The past couple of times coming to this KFC, in the past was just ok! However, when I came in to place an order for a Turkey for Thanksgiving day. This place was very clean. The customer service was probably the best I’ve ever had at KFC! Elvis was the employee that helped me with my orders. Elvis was friendly, courteous and just over all great attitude! Moving forward, the regular kfc meals I ordered were good and fresh! My first time having the Cajun turkey from kfc and it did not disappoint! Until next year!

Smallish KFC branch. Small and narrow parking lot, located on a busy part of El Camino. Entry and exit is usually difficult during rush hours. Food is average, and service is hit or miss. The drive-thru is convenient, but it gets awkward when they ask you to wait for the food, and you have to back up to get to a parking spot…not an ideal layout by any means.

The drive-thru is convenient, but it gets awkward when they ask you to wait for the food, and you have to back up to get to a parking spot…not an ideal layout by any means.

Oh KFC, how I miss your Hot Wings. I used to be a super devout hot wing lover that I eat KFC 20 piece hot wings all by myself at least once a week but ever since KFC in their infinite wisdom decided to remove Hot Wings and replace with the subpar new wings in flavor I've not gone back for years. Finally while hungry I decided to try the wings in Nashville Hot flavor one more time and I just had to kick myself for even bothering to try again. It's the same hard breading. I also didn't like the price on the drive thru board being different from the actual price. Either update the board or just honor the price on the board.

Filthy, gross, and slow. We waited 6 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take our order. After we got our food we looked for a table but found the whole restaurant absolutely filthy. All the table tops looked like they have not been cleaned for days. We sat at the least dirty table but the seat was still disgusting. There were no knives so I had to use two forks to dissect my chicken, but the forks were the flimsiest I've ever used. It was the most unpleasant and even upsetting dining experience in my memory.

The drive-thru lady was rushing me through my order. I didn't know what I wanted, but there was no car behind me. I just needed a minute to read the displayed menu, as I am not familiar with it. I ordered 3 tenders. She told me "$8.23 at the window." $8.23 for 3 tenders. Not for a meal, just the tenders. I had her repeat it at the window, and she said it was the price for 3 tenders. I thought KFC had become quite pricey. I paid cash, I gave her $8, and while I was rummaging through my wallet for a quarter, she disappeared. Her colleague arrived, he handed me a plastic bag and I gave him the quarter. She was nowhere to be seen, so he waved for me to go, saying we were good. In the plastic bag, there were the box of 3 tenders, 4 sauces--including 3 that I didn't ask for (and a spoon ?!)-- but no receipt. I was on the go and ate the tenders; they were good enough. Once I had time, I checked online, and apparently, I should have been charged $3.99 for 3 tenders, which makes more sense. It was clearly not a mistake as I had her repeat it, and she confirmed the order and the price. So obviously, I won't be back.

They are really slow to get the food out.and I blame the managers for not knowing how to run a fast food joint. They can make you wait 20mins just for a meal. Very poor customer service. And don’t waste your time ordering here you won’t get your food on time.

SLOW DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE! literally waited in line for 25 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. They dont take your order until the car at the window gets its food, not sure if it's how they operate now but its SLOW

Go to the KFC on Woodside Rd. Probably better service than the el camino location. I went to El Camino store in Redwood City. They were out of Pepsi. They were out of ice tea. I told them and they went to the drive thru to get me ice tea. They had no pepsi or too lazy to go get the box. She had to have me do credit card twice so now i need to check payment. Had big dialog with her about the charge for a breast. She didnt want to give me a center breast for one dollar extra. When i asked for the mgr and then her boss i got nowhere. If you like pepsi dont go here. Try Woodside Rd KFC.

The order I picked up had some drinks that were VERY over filled and the liquid was coming out of the top of the lid. I asked the guy that was working if he could hand me some stickers to cover the lid and keep it from spilling more. He said no and he was being very rude. I told him the drinks were leaking and he also stopped other employees from helping me. He said I couldn’t take no for an answer. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the supervisor. He was a Caucasian heavy set male. One of the workers helped me out by telling me to rip the sticker off of bag of food and use it to cover the drinks. Very unprofessional behavior from the supervisor. That is not how you treat other people. I’m just trying to do my job well so that the customers don’t complain about how their food is handled and delivered. I feel like I was discriminated because I’m African American. I’m just trying to feed my kids and family and everyone should just respect each other.
