I came all the way from Ohio to come here for the Charlie damelio drink, I get here and Adrien starts explaining his friend group, I am so appalled than I ask for eeffoc and the Charlie drink and adrein says they do not have that. I am furious than a pizza delivery comes in for tanka jahari but there is no tanka jahari so I took his pizza but I would never eat a whole pizza to myself. Later I went to the barbershop that cost a quarter and told me nobody under the age of 6-7 can get a low taper fade. So I went to diddys party to take a pill in ibiza than I saw Justin Bieber standing on business but I ran into stefussy and had shots! shots! shots! with him. Out of the corner of my eye I see Freddy fazbear with drake dancing on a pole so that's when I tested positive for stds.

After being completely ignored for 20 minutes i flagged down the manager to ask if he had a mobile order for me. He went and found it and this is just part of the nasty breakfast i got.

I just left this place, today Friday 8:30pm and they have no donuts and NO REGULAR COFFEE. This place closes at 10:00pm. Manager must not care for the business at all. I highly recommend not to waste your time here, and go to another dunkin' donut in Homestead

Came on a Friday morning around 9 o'clock. The entire team was so disorganized and confused. I ordered a menu and the components were then issued individually. This was obviously also done with others, so that things were constantly being called out as ready but nobody understood that it was their order as everyone expects to receive their COMPLETE order bundled and not in individual parts. Also, the sales room and tables were dirty. The toilet was in an unacceptable condition, clogged and there was no toilet paper. The sink was also completely filthy. Would not recommend.

Ordered thru DoorDash, store cancelled claiming they never received my order. Was refunded, ordered again 10 minutes later. Called store, they said they didnt receive my ordered yet again. Claimed to have everyone’s orders but my specific order. Terrible customer service, always a terrible experience. Hope this store has a whole rehiring or shuts down

Terrible customer service. I went in with my daughter to get frozen iced coffees and a sandwhich. Gentleman at the register hands me 2 iced coffees. And I told him I ordered frozen coffees and he very rudely said that I did not that I ordered iced coffee (which I know 100% I did not) to avoid confrontation I accepted it and told him to please add a few pumps of liquid sugar when he handed it back it had granulated sugar on the bottom. This location needs better employees and better customer service training. Will not be coming here again.

There were more than 5 employees,none said hello or made eye contact with me , when the only male worker finished preparing something for the previous cust ,without even looking as t me made a gesture with his face like meaning "what do you want" took my order and handed it to me and that was the end of it. They have no cust. Service as skills or desire to help at all.

Worse Dunkin donuts ever, this is my second time at this location, this morning the two ladies in the morning shift are horrible people, forget about customer service at this place. Cashier with attitude, didn't even wanted to help me. They made me wait there for several minutes before asking me with a terrible attitude: What do you want ? 😏. I love Dunkin donuts, but please remind me not to come to this one ever again

Terrible. I went in this morning to redeem my free iced matcha latte drink. The young skinny girl on the register was all over the place doing other things instead being present, giving me eye contact, while I'm trying to place my order. The scanner took my points, but the cashier stated that it wasn't reading on their end and refused to give me my product. I showed her where it took my points and both she and the older stocky lady who was fixing the food n boxing the doughnuts very non chalantly kept telling me there was nothing they could do. That's a lie. Good Customer Service says, "the customer is always right". When the young African American man is there he gives excellent customer service. These 2 ladies working the morning shift on this day are horrible. I tried to help them improve their customer service skills by requesting that they call the manager to honor my points and give me my drink. They refused to do that n told me to call customer service for the app. I asked for the phone number, they couldn't give me that either. Whoever manages this store needs to reassess their employees, because as long as they keep those 2 individuals on board, business will go down. Now here I am no points n no drink 😡
