Great location to get work done. Not too crowded with plenty of open tables and outlets to plug in your electronics unlike the Starbucks on Baldwin Park Blvd. Highly recommend!
Came in for a strong coffee today my expectations were absolutely met with the afternoon staff at this location. Great service as well as craft in making the coffee . The location is clean and convenient. If you’re in the area and looking for a Starbucks to go to this is the location !
The employees here always seem happy here and just friendly. It’s good To see. Management is definitely doing a good job keeping their employees happy and the customers can sense it. Kudos to you all five stars.

Remarkable Staff! I’ve come daily for over a month to make sure I could leave this review in good faith. My need for special handling (nut allergy) tends to frustrate most Starbucks staff (I visit different Starbucks 2-3 times a day) Others roll their eyes, shame me and flat out ignore my special request. *****But this Starbucks is beyond exceptional. ***** 99% of their staff treat me with the utmost kindness and understanding of my health issue… they give 200% extra special care when preparing my drink that instills the deep trust I so desperately hope for and allows me to drink my morning coffee safely without fear. The facility is clean and perfectly comfortable for working (loudness of music doesn’t overwhelm), easy parking, large outside patio, easy access to 10 fwy, Walmart, McDonald’s, Denny’s and Home Depot. I highly recommend for all of your coffee shop desires. They are the Platinum standard to which I hope all other Starbucks in the area could learn from… it would be great if other Starbucks sent their staff here to train. The employees here take pride in their job. They deserve Starbucks location of the year award. Thank you to every single one of you on site who’ve taken my fragile life into your hands and handled it with the utmost love and care… every morning. I appreciate you. Tips are definitely deserved here!!!!

Starbucks is the best whenever you need a iced coffee or smoothie Starbucks is there if you’re late for work, get a cup of coffee or iced coffee whatever that makes you up and drive to work. It doesn’t matter. It’s afternoon or morning, but please get there on time thank you Starbucks. The service is the best great conversation good people. I had a good time stopping by this store. Although it was not my usual, they were fast for taking my order and having it ready for me. I ordered a custom drink and a little dessert and yet it was as expected and quick (as previously stated). Willing to stop by more often!
The place is clean, neat and professionally run. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do their best to remember regular customers.
The girls were to caught up in their conversation and forgot to call out my drink. I was sitting in the back and after 15 minutes got up and saw a drink sitting on the counter. I asked is that mine and the reply was "idk what you ordered" so I checked and it was my frappe all watery and no longer ice blended as intended. No apologies or offer to make a new one. Waste of 6 bucks
takes super long to make drinks. 90% of the time my drink is made wrong. not the cleanest environment, windows are always super dirty and full of handprints
Kinda grossed out. I purchased a coffee from this location this morning and didn’t notice at first that one of the baristas had left a fingerprint of lip gloss on my lid. I was left disgusted, and mortified. Leaving me no choice, but to toss it in the trash. SMH….
Naggy rude judgey snooty karens working here enjoy being talked to ans gauked behind ur back as they talk crap about you literally just a bunch of immature college students that need to go back to middle school quite disappointing atmosphere never been treated like this at a Starbucks ever
Very bad service and the lady working there is very rude and I saw she put her finger in the ice coffee when she was making it. So dirty and unclean!. Don't drink there!
I went to this Starbucks today’s in full law enforcement uniform, wearing my badge, working in the area, and asked the manager for the code to the restroom. The manager, Adriana, told me I had to make a purchase or else I could not have the code for the restroom. In my 20 years as a law enforcement officer, I’ve never been denied using the restroom while in uniform. I thought we had the community support but I guess in this case, we do not. Worse customer service EVER. They keep spelling my name Toto or Tits and now today they put Titi on the cup as if humiliating me is ok simply because im old, bald and my name is Tito!
Tianna was very rude . Came in for some coffee.Asked to use the restroom And she would not allow me to use the restroom unless I made a purchase i let her know i was going to make my purchase after I used the restroom and she acted like if I was lying and going to run off after the restroom very, very rude
Alisa the barista was rude. Said I couldn't use the bathroom until I purchased something. If it's starbucks policy I understand I asked if I could do it after and she wouldn't allow it! Like my $2 are going to help Starbucks numbers lol
this location：On February 22nd, around 7:50 PM, I asked a staff memberhad with a nose ring and wore very pale makeup. for the restroom code, but they replied, "Sorry, I can't provide that unless you make a purchase." I am a loyal Starbucks customer and typically visit almost every day, but I didn't want to make a purchase that evening. The staff member's response left me feeling very disappointed in the brand. I understand and respect their policies, but the attitude of that employee really let me down.
Worst starbucks ever. Worst parking spots. Totally ruin my birthday vibr. Had me waited 30 MINS for my MOBILE ORDER and showing no guilty. They even ask me to pay extra $1 for the drink that I order regularly. My food is already cold when I receive my drinks. Crazy service and attitude. Never go to this location again.
