I went in about 630 pm on a Thursday night. Gentlemen at the counter with dreads (didnt get his name) had great customer service and was very knowledgeable in regards to his product. Food was also great. Store very clean and good vibes.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Customized my sandwich to perfection. I ordered a veggie option but removed most of the grilled vegetables since I only like cold vegetables on my sandwich, employee asked some clarifying questions to ensure it was made correctly, I appreciated that because I’m a very picky eater.

Service was great too pricey for add on my 16 dollars sandwich ending in $19 and some change...I need to start asking is that extra...when they ask if you want a different kind of bread or anything they ask as if you can switch out for no extra charge...really! I get it now...just give me regular bread. Great sandwich though but not $20 bucks worth 😩

The food was good, and the atmosphere was quite lovely. We loved being able to choose our own chips from an assortment as part of a combo meal, as well as being able to choose any size of drink. The meat of the New York Steamer was a little fatty, which does not fit my personal taste as I strongly dislike fatty meat due to its texture, but the non fatty parts were very much to my liking. I also loved being able to choose between hot and cold, and even types of bread for the health-conscious such as myself!

Came in a little after 4 on 10/11/2025 ordered 2 smokehouse brisket sandwiches with one being a combo. First off the store was clean and had a very good vibe (atmosphere was very pleasant). It wasn’t busy but there were a few other customers. From the time I placed my order til I got to the register paid and received my order was probably no more than 10 minutes and I was out the door. So now for the food review. I’ve ordered the smokehouse brisket numerous times before and never have I tasted one as bad as the two I got today. Not only was the meat tough but had a horrible taste like it was old or had been sitting out too long. The sandwiches were so bad that with the sandwich cut in half couldn’t even eat half of half the sandwich. It’s pretty bad when you spend almost $30 for two sandwiches and can’t even eat them. Now I’ll be really surprised if Firehouse Subs even tries to make this right. But if anything “ FIREHOUSE SUBS” DO BETTER!!

Small sandwich is 4" it looks like half a sandwich, it's soooo much SMALLER than all of the other sandwich shops. It cost $9.00 for for bites. Very pricey, however, the both of our sandwiches were good, just needed twice as much!!!

Went in for my birthday. Staff was friendly and place seemed clean. I got the Club on a Sub. It started off really good until I bit into the second half of the sandwich and noticed deli paper in the sandwich. Disgusting. Not sure if I ingested any of the paper. I let the staff know and threw the sandwich away. I usually love firehouse subs but this was super disappointing.

Whoever made my hook ladder sandwich was not wearing proper food handling gear and had hair on it! Beware from buying food here!

When I first walked in, I viewed the menu there was only one customer in the store at the time the staff were having a conversation and took a while to take my order. I got my order taken and waited for almost 20 minutes for them to make a sandwich and soup. when I asked Austin how long it would be he was like we’re preparing it now. I also let him know that I was on my lunch break and I had to leave. He then said you can come back if you want to with an attitude and I told him if I have to leave the store without my sandwich you might as well refund me my money However, Austin had a really bad attitude. He was tapping the counters and threw items in my bag instead of placing them in there, this is a totally different Staff from the last time I visit this location. I will not be visiting this location again. The restroom was very nasty at this location.DO NOT GO ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK YOU WILL BE LATE CLEANING BACK IN

I had Firehouse on Burnet Rd, store 431, cater our event. When we inspected our food it was to our dismay that our roast beef was raw. We reached out to the store, spoke with Connor the manager, and seemed to care less. His attitude was indifferent, a bit on the rude side and his excuse was the meat was not cooked in house and probably wasn’t steamed twice. His customer service was off putting, he did not try to offer a solution, compromise or even a bit of understanding. I’m so disappointed. They were our go for catering events and now we’re force to look else where.

Years of great service down the drain because I didn’t volunteer to donate. They made my $17 sandwich without meat. I can only assume the people that used to ensure quality have been let go of or quit. EDIT: They also refused to refund me. I am surprised the corporate entity doesn’t come down on them.
