Opiniones de CVI.CHE 105 Miami
My boyfriend and I stopped by CVI.CHE while visiting Miami and it was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible, the ambiance and music were perfect, and the service was top-notch. A special thank you to our waitress Dora — she was wonderful and made the experience even better. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back!
I loved everything about this spot — from the food to the presentation to the overall vibe of the restaurant. The staff was on point, attentive without being overbearing, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish looked just as good as it tasted. Take a look at these pics and you’ll fall in love. I’ll definitely be planning a return visit.
This dining experience was absolutely unforgettable! Every single dish was incredibly delicious. I couldn’t go wrong with any choice, and the Parihuela Amelcochada was so amazing that I’m even considering going back to Miami just for it LOL. The service was top level too. The server was so nice, he even helped peel our lobster and packed up the leftovers for us. Every little detail made the meal feel extra special and welcoming. I really hope this restaurant opens a location in San Diego someday so more people can enjoy such amazing food and thoughtful service! Truly worth every bite.
Carlos was a fantastic server who clearly and carefully explained both the standard menu and specials in a way that my husband and I could both understand and make the best decisions about. I had the DaVinci ceviche (yellowtail with minced onion in the most delightful combination of sauces, finished with sumac) and ensalada waricke (arugula, hearts of palm, avocado, scallion straws, slightly pickled cucumber, a mild buttery white cheese, and the vaguest bite of wasabi)--both were absolutely divine and *fully* worth the price. My husband had the lomo saltado and I had a taste of the veggies and risotto--it was the BEST risotto I have ever eaten in my life and the vegetables were seasoned and cooked to perfection. We will absolutely be back once we return to the Miami area next--please give Carlos a raise for his thoughtful, expert service in the meantime! You've got a winning set of recipes and service. ♡
Totally enjoyed the food here. Carlos made such great recommendations to me. His service is hospitable and warm. He is the one to look for. The ceviches are great starters. The grilled octopus has such a wonderful charred flavour. And I never know corn can be so sweet. The seafood rice is delicious to round off the meal. Would come again!
If you’re looking for a club vibe and get a delicious meal this is the place to go. My husband took me here for our anniversary. The waiters themselves were respectful and joyful. We had Franco, he was humorous and extremely informative with the menu. I had a churrasco with rice and a mocktail. The rice itself was a bit too salty for my liking but the overall meal tasted natural. I highly recommend when celebrating a birthday (they sang happy birthday to like 7 people 😂).
If I could give the service here six stars out of five, I absolutely would. We were lucky enough to have a waiter named FRANCO, and he completely elevated the entire experience. From the moment he started sharing stories about the dishes to the way he guided us through the menu, it felt like we were getting a fine dining experience in a casual setting. He made sure we had just the right amount of food—never too much or too little—and every recommendation felt genuinely thoughtful. You could tell he took real pride in his work, and it made a huge difference. As for the food, it was top-notch. I’d give it a solid five out of five. Honestly, I walked in a bit skeptical because they had so many good reviews, and I thought they might be overhyped. But nope—everything was delicious, fresh, and exactly what we hoped for from a great Peruvian spot. Finally, the atmosphere had a really nice vibe—no complaints at all. So if you’re in Miami and you want an amazing Peruvian meal with outstanding service, CVI.CHE 105 is absolutely worth it!
We really enjoyed our time here at the restaurant. It was our first experience with Peruvian food and it could not have been better. Our server Franco was absolutely amazing and he really took his time to enhance our experience. Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially when visiting Miami!
There is a reason this place is so highly rated on tens of thousands of reviews. The food is SO good although service can be a little slow. The interior is also very well done and vibey. The menu is somewhat intimidating so take a look ahead of time and ask the server for suggestions. The ceviche is really good, just drink ample water with it because the food is salty.
Amazing experience at CVI.CHE 105! Victor our server was incredible and gave us the best recommendations. The Parrilla Mar y Tierra is a must. The ceiche pemental was so bright and citrusy—super fresh and flavorful. I'd pass on the ostras Nikkei. The oysters are too big for my liking! Everything else was delicious, and the service made it even better. Highly recommend!
I must say CVI.CHE 105 is a must-try in Miami. We were very lucky to get a table with no wait on a weekday evening. We ordered the grilled beef heart, seafood paella, and octopus leg—every dish was excellent, not a single miss. The ceviche was also good, though it’s just not something I’m personally used to. Overall, the service was slightly delayed at times, but considering the size and how busy the restaurant is, it was understandable. Definitely worth a visit.
This was by far the best ceviche I’ve ever had in my life. Every single dish was prepared with such intention in flavor and execution. Truly there was not a single bite that I had that did not make me close my eyes to savor the dish. I ordered the Tetras de Ceviche and the Tiradito Apasionado and split it between two people. This was more than enough. I also ordered the SOBE and Cholopolitan and neither were a disappointment. Honestly they were the perfect pairing for the dishes so I highly recommend. We were waited on by Yuri and he was such a gem and did such a great job caring for us. He makes it that much easier to recommend this place. Not only did he describe the dishes and the drinks and assist with recommendations within the restaurant he also gave us local recommendations around Miami. All the way from Chicago, thank you CVI.CHE105!
Went with my group of 7 friends. We had an amazing time. I made a reservation just un case but luckily it was no wait time for dinner that day. Host was really nice with us and we had a good sized table for all of us. Our server was really nice with us too. He speaks Spanish that was very helpful because some of my friends don’t speak English. Menu was good with different options if you don’t like ceviche. Food was amazing, good portions and seasoned to perfection. No complaints at all. I think prices are good for the portions. And it was one of my friends birthday so they sang Happy Bday for him with a delicious chocolate cake. It was a really good experience for us.
I had such a great experience here! The restaurant is very clean and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious — everything was fresh and full of flavor. Our server, Franco, was amazing — very attentive, friendly, and professional. He made sure we had everything we needed and made the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Peruvian food and great service!
One of the best restaurants in Miami—if not the best. Cvi.Che105 exceeded our expectations in every sense. The menu is incredibly rich and, for a first-time visitor, almost overwhelming in the best possible way. Every dish sounds tempting, and you immediately know you’re in for something special. Our waitress, Romina, was outstanding—competent, confident, and knowledgeable. She explained everything with ease, a warm smile, and genuine enthusiasm. We felt completely comfortable leaving ourselves in her hands, and she did not disappoint. We started with cold appetizers: the sushi bomb and the golden plate. Both were absolutely to die for. There truly aren’t enough words to describe the flavors, and the presentation was stunning. I’ll be sharing photos because they deserve to be seen. We finished our lunch with a seafood pasta, and it was perfection—the pasta, the sauce, and the seafood were all excellent and beautifully balanced. Our desserts include coconut flan and passion fruit mousse—light, delicately balanced, not too sweet, and beautifully presented. 🍮✨ I highly recommend Cvi.Che 105 to everyone. This is a place that delivers not just great food, but a memorable dining experience.
Absolutely loved this place! The food was truly authentic Peruvian, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really taste the care and tradition in every dish. The service was equally lovely: friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. A wonderful dining experience all around. Highly recommend!
WOW!!!! What an amazing experience. Our party of 4 had never tried Peruvian food before, and we are so impressed. Everything we had was absolutely amazing. Our favorite was the Tacu Tacu. And our server Dora was the BEST!! She had wonderful recommendations and we will be asking for her the next time we come. This is a MUST!
The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. You can really tell the care and creativity that goes into the menu. Special thanks to Luciano, who made our experience even better. He explained the dishes in great detail, answered all of our questions with patience, and gave excellent recommendations. His service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!
As a Peruvian who lives abroad and here in Miami for a holiday I've got to say I really enjoyed the flavours and generous portions. Also Carlos our waiter was friendly and very helpful. Overall I'm happy I chose to come here with my English husband we both needed to be reminded how good Peruvian food is. Thank you guys for this experience ❤️
First thing we did when we arrived in miami was visiting this restaurant. We were craving seafood and were fortunate enough to have this place close to where we were staying. The atmosphere, food and service were top notch from beginning to the end. Our waitress Liz was very helpful with order recommendations. Definitely try this place out!
Our family loved everything about this place! The cool vibe and interesting decor, the food and drinks as well as the overall service. Our server Tesla was absolutely a star! She was one of the best that I ever encountered. She made fantastic recommendations and was extremely helpful and personable. I couldn't believe how quickly our drinks came to our table throughout the evening. In addition, two managers swung by to make sure that we were satisfied with our dining experience. Both very professional and personable. The food was absolutely delicious and the Pisco Sours were amazing! The best that I ever had! I would definitely come back!
Absolutely blown away by this Peruvian gem. 🇵🇪✨ I ordered the Abuela and it was pure comfort and flavor. Golden on top, rich and savory underneath. The kind of dish that feels like it carries family stories in every bite. My grandmother would’ve loved it. The drinks were incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced. You can taste the real ingredients in every sip. Atmosphere? Miami artsy and fun. Chic, vibrant, and beautifully plated. And Dora made it all even better. 🌟 Warm, attentive, and genuinely excited about the menu. She made the whole experience feel personal and special. Already planning our next visit. 💃🍋🌺
The atmosphere and food here were truly unforgettable. The ceviche concha de sus mares was absolutely amazing, and who knew crispy octopus could be that good and savory? We also ordered a risotto that was incredibly flavorful and perfectly done. Service could have been a bit more attentive but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The food definitely stole the show. Next time, we’re trying the ceviche flight to sample multiple different ceviches!
Amazing food! My jaw dropped when I took a bite of the dish. The waiters are very nice, and the atmosphere is very pretty. I loved this place, and recommend it to everyone. This food made my day 😂 They had Non-alcoholic Mojito, which wasn’t that often for me to find in the restaurants. It tasted very good. I also asked for just a rice and chicken, instead of something delicate from the menu, and they made it very nicely.
I have dined here on multiple occasions, and today we were served by Luis. His customer service was truly exceptional. He was attentive, professional, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the entire experience. My whole family commented on how welcomed and valued he made us feel. The food was excellent, as always—but what truly made this visit stand out was the service. You can expect great food here; outstanding service is not always guaranteed everywhere, but Luis made our dinner experience the best one we’ve had.
A fantastic restaurant with picturesque yet delicious food. I stumbled upon this restaurant due to its high volume of great reviews, and as an added bonus they had a happy hour available at the bar. All of the dishes I tried were delicious and the happy hour prices were a steal. A small quip though as the bill included some items that we did not order, but the staff quickly fixed it when I pointed it out.
this was genuinely an incredible experience! loved the food! it was insanely good. i got the futai 105 sushi roll and it was insanely good. our waiter victor made the experience super smooth and fun! he was amazing! highly recommend this place
What can I say about this place… had the Pescado a lo Macho with mahi mahi, and, WOW. Absolutely delicious. Unbelievably good. Service was excellent, decorations and atmosphere are great. And best of all, first place I’ve eaten in Miami that didn’t automatically add gratuity or service charge! Highly recommend eating here, not a typical tourist trap restaurant and was recommended by locals!
We would like to recognize the excellent service provided by David, who was our server and truly exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, he was attentive, friendly, and highly professional. He made sure everything was perfect and always paid attention to every detail. His positive attitude, efficiency, and willingness to help made a big difference in our experience. David is a great example of outstanding customer service. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!,,, That's why I always choose table 23.
This was one of the best restaurants I have been to! Dora, our server was exceptional! She helped guide us through the menu, was present the perfect amount, drinks and food came without a want for anything. The food was absolutely amazing! Really fun and pretty atmosphere with great music and all the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient! I wish I could eat here every week!
We loved everything about the experience here! The food is delicious, the space is gorgeous and unique, and the service is seamless (Duvan, you rock!). This spot was recommended to us by a neighbor on our plane, and boy was she right about coming here! Would highly recommend to anyone 😊
We had an incredible dinner here tonight! at Ceviche The food was delicious and cooked to perfection, but what really made the evening was our server, Dora They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such highquality service we’ll definitely be back! Thank you Dora God Bless you Girl .!!!!
This is one of the best meals i’ve had in miami and maybe my life. Ask for franco (the GOAT who made our experience delightful and gave us the best recs) and tell him liz sent you. Get the threesome ceviche but prob skip the sushi bomb even if franco is being very persuasive. It is def an explosion of flavor like promised but kind of expensive for what it is. please love yourself and go to this restaurant
From the moment we walked into Cvi.Che 105, we were wowed by the vibrant ambiance. The decor strikes a beautiful balance between modern elegance and tropical warmth—lush greenery, bold art, and a lively yet relaxed vibe that instantly sets the tone for a great night out. Our server Franco was phenomenal. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu, he guided us to the perfect dishes to share for our group of three. With his help, we chose El Trio Perfecto Nunca Falla and Pulpito Herradura—both ideal for sharing and absolutely delicious. The staff overall was kind and attentive, but Franco made our evening exceptional. If you’re visiting, ask for him—you’ll be in great hands. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit!
We had an amazing lunch at Ceviche 105 in downtown Miami! Our server Luis was fantastic …we were feeling indecisive, so we let him pick all of our dishes, and every single one was incredible. He chose the Pulpito Herradura, Fried Yuca, Gyoza Dioza, Traditional Mixed Ceviche, and the Sushi Bomb with Salmon and Crab… each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Luis really knows the menu and made our whole experience effortless and fun. If you’re visiting Miami and want authentic Peruvian flavors with top-notch service, definitely ask for Luis.. he’ll take great care of you!
This food was AMAZING!!! So fresh and well seasoned. Truly a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Marcella, was so kind and helpful when explaining all of the dishes and being accommodating with our party's allergies. She knew all the ingredients and descriptions of the food. Truly awesome experience, highly recommend it!! My only complaint is that the music was a little loud but everything else was great!
Louis was incredibly kind! Best service ever. Ceviche was fresh and tangy. The tenderloin was flavorful and the french fries were crispy and well seasoned. The seafood risotto was delicious — could really taste the freshness of the mussels, squid, and scallops. Would definitely come again!
I love everything about this place! Traveled to Miami just to eat here! Ceviche is very fresh and tasty, the rest of the food comes in decent portions and is always very delicious! Everyone working here do an amazing job! Our server Dora was so kind and always in time! Highly recommend!
Food and atmosphere were top tier! Not to mention the drinks came out very quick. Everything was delicious. Carlos, our server, made sure we were taken care of and tended to all our needs. He is also a good vibe and we can see that the rest of the staff works just as hard to provide a good experience👍🏽
We let our server Luis order for us since we couldn’t decide and he knocked it out of the park. He was attentive, engaged, and made the food he picked even more exceptional than it would have been by itself! The flavors were incredibly varied and noteworthy. Super fresh and just all around great. We’ll come back next time we’re in Miami for sure.
Great experience here, our server was Emilio was was quite lovely, professional and gave such wonderful recommendations. We had the scallops, octupus and mixed ceviche, every dish was perfection. Tried the passionfruit margaritas, old fashioned and Pasco sour - passionfruit was my favorite. Decor, music and aesthetic is top notch. Highly recommend!
This Peruvian restaurant has become my go to spot in Miami! The quality is always consistent, and it’s a place I never get bored of. The interiors are stylish, the ambiance lively with great music, and the food is simply amazing. With a huge menu full of options, there’s something for everyone. Truly a must try when in Miami!
When it started to rain in the evening, we searched for the closest restaurants to the hotel and decided on this restaurant with high customer satisfaction. We limited our choices to a starter and a main course as we were not very hungry. Our waiter guided us very well with his recommendations. Everything we ate was very well prepared and delicious. The plates appealed to both our eyes and palate. The next time I come to Mayami, it is a restaurant I will come to without a second thought.
Franco was amazing! He was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience truly wonderful. The octopus was perfectly grilled — tender, flavorful, and simply delicious. The Peruvian ceviche was super fresh and vibrant, full of flavor and just the right balance. Highly recommend both dishes and Franco’s excellent service!
Exceptional service by Fatima. She was really knowledgeable of the peruvian cusine and very attentive to my questions l. The food was very good but to be honest the portions are way to big….the Ceviche had a great taste but at one point I got tired of the the dish…same with the Chupe de Camarones…I have never seen a dish so large… I live in Lima, Peru 🇵🇪 and never saw such a large dishes…
I had a great experience at this Peruvian restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and very authentic. We ordered several dishes including Pulpito Herradura, Parihuela (seafood soup), Pasta Orgía de Mariscos, and Atún Tostado, and everything tasted excellent. The seafood was especially fresh and well seasoned, and the portions were generous. The Parihuela was rich and full of seafood flavor, and the grilled tuna dish was perfectly cooked. Our server Dora was very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. She checked on us regularly and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience with delicious Peruvian cuisine and great service. I would definitely come back again.
First time trying Peruvian food and absolutely loved the experience! Our server Rafael greeted us warmly and introduced us to some of the signature dishes. His sunshine smile, the delicious food and drinks, and the colorful decorations made our lunch time a superb experience in Miami!!
The vibe in this place is off the charts...and the food is just as amazing. They have some dishes that you're not going to be able to get at any other restaurant in Miami. The quality of the oysters was better than i've ever had in my life, and that's saying, a lot, since I work in the seafood industry.
We visited CVI.CHE 105 on the night of my partner’s 25th birthday and had a wonderful experience overall! The service was amazing—our server (whose name I sadly forgot) was fantastic and gave excellent recommendations. The ceviche flight was exactly what we were hoping for, and our entrees were so generous we had leftovers to enjoy the next day, which made the price feel even more worthwhile. We had noted in our reservation that it was a birthday and that we were visiting from Maryland, and while no one acknowledged it, we were tired and happy with everything else. The only downside was how cold it was inside the restaurant—it was genuinely chilly throughout the meal. Still, the food and service made up for it. We’d definitely return to try more of the menu—just with a jacket next time!
I recently visited and had an exceptional experience. Our bartender, Alejandro, did an outstanding job crafting our cocktails, including a Pisco Sour and a Caipirinha, both made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Notably, Alejandro has quickly adapted to the menu, having only been with the establishment for a couple of months. As a seasoned bartender from Las Vegas, I have a discerning palate, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in both the drinks and the food. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Miami and will certainly request Alejandro's expertise again!
An amazing restaurant with a great atmosphere, exceptional food, and outstanding service. We had Luis as our server and he was so attentive! His recommendations were amazing! We had the traditional ceviche and the loma saltado. My wife and I shared the dishes for lunch and it was perfect!
We saw the amazing reviews for this restaurant and knew we had to give it a try — and we’re so glad we did! As people who aren’t too familiar with Peruvian cuisine, we didn’t quite know where to start, but luckily our waiter, Franco, did. Franco guided us through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm, offering recommendations that we happily followed — in fact, we let him curate our entire dining experience. It was an incredible decision. The food was absolutely outstanding, and Franco made the evening truly unforgettable. I travel the world for work and have dined in some of the best restaurants across major cities, and I can honestly say Franco was the best waiter I’ve ever had. The food alone would have made this a fantastic meal, but Franco’s service elevated it to something special. The restaurant’s décor and overall vibe were also excellent — warm, stylish, and perfectly suited to the experience. Highly recommend!!!
We arrived at 5:30PM. Since we didn't make reservation, we were asked to sit outside even though there are plenty of empty seats inside. We didn't like the $50 ceviche dish. It was too sour. If you like flavor of lemon and onion, then you might like it. Here are 3 dishes that I like 1) Parihuela Amelcochada Expotenciada, seafood rice 2) Pulpito a la Herradura (octopus) flavorful small plate. 3) Pescado a lo Macho, Fish filet in rich seafood sauce with rice. Also, order kid's meals. They are big portion and good value.
I saw a show that showcased this restaurant on a Miami Eats special. It told the story of your owner and how the restaurant was one of the best in town. Our experience goes like this…. The food was very good, presented very nice on the plates, well prepared and seasoned meals. The staff however were very inattentive of our table. I asked 2 different severs for salt and pepper and it never arrived at he table. We were not asked if we wanted another drink or desert by our server. He just dumped the bill on our table and asked for payment. Half way through our meal the music volume went so high we could not even talk at our table anymore…. I must say after watching the television show this was a big disappointment for us…
We orders the ceviche threesome. It was a 4 small bowls with 2 fried potato pancakes. The dish was surprisingly sour for all four bowls. They all had their own flavor but overall too sour. Wish each bowl were more flavorful than just being sour. My teeth were starting to get sensitive but I was able to finished the dish. Recommend to explore more flavor in the dishes than just sourness for the 4 bowls over all. Our servant was Fatina and she did a great job serving us❤️!!
I wanted to love this spot given the high ratings, but the experience didn't quite live up to the hype. The music was a bit too loud, and being seated by the entrance made for a chilly meal. Service was decent, though the waiter splashed water onto our plates while refilling our glasses. The presentation was very colorful, but the textures were disappointing. The fish in the trio ceviche sampler was mushy, and it was difficult to distinguish between the three different styles. While the salmon appetizer was good and the octopus was quite chewy. The seafood risotto was not bad, but not great, had some fake scallop shells as decor when it was a frozen seafood mix. the potato dish with the yellow cream sauce was the most mid...literally just boiled potato. I’d definitely skip the dessert, which tasted stale and like it had been sitting in the fridge too long. The food quality didn't match the 4.9 rating or the price
We ordered several dishes to try, including a causa limeña, a lobster roll that was recommended to us, and a chupe-style risotto. Unfortunately, the roll was not what I was expecting, and the causa also didn’t quite meet my expectations. They weren’t bad, but I was hoping for more based on the recommendations. The risotto was fine, but fairly standard. Overall, the service was good and I would give it a solid 3 for service, but this time the food didn’t really impress me. Not sure what happened, but it wasn’t my favorite experience.
1. Food was good. The cerviche chic swam in a delicious light citrus sauce, with contrasting large soft corn kernels and fried kernals? The fish was mild, but fresh and tasty. Delicious. 2. Service was abysmal. Called ahead to check for table of 4 wait time and and asked Ok for our kiddos to come. AOK, come on in. Arrive and host walks us to table and asks if we need a high chair. Yes please. Sit 5-10 minutes while guests who arrive after us already have drinks. My 2 year old Sat in my lap, because we thought the high chair would come soon. After about 10 minutes, a server said hi so we said we're ready to order. Asked for a high chair again. Another waiter arrived and introduced himself to us, but we said we just ordered from that other guy. He notices we don't have a table lamp, so he brings one over. Again, we ask for a high hair while my kiddo is sitting in my lap. All the other tables also had a post to hang your purse. Guess what, none for my wife . Relatively short wait later, food arrives by food runner. Server walks past and I ask, can we have a high chair. 3rd request and finally arrives. Still short one plate and silverware and glass of water. Ask for those again. Finally arrive. Eat food, and enjoy it. Leave promptly, didn't feel comfortable with the service up to this point. 3. Atmosphere Sleek modern party vibe. Not for a family meal haha. But we're not complaining. Needed good food after a late plane arrival. We probs just had a pair of bad servers. It was not a busy Saturday night.
The food is very good and the table service is good as well. The problem was the girl at the entrance. She didn’t want to seat us at a table for four, saying everything was reserved, even though I insisted that wasn’t true. In the end, I was right—the restaurant remained empty the entire time, with comfortable, large tables available, while we had to eat squeezed into a small table, that’s the reason of my 2 stars..
DO NOT BELIEVE IN THOSE POSITIVE REVIEWS!! Server asks for positive reviews with server’s name mentioned from EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER who eats there. The food was nice. We tried couple dishes. The oyster and shrimp was nice in one of their store popular dishes. However the noodle underneath was mixed with too much cheese, so I didn’t finish the noodles, only tried a few bites. The price range for my visit was average $80/person. Not worth it.

CVI.CHE 105: Miami's Authentic Peruvian Powerhouse
