Service was enjoyably fast despite the complexity of some customer's requests, but drinks were okay. They tasted a bit watered down compared to a few other locations I have been to in CA.

Jamba Juice's position that America location here at the Valley Plaza at emission at the juices and itself a very delicious and quench your thirst especially when you're very parched so yeah it's great

Liz, the manager, was not giving the right service to customers, as well as the worker, African American , in the back who had a disinfectant / bleach on her left hand while preparing my drink with the other hand. .I stated that to Liz , but the worker didn’t wash her hands , so I decided to cancel my order. Need to be more careful when cleaning store and preparing drinks.

The service was okay brought good energy with a smile but the cashier was rude & asked if we were okay & made us look crazy but other than that the drinks were good

I love Jamba Juice but I gave one star only for the location in the mall I was there yesterday ad ordered a orange Carrot juice for some time they look at each other ad look at back where they hold a lot of oranges (there was not even one orange that time ) but they said ok ad what else I want I ordered something else too I got my order ad I left mall when I had my juice I was so disappointed it was only carrots why can’t u say u don’t have what I want is that a costumer service???? Is that was a free drink No I paid for that then why don’t u give me wht I want so disappointed

I went 30 minutes before 9pm and they refused to take my order because they were "closed." Then when I asked what time they closed they said 9pm and I said it's 8:30 and the girl told me she still couldn't take my order because they were closed. This is the second time this happens.

I went to get a smoothie today as I usually do and the worker Deisy a short mexican lady was very rude and made my drink completely wrong i went on with my day but was very bothered she needs work on her customer service !!! and needs more training I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied will never come back because of her .
