I ordered the 20 piece, fries and 2 sides of ranch over the Wingstop app, DoorDash delivered it. Everything tastes great! I love some Wingstop and so glad we have one finally. Looking forward to the one opening on the other side of town as well. I'll be here weekly lol
why do people hate? food was great, nadia was the best cashier i’ve ever seen at a wing stop. wait time was about 20 minutes for 3 entrees and 2 orders of fries, which were all fresh.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m so excited that Wingstop is finally here in the Athens, GA area. Welcome to the neighborhood! 🙌🏾🙌🏾 Every time I’ve placed an order, it’s been ready within 20–25 minutes, fresh, flavorful, and spot-on. I truly don’t mind taking the drive because the food is absolutely worth it! To the team: I see you! You're doing a great job. Opening in a new location can be a whirlwind especially with football season right around the corner, but keep pushing out those delicious flavors. I give you a 5-star rating for food, quality, presentation, and service. As for timing, that will smooth out with experience and rhythm. Don't beat yourselves up, just keep going and know that many of us are so glad you're here. Keep up the great work!
The food was great the wait time was horrible! The service was even good the people are nice and friendly only bad thing is they prioritize online/ mobile orders over the people that are dining in! We waited almost an hour for 20 wings and order of fries and a order of corn 🫤 I guess if you want your food fast online order!!!
The service was as good as all the other wingstops I have gone to. But the food was no where near as good. The fries were way off there was little of that great sugar taste and they were not cooked well enough no crisp at all. The wings were just okay, nothing to write home about at all. The seasoning was great no complaints there they just were not cooked long enough. The wings could have had some crisp to them as well leaving them in a minute longer and they would be just as great as all the other locations.
I understand this is a new location, but hoping it will eventually get better. Fries were hard as a rock, mixed with a few new ones but mostly old. Wings were very dry. I got the garlic parm but there was basically no seasoning on it at all, tastes more like plain wings.
Food was okay. Expected more flavor from the Cajun but wasn’t the worst I’ve had. Food took forever to come out with many orders being pushed before ours. Online orders and door dash order come first it seems.
Don’t go here hungry. The food is good, but on a good day you’re going to be waiting a while. If you plan on coming here during any normal lunch/dinner hour, you will be lucky if you get your food within an hour of ordering. It takes forever. If you are bent on coming here. Order online in advance. Online orders go to the front of the line and are prioritized. The food is solid, but when the DMV is beating you in speed and quality of service, it’s not a good sign.
Been multiple times now. Each experience is worse than the last. The food is fine. But the service is slow, very slow, and no one seems to be concerned that you've waited 45 minutes for your order. I also watched an employee grab handfuls of fries bare handed and place them in different orders after handling money and who knows what else. Didn't feel like the employees care at all.
The customer service alone was horrible. When I arrived most of the staff was playing around outside. Once inside it only got worse. The establishment was clean so that’s the only positive thing that I experienced.
As of today, I recognize that this is a new store. I had once called and there were some red flags about the customer service that the employee can only help what she was being led to do by the store owner/ manager. I was dissatisfied and thought I’d give them close to a month to order. Here’s my experience ordering from them. I saw a deal on Uber Eats for Free 20 Wings for $25 purchase(this is weeks after I had called the store), and thought I’d scoop a deal! I ordered my wings to be well done and wanted the extra cooking time. When I received my 30 wings and veggie sticks, I was completely disappointed in the taste of it, and it took a friend of mines to tell me how stale they were, and that they look like they were fried hours before they reheated and plated. I received my refund, and was so utterly disappointed that the service allowed low quality food. This is disappointing. Not only has your establishment waisted my time and your time, for you did not receive my money, but the leadership is exposed, making me and possibly others feel that all you care about is money flowing rather than being of consideration and care to others lives. Humbly, and without Judgement, I’m saying this: "By humility and the fear of the LORD are riches and honor and life." Proverbs 24:2. It isn’t wrong to want better for yourself and your family, though when that is your highest priority, errors begin to unfold, as the one who boundlessly loves us all is not being loved back as the HIGHEST priority, as that belongs to The LORD. Shortcut on quality for success, takes away the righteousness The LORD provides, and it that does take time! Continue to know that the grace of God when God is the Highest Priority takes trust in him and dedication to the quality rather than the quantity. I can’t judge yuh since I too fall short! So out of love, the Word had to come through. I’m not sure if there’s a group of Wingstop store owners on WhatsApp or Discord or Facebook, but I’m sure there are resources available to receive the help you need. I don’t know how to operate wingstop or fry chicken myself, but I do know that excellent Customer Service with interpersonal Communications keeps loyal customers, even the ones that aren’t always so trusting, and I say that from 7-8 years of experience. Keep at it! I know y’all’ll improve.
The whole staff need to be fired, specifically the shift that closed the place 1/26/2026. I waited a whole hour for one door dasher order just to be treated disrespectfully. No professionalism at all, they all stay on the cell phones and even sit at the tables in the lobby dedicated for customers. If you don’t want to work, please stay at home.
NEVER order ahead from here. Horrible customer service. Said my order had already been given out and refused to remake it after showing my confirmation number and charge. Waited there for almost a hour while a worker waited for their manager to call back. Then continued to argue that it wasn’t their fault for giving out my food without asking for confirmation and that they couldn’t do anything about it.
Second time coming here and the same experience as last time. The wings are absolutely drenched in grease. What should have been a dry rub, is wetter than the sauced wings. They are pretty much just lumps of grease. This Wingstop is the only one I run into this problem. The others make their wings just fine.
My family and I Waited an hour for my food, checking in every 15 minutes with employees telling me “its almost done” “15 more minutes” etc, just to check again after AN HOUR waiting that they don’t have my ticket and never made my food. The entire dining room was full, not one person had their food. I asked for a refund and they told me they would give me one, but then made me wait another 45 minutes because the manager had to help other customers. “She can’t help you because there’s other people waiting for their food” is what was told to me. I left with no food, no refund, the staff laughed at me, ignored me and the manager was on the phone, not doing anything to help me. Wouldn’t tell me her name, never got a receipt. I understand it was a mistake in over 20 people waiting hour for food, mix up with tickets but the way the “manager” handled it was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They stole from me. So many people left , no one bothered to check to see if anyone got their food, it didn’t just happen to me, they dropped the ball with poor management.
The worst experience ever at a quick service restaurant. When they would not pull my order together almost 30 minutes past the quoted pickup time, the store manager would not issue a refund when I told them to cancel it. I would fire the whole staff and start over. This restaurant is a poor reflection of this brand.
Horribly slow service even after placing an online order and waiting an hour. They got our order wrong and then never fixed the order after waiting for 45 mins. After 45 mins of waiting, a huge fight broke out and we never got our food. It was scary. I think the cops had to be called. Hope I get a refund?
Do NOT EVER go to or order from this WingStop location. Ordered from them and am literally missing an entire meal from my order + ALL of the sauces that I paid for. This literally happens every time I go to this location. It’ll honestly be worth it to me to drive the extra distance to go to a different location. Will not ever be coming here again. Truly, it is not that hard to read a damn receipt and put the correct items in a bag.
We waited 30-45 minutes for 3 combos. We had accidentally spilled a drink and did our best to clean it up when an employee, came over and rudely asked us if we wasted our drinks, implying that we dumped them on the floor. We then got our food which was cold and our fries were stale. We asked for a refund which took 30 more minutes. Overall the service was terrible and the health department should probably shut this place down.
