I recently visited the KFC branch at 71 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 2HD, and I had a great experience. The food quality was excellent, and the service provided by the staff was outstanding. I would especially like to appreciate Umaiya, who was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Her customer service truly stood out and made my visit even more enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and hygiene standards were clearly followed. I was also pleased to know that the food is 100% halal, which is very important to me. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and this branch has become one of my favorites—mainly because of the exceptional service from Umaiya. Highly recommended!

I visit this KFC regularly and the level of service has been consistently excellent. From the moment you walk in, you’re acknowledged and greeted properly, which is something you don’t always get in fast food. There’s always a positive atmosphere, and the staff clearly care about how customers are treated. Maria deserves a special mention. She is always cheerful, welcoming, and professional, and her attitude genuinely stands out. It makes a big difference seeing the same high standard of service every visit. Credit to the whole team for maintaining such a friendly and reliable experience.

Hey, it's KFC, it's all right fast food with nice chips, probably my fav from any big chains. What made my visit so good was a member of stuff who was super polite, helpful and even has brought part of my order - which needed more time to fry - to the table I was sitting at. Sorry, I don't know his name, but you don't see this kind of service in dystopian country like UK. Thumbs up and you deserve pay rise. Let me add it was Boxing Day so not busy at all, not sure do they provide same service in busy weekday at lunch time. Place was clean and quiet, I enjoyed my time spent there tremendously, for a change.

I came here to taste the halal kfc, chicken pieces were very tasty, zinger was good but the chicken seasoning was not as good as in the individual pieces. In general the problem of this branch is the filthiness of the bathrooms and the lower floor, was appalling

I have been a regular customer at this KFC branch for the past 2–3 years. Last year, I experienced poor customer service, which led me to stop visiting for a while. However, I have recently started coming back and have noticed a positive change, with new staff who are much more welcoming and professional. In particular, Sultana’s customer service is excellent , she is very friendly, welcoming. One area that still needs improvement is the cleanliness of the toilets. They are often very dirty and not in a usable condition. Improving this would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

Típica comida de este tipo poco sano, pero lo poco a precio de países que no tenemos tanto bolsillo. Está muy, pero que muy cerca de un metro, y relativamente cerca del Museo de Ciencias Naturales. Ninguna cajera hablaba otro idioma que no fuera el inglés.

Ordering was pretty easy, and collecting took a little longer than I thought, however wasn’t too bad. Service was very helpful and friendly and the actual collection was pretty easy. Food was delicious as always, even though my Pepsi wasn’t filled all the way 😢. It would also be better if the seating was less cramped and close together. And the stalls didn’t match the tables. Sometimes you would be sitting next to a stranger you didn’t feel comfortable sitting next to. However the restaurant overall was pretty good and I would come again.

La qualité des produits ne change pas d'un KFC à l'autre, on reste donc sur d'excellents morceaux de poulets. Les moins : Les menus qui disparaissent de l'écran pendant qu'on peine à choisir son menu et il fait donc attendre que ça réapparaisse à l'écran. La salle un peu trop petite où si on y va en heure de pointe, il est compliqué de trouver une place.

Great service and food. However, the bathrooms were a mess, the ceiling was covered in mold, might I say black mould. People shouldn't be breathing that in, nevermind exposing themselves in such a contaminated room. I'm surprised such a growth of mould grew in a food place, it makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Very dirty and unclean. Hardly any attendant to clean the place. It’s small area and there is so much rush. This should be cleaned more frequently.Highly disappointed. If place is so unhygienic, how would be the food??!! Also the service is ridiculously slow. Why? Does this place has short of stuff or stuff is inefficient???

To be completely honest, I have not been to any KFC in London that can compare with the food quality in any other chicken joint, although you pay extra for the likes of Nandos. This works for me at late hours when everything else is closed, and people don't make a mess everywhere they eat. Even then, you can expect queues at 23:00 (if you are mildly unlucky) and a lack of menu choices.

Passed through a number of times, upon each occasion the tables were dirty, overall a poorly kept restaurant. Dined only once, food was freshly made and hot. Service upon ordering, staff member inattentive despite me standing in front of him with no other customers waiting. Lady staff member also spoke in a poor tone to customers, late evening 16th Dec. Better seek a different KFC branch.

Extremely frustrated with my visit today.The restaurant was nearly empty, yet I waited over 10 minutes for a simple order. To make it worse, the self-service kiosk did not offer the student discount for the Snack Box, and there was no warning about this. When I asked the staff at the counter, the employee was very rude and simply told me I had to "order something else" to get the deal, showing no willingness to help. The final insult was when my food was shoved across the counter towards me. The complete lack of customer care and respect here is astounding. I will not be returning.

In short: DON'T APPROACH. In long: l have tried KFC in every country I have visited. I used to compare branches for minor differences. This branch however, didn't have a minor difference but a complete unforgivable miss-representation of the brand. The worst branch had been in Amsterdam until I tried this one here. The place itself is small with no terrace. The order technology is still primitive compared to other branches, and the food... It's terrible; tasteless, greasy and coated with a messy thin layer of flour. (See the pictures!) This branch is as original KFC as a gas station.

This toilet is a nightmare!!!!!!!!!! It’s extremely narrow, with no toilet paper provided, and the floor is very slippery. It’s seriously uncomfortable unbelievably cramped and difficult to use!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting! The floor to the bathroom was so greasy and slippery it was dangerous. If that's how they look after the areas used by customers I dread to think what the kitchens are like!

I recently visited this KFC and was appalled to find black mold in the bathroom. The unsanitary conditions were shocking, especially for a food establishment. To make matters worse, I developed small rashes after my visit, which I suspect were caused by exposure to the mold. This is unacceptable and poses serious health risks to customers. I strongly urge management to address this immediately and for others to avoid this location until it’s resolved. Cleanliness should be a top priority, especially where food is served!

Unbelievable! I've been in other kfc.. but never , one like this! And I didn't show you the toilet! Disgusting! The management I guess is terrible! Not recommend here for your health and safety. I will definitely suggest to change the rating of 5 and put 0!

The worst KFC that I have been experienced. Our phone was stolen inside the store, though it should be safe because it's inside KFC. When we asked to meet the manager and checked the CCTV in the store, the manager at said that he couldn't help, and just asked us to bring to police there. I would say in this crisis that your customers faced in your store, you never show any sense of humanity. It seems we talked to the robot not the human. No value to have human working there, if they failed for crisis management for their customers. Only hired the robot, no need human. STRONG WARNING TO THE TOURISTS! Please be careful your belongings if you still want to try eating at this shop. To be frankly, I am disappointed for KFC standard, for both service and foods -- very salty.

Lobby was very dirty, all the tables were full of leftover bags and food. No labels on the corn either ! Which is a ROCC failure!

I would not recommend this, the toilets are so disgusting. The smell was absolutely putrid, the smell made my head ache, there was urine all over the toilet and floor and used pads stuck on the walls and the toilet, there was toilet paper on the floor, trying to fit into a cubicle is a mission impossible. They clearly do not prioritise cleanliness there. Unless you want to ruin all chance of being able to smell again then go for it.

The toilets were atrocious. You had to go down slippery stairs and the smell was disgustedly unpleasant and made me gag so much I nearly threw up. I couldn’t even use it. Too disgusting and there wasn’t even a lock on the door. 1000% would not recommend unless you have a near-death wish. Disgusting and I nearly fell. The atmosphere is eerie walking down and creates a fear.

I ordered the Original Recipe Chicken (3 Pieces), which is clearly shown in the product image to include leg pieces / drumsticks. When I received my order, I checked it immediately at the counter, in front of the staff. However, what I was given was completely different from what was advertised. There were no drumsticks or leg pieces at all. Instead, I received three very dry, breast-like pieces, which did not match the product image in any way. I pointed this out straight away and asked for a replacement. Despite the mismatch between the product and the image, the staff refused to change it. This is extremely disappointing and misleading. I did not leave the store or eat the food before raising the issue — I checked it immediately and was still rejected. This is unacceptable customer service. Selling a product that does not match its advertised image and refusing to resolve the issue is ridiculous. This experience has seriously affected my trust in this KFC branch. I would not recommend this location to customers who expect to receive what is shown in the menu pictures.

I waited 15 mins for my food to be served and the place was empty. My food was cold and order was wrong,no tables cleaned took an extra 10 mins to get someone to clean. Toilets were a mess and stink I walked straight out. Seems like the staff are more interested in laughing and joking then working. Only come here if you like cold food. The toilet was disgusting, brown material in the floor and on the door that looked like faeces. The toilet is so small you can barely get inside. The smell of urine comes from upstairs before you even go down the stairs to the toilet. There was faeces on the toilet. I would never recommend it to anyone, there’s better places where you can eat and with better staff and customer service where you don’t have to hold your nose on your way to bathroom.

The worst experience of using toilets in London you cannot imagine how how smelly how dirty it is. Pictures do not really display how dirty it is urine is splashed everywhere the smell of urine is so strong that makes eyes itchy. All surfaces are in stains, the floor is urinated very slippery because of urine stains. You do not know how to touch the door to open it and to close it because the door is in stains. You cannot imagine the door from the inside even in some brown stains I don't want even to think about the origin of those stains. I might understand that staff doesn't want to clean toilets but come on it is Central London the manager must have the cleaner foot toilets because it is shame and it is a display of disrespect for people for customers

I visited this restaurant today with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The toilets were in terrible condition — the stairs leading down were very slippery and dirty, which felt unsafe. Inside, there was no water or toilet paper available, which was unacceptable for a family restaurant. In addition, the food quality did not meet expectations. The meals were overly spicy, and the chips tasted old and had an unpleasant, fishy flavour. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better hygiene, maintenance, and food quality at this branch in the future.

I hardly never write a negative review but this was BAD. Worst fast food restaurant experience ever. The toilet was an absolute nightmare. From the moment you walk down the stairs the smell hits you. The floor is wet and sticky of urine. The women's toilet door doesn't close, the toilet seat was wet and yellow (!), the toilet paper roll was on the floor, and the toilet doesn't flush. You can't help your child to the toilet cause there's no room. I could barely fit my own 50kg body through the door. I don't know if there's something wrong with the food but I had a fishy taste in my mouth I couldn't get ride of until I got home to my toothbrush just now. If the same people that clean the toilet also make the food I'm lucky if I don't get sick. Also, I ordered the kids menu for my child. I suggest they rename it to "toddlers menu".

Too much oily. Literally too much! Either these wings were pre cooked or your oil is over burnt. Chicken tastes nothing but blunt. Few wings were cold. Wings skin tasted quite rubbery. Not freshly cooked for sure. Wings had filaments. I know your wings are delivered frozen in packets. When you mix the flour coatings, at least try to remove big filaments guys! Come on! Please 🙏🏻 Your branch is the worst KFC I ever tried. I love KFC hot wings. That's my favourite on the go. But I will probably never come back to your branch anymore. Toilet was dirty as hell! Urine or water was everywhere on the floor. Stinks horrible! Shortage of staff maybe? Or just don't care since it's public one? Please do tale care of some hygiene notes mate! Sorry! But you guys must try to do things better! I do not recommend this branch to eat unless they care about customers and improve their hygiene.

The food was disgusting. Tasted like it was left overs from the night before. At 1030am there's no way freshly cooked food tastes like that therefore had to throw it away. Also the toilets downstairs are really filthy with sticky floors and no toilet paper in cubicle. One member of staff kept standing next to my table be it a small partition was between us and proceeded to yabber away in his own language on his phone quite loudly, not very sanitary at all where customers are eating. I won't be eating here again.

Absolutely disgusting filthy KFC. Floors and tables covered in grease and sauce. Overflowing bins and a mouse in the kitchen which I didn’t have time to capture on camera. The steps down to the toilet were also grease coated and were like blocks of ice and I thought I was going to slip and die a few times on a single trip to the toilets. The urine coated floor emits a powerful odour which wafts all the way to the eating level upstairs. I’m currently preparing a report to Camden Council and the Food Standards Agency. The chicken burger and chips were cold and tasteless and the coke was flat.

I walked into this kfc with excitment and was totally disappointed. Customer service is very poor. The fries was cold and the chicken was also cold and bland. The floor untidy I can imagine the rest room then. The tables filled with spilled with no one checking or tidying. I ordered a dine in and the order was packed as if it was begged for without any thing to ensure a comfortable dine in. it was packed without tray without pack and had to practically begged for Ketchup and straw. Am totally disappointed with KFC now

The place is so dirty and disgusting. The stuff is so slow, I was waiting for 2 meals 30 minutes and when I asked them if somebody could clean our table they said “sorry there’s no one there”. I sat down drunk my iced tea and it tasted like soda. I tried to ask them to change it for me but they wouldn’t pay attention, they just didn’t care, so my brother asked them to change it for me and they gave me something else instead and the stuff member we asked him to change it said with a bossy voice “throw this”. Also my tenders were too cold! I never do such a thing about a restaurant, but this was the worst one I’ve ever been
