The music added an upbeat, lively vibe without being overwhelming, creating a fun atmosphere that made the whole experience feel like a celebration. The host was warm and attentive, adding a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, it's a great spot for good food, great drinks, and a fun, relaxed night out.
Best place for brunch in Astoria, hands down! Be warned their portions are huge and best as shared orders. This is also not a place for a diet 😂 Their pancakes are amazing, creative and unforgettable. We loved the savory mac and cheese pancakes and the fun Fruity Pebbles option! Tables next to us got pancake burritos and they were gigantic and looked delicious! For mains, definitely try the shrimp and grits and heavy metal fries are a crowd pleasing side. The shakes are amazing but like a full dessert. Go with friends and order a bunch of options to share. Burgers are good, but would definitely go for brunch! They also have fun drag shows on certain nights!
I love when a place really follows through with the theme! The vibes were fun and loved seeing Cartoon Network playing in the TVs. What I loved even more was that food was pretty yummy too! Sometimes gimmicky places tend to have bad food, but this place did not disappoint so will def be coming back!
Food was amazing here, and the milkshake at the end knocked it out of the park for me! Buffalo mac and cheese balls are a must when you find yourself looking through the appetizer menu here. Chicken and waffles are also amazing! Margaritas are on point and on sale during happy hour which could make the whole experience even better if you go later in the day. Some may say I was brave for mixing tequila with a milkshake…but it has to be done the Nutella milkshake was delicious. Milkshake menu is a sweet tooth lovers dream. Will definitely be back when I am in the area, we had to wait for a table for about 10 minutes on a Saturday around 12:00pm. There is inside and outdoor seating. Worth the wait and soooooo good let me repeat that one more time! Don’t forget the mac and cheese balls.
Went for brunch. Mac and cheese pancake was out of the world. Never tried anything like that before. Omelette wasn’t bad either. Loved the home fries too. Would definitely want to go again and try their pancake burrito. Kinda liked the decor inside too. Cute little things that catch your eye.
Great food, great place, and excellent service!!! Thank you Steph, it was awesome! Short Rib grilled cheese is a must and the cookies and cream milkshake is to die for.

My partner and I went for a quick brunch with our little 4 month baby. We have come here before and the food is a bomb we order as App Mac and cheese balls and mozzarella donuts; Delicious! For main he order steak and eggs and I order pancake burrito. Stake was cooked well, the pancake burrito is a super huge dish! It was alright is was good I just think it would be a nice touch to always serve it with maple syrup on the side since I didn’t have that much of a savory sweet flavor due to the small drizzle of syrup. The sitting is kind of uncomfortable, I understand is a high volume place but just take in kind of u coming next time sitting is not comfortable. Ps: for moms bathroom dosent have a diaper change and bringing a baby is gonna be uncomfortable but u can always try to manage.
FYI pancakes are huge! Started with the Buffalo Mac and cheese appetizer, pretty good but we would've preferred it cheesier. The Bedrock pancakes were delish. My son had the pancake burrito which was enormous, the egg had a strong taste of rosemary?(maybe). Shakes were a hit and my Sangrita was yummy. Excellent service in a busy Sunday brunch. Wait time was about 35 min (informed). Make sure you visit this place.
We visit over thanksgiving weekend. We had to wait since we were a larger party and it is a small restaurant. We had our kids and it was definitely child friendly. The atmosphere, service and food were great. Would definitely come back.
This place is really good and has the potential to be great. I say that because the Manhattan location is stellar, but the little sibling location in Astoria is just getting there. The first thing that you might notice that makes this place stand out is the menu. It's the comfort food language but with a cool accent. "Bowl of soul," Mac and cheese pancakes, cheesestake egg rolls, all make for an interesting menu that runs the risk of sounding outlandish, but, somehow, they pull it off. The food is GREAT. The choice of drinks is also great, from the excellent milkshake creations to the more adult alcohol drinks. You won't be disappointed. So why doesn't the place get a perfect 5 stars? We'll, it would, but I have to be honest. The Astoria location, although good, felt a little underwhelming. First, the place is just too small for the amount of interest it generates. They have an awesome system for the guest to wait for their tables. The problem is the wait itself. Since it's so small, the wait time is way longer than it should be. And 2nd, my food was cold when I got it. I know waffles don't stay hot for long, but as much as I order waffles, I know when it's too cold. Theirs was. Nonetheless, I enjoyed myself and was happy with my meal. And I won't hold it against them, but I can't be dishonest either. Moms Kitchen and is definitely a new "go to" place for me and I will certainly do just that when I get the chance.
Always luv this place. Great service, food and atmosphere. They have trivia night and outdoor eating. Always stopping by for a quick bite. Hey MOM'S add some salmon to the menu and I would stop by everyday 😆
I really enjoyed the fun dishes Mom’s Kitchen and Bar has to offer for brunch. The food is almost impossible to finish because of the generous portions, but be prepared to have a cheat day if you’re planning on eating here. I highly recommend their chicken & waffles with béchamel sauce and hot honey. Totally worth it. Overall, good food and friendly service. Make sure you come through with empty stomachs beforehand.
I was here yesterday afternoon, 11/8. Everything stated in this review is my true lived experience and is being stated from my point of view. I attended with my sister and later on my brother joined us. We had to switch tables a few times because my brother had joined us and then we got cold from sitting outside. I spent close to $300. The food was ok. I appreciated the different flavor in the chicken and waffle meal I ordered. I had never tasted anything like that before. More importantly, this was my first time there and at the end of the night the waitress walked over to us and asked us if we wanted another round of drinks or the bill. I said the bill would be fine and she slapped it down on the the table and walked away. I didn’t address. I just smiled, but again, I spent close to $300 there yesterday and that was my first impression of the place. I didn’t like that.
A cute place that serve all day breakfast/brunch. It’s a bit like diner but much cooler vibes, love the decor with all different old style lunch boxes on the wall. Recently I went for lunch with a friend on a weekday and like it so much that came back for brunch on the weekend with hubby and another couple friends! Come hungry cause the portions are big and definitely fill you up! The Chicken and Bacon Waffle is my fav. I like the Shrimp & Cheesy Grits as well. We also tried the Mom’s Burger, Cinnamon French Toast and Breakfast Sandwich. Pleasant experience on both times, good service and decent food with adequate price.
I was hesitant to try their savory pancakes but decided to give it a shot. I can totally see why the Mac & Cheese pancakes are a hit, it was cheesy but not too heavy (my biggest concern). The chicken and waffles were solid and the bechamel to go with it was really good. I got the blackberry mule cocktail which was way too sweet. The vibes were good but it did take a while to get the waitresses attention to get the check.
Food - 4.5 Service - 4 Atmosphere - 4 The food here is delicious and plentiful. I ordered the chicken bacon and waffle, and it was everything I hoped for. The chicken was crispy, the waffle was savory, and the bacon was thick and delicious. It has a little sauce on the top that includes a Cholula syrup. I was stuffed after eating it. I also tried the bloody Mary. Delicious and filled with fresh horseradish. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cool. It's a tight spot but worth the visit.
Visited this place out of curiosity. I have to say I was not disappointed, the food was great. While our server was amazing. My only comments on this place was the drinks were a bit watered down and the building was cold. Other than that the I was pleased I took the chance to stop here. MOM.. look out for part two.
A great brunch spot with the quality without the stuffiness of other brunch spots. Had a good time and would definitely go back.
Came here for a late dinner. They have Indoor and outdoor seating. It is a nice night so we took a table outside. Have to mention that service was superb. Beyond 5 stars. Friendly and attentive from the start. The menus are fun to read. Very creative fonts and design. I like the graphics. I went with the short rib Cobb salad. Portion size is terrific. Short rib was tasty. Not too saucy. Very easy to chew. Let me say the salad was hearty. Whole boiled egg halved. I wasn’t sure what I would think about the blue cheese and bbq but I wasn’t sure pleasantly surprised. Both went well together with a mouth full of lettuce and dressing. The pickles are a nice touch. Bae went with the all day brunch woodland omlet. Side of sourdough bread and potatoes. The sour dough bread was a genius adidition. Bae shared her omlet with me. Very delicious. Without even asking we were offered to go cups for beverages. Who still does that! Will certainly come back. Bae says it is busier during the day.
Was wandering Astoria and decided to pop in. Food isn't mind blowing but does hit the spot. Had the Chicken and Gravy and the Mom's Marg with the passion fruit flavor. Shout out the server though, made it the goblet size even though it wasn't an option. Definitely recommend the Brussel sprouts.
This was a really nice and nostalgic. It's like you took a step back in time with all the items on the walls and tables. Uniquely using lunch boxes as condiment holders. The staff were extremely friendly. The food was pretty good. Mac and cheese was al dente. The chicken was really good as was the Nojito. If you are looking from a sugar rush the bedrock pancakes and the strawberry shorts milkshake would be the way to go.

Had a great brunch. The country charm breakfast was delicious as well as the margaritas. Had great service from Cesar, "like the salad", tip him well, he rocks!
Great food and even better service. Went on a Sunday for Brunch and there was no wait time. Sat outdoors, in the burning hot sun, which was a bad move, but my girls and I still had a great time.
Eclectic menu but many good choices. Good service. The pancake burrito and chicken avocado are good selection. Limited seating but short wait.

I had a chicken sandwich, and my husband had a burger. Overall, it was ok. The drinks were very cool and delicious. The food was good as far as burgers and chicken sandwiches go. I'm not so sure it was quite worth the cost of the meal. Overall, the place itself was super cool and trendy. As a tourist, it is cool to check it out simply to see the memorabilia. I would likely just do drinks and an app in the future. We did have to wait a bit to get our check. In fact, several ppl were waiting, so perhaps this is the standard.
Went here for lunch and got moms burger and a cookie stand milkshake. The burger, Mac and cheese, and the shake were great. The mozzarella donuts, however, were not that good. The atmosphere and the service were not that great. Waited a long time until the host finally sat us, and one of the workers seemed like they had an attitude. Had to go ask for the check because it seemed like they forgot about my sister and I. The place was very cramped inside, so we sat outside, and the bathrooms were terrible. It’s good but I wouldn’t eat here again.
Mom’s had a very interesting menu which was the reason I was drawn to the restaurant. Lots of themed food/drinks which would be great for kids. The pancake burrito was on the heavier side and didn’t have a lot of other flavours beside salty. It consisted of eggs, pancake, some bacon which made it very difficult to finish. My friend’s plate, with fried chicken and sides were much better! The Brussels sprouts were quite delicious. Next time I would go for the non pancake options to have a change in flavour and texture.
First time coming here for brunch. Great outdoor space. Menu and food were good and tasty. Only knock was the service. Hostess was great. See her moving around and clearing tables as well. Our server was basically non-existent. Took a long time before greeting us and to take the order. I wanted another beer but couldn’t get since he never checked in on us again until our food was done. Finally got my second beer. Missed out on third. Maybe they were short staffed. Will give another try next time, since the food was good.
The place was somewhat empty, so we were seated right away. We couldn’t tell if the the girl that seated us were our hostess for the night, because she simply took a long period of time to acknowledge us. The menu, was not thorough about what comes with our food. We ordered chicken and waffles, and when it came out, bits of PORK bacon was scattered on our waffles, in which we do NOT eat. It was NOT in the description of the dish itself. We couldn’t, and didn’t even want to complain about it due to our hostess rarely attending to us. She also didn’t even tell us someone will be taking over for her to attend to us. She literally just left midway. The next person didn’t cater to us at all. The ONLY thing I liked about this place were its drinks. The food was mid- I’ve definitely had better chicken and waffles. Attend at your own risk. It’s nothing to hype up. On yea, their merch that they sell is cute. If they had better service, I would’ve supported it.
Food: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Overall: A brunch spot with some over the top options. The extended review… Food: Chicken and Bacon Waffle - 3/5 - You won’t go hungry with this meal that’s for sure. Food was pretty standard fare. Service: 3/5 - Standard service. Ambiance: 4/5 - It’s a cool ambiance with some kitschy decor that I can appreciate.
Mixed feelings with this place. Not bad, but also not the greatest. For starters there was too many flies inside & an ant on the table. Made me wonder if the kitchen was the same. service was good. The waiter was Very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the menu & best options. We ordered a chicken sandwich with truffle fries, and chicken, Mac & gravy. The food taste good but wasn’t a fan of the Mac. Too liquidy for me. Although the menu seems big on breakfast & sweets/ desserts I wasn’t too intrigued. It was cool visiting but don’t see myself dining again.
This place was okay. A lot of my friends said that the food lacked flavor (steak and eggs) and complained that the steak was overdone. The milkshake, I expected more. It tasted more like milk than an…

Modern brunch spot with a twist. Mushroom Gouda egg omelette was just ok. The breakfast sandwich was good and the bacon was crispy. pancake side order was oddly chewy and tasted artificial.

It's... just OK. The service leaves a lot to be desired, even when it's not busy. (If you're going on a weekend, forget it.) I'm not a huge fan of the menu, which leans toward ostentatious at the sac…

I will make this review simple by listing pros and cons. Pros: The food that we ordered turned out good and tasty. Cons: 1. Although there were heaters inside the outdoor booth, it didn’t cover the lower body, and wasn’t warm enough to take off the coats. 2. The price is, to me, exorbitantly expensive considering the portion of food. It is outrageous to charge a single shake for at least $13. I know it’s in Astoria but c’mon, you are not in Manhattan. At $13, you can go to diners which are as good as this place & get a huge portion of meal. Overall, good experience but I would not go there to spend more than $50 for two while my stomach is not filled completely.
The 1 star is really for the fries we got! We ordered a side of fries that was $8 and got the tiniest amount of fries. They took inflation to a whole new level!! And we got charged 50 cents for mayonnaise that arrived after we already finished the food. They need to either reduce the price or provide more fries for that price. The service was amazing!! Very attentive. Thank you ladies!
