5 guys kind of speaks for itself. It's good burgers anywhere in the world. But this location has great hiring management. Their staff is always friendly, efficient, hard-working, and smiling. I appreciate the staffing manager and the crew manager for creating such a great team and environment. That's you guys.

I love going to their establishments. I finally have one close to home. The service is always friendly and courteous. The food is always good. I'm on the new trend, the grilled cheese burger and Cajun fries. Always made to order and fresh. I always forget to take a picture because I eat the fries in the car on the way home and the burger right when I get home. I'll try next time lol. Great place, great food, great service

Burgers were soggy when we got them home, and we only live around the corner…. Don’t eat here unless you like that kind of burger, or you choose to dine in!! Also got peanuts that were moldy…… took them back to make them aware, but the manager said that’s just the way they are?? Never seen them like that before. Beware of eating the peanuts there!!

We all know five guys is a little pricey. I expected to spend a little, that was no problem. However, the quality has HORRIBLE. The fries DID NOT AT ALL live up to the Five Guys test. They were not crispy on the outside at all, and nowhere near mashed potatoes in the middle. I was so disappointed. The burgers were decent but it’s like without the fries, everything just didn’t seem as good. Their service was pretty good. There was one guy that seemed like he rather not be at work and when I went to ask for something he turned around looking for someone else to help me, even though he was completely able. Didn’t really seem like the shift lead was doing much leading either. The atmosphere was great in the restaurant overall. I have to be honest, overall I wouldn’t visit this store again.

Super impressive when the two workers are cussing and yelling at each other because they messed up something today and had to refund $10. Your a multi million dollar company but your staff is incredibly unprofessional. The gentleman just wanted his correct order for him and his children. Hats off for keeping his calm compared to the outlandish employees acting like cry babies. That's why you work a fryer at five guys not a real job.

Between 5-6 pm tonight someone ordered $45.99 using my debit card,the funny thing about it is I have my card on me. The employee that took said payment needs to be fired,all that were involved will be going to jail trust that!!!

The meanest rudest place I have ever ordered from don’t order from here order from west sac they actually care and will make your food the way you order and ask it to be made. This location doesn’t care and they are stupid mean. Be warned also their food is always burnt over cooked and they skimp and cut corners to save money. Not how it used to be they claim “new management” corporate said they aren’t supposed to be doing that so just don’t waste time. The new managers are terrible! Will never EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! They also refused a refund even tho the food wasn’t touched. Refused to help in anyway just said it sucks to suck basically. So don’t waste your money

Ordered my fries well done and for the third straight time they are undercooked. $11 for one large fry and they seem to spite you for asking them to cook it longer. Completely ridiculous that I have to finish cooking them at home in the oven so they aren't raw.

Food is great but I've had terrible experience with orders being messed up. I placed an online order for delivery and a side of fries were missing. I tried getting a hold of the store and no one would pick up the phone after 7 tries. To anyone wanting to buy from here, always go in person and double check your order before you leave.

Lady wearing all black was horrible, calling me and friends very offensive things after we asked for water cups and didn’t want to pay for soda cups, she charged us $11 for the WATER cups and then called me broke. Will never be going back here and please do something about her.
