I tried Taco Bell for the first time today and ordered the Gran Burrito menu. Honestly, it was a joke how tiny the burrito was. Unfortunately, I had ordered takeaway and only noticed once I got home, so I couldn’t complain. On top of that, the service staff seemed to be in a really bad mood.

Do not even try to try it ! This had nothing to do with Mexican delicious and spicy food ! This is so plain with no taste even the cheese has no taste

These employees will make you use the kiosk. I'm talking forcefully make you use it while they have absolutely not one customer. They will also just stand there stare at you and not help you what so ever. Taco bell take your kiosk and go home already. Leave the industry for people who care. Time to close down your stores !!!!!!!

Food was terrible compared to US Taco Bell, even though I have hardly eaten there. But this place had horrible food and staff could.not be worse in their attitude. There were 2 kiosks and both of them did not work at the end step after we had spent time picking our orders for 5 of us.

The worst experience with fast-food ever. The staff is extremely slow and extremely arrogant. Today, 4 employees worked and we were the only ones in the branch. Our order was not complete and when we pointed this out to the staff, they arrogantly completed our order and threw the cutlery on the table in the most unhygienic way. Never ever! This business should be shut down.

30 or 40 years ago Taco Bell actually made a decent taco and a good price, today all together a different story. The food is thrown together not much care is given sometimes it's hot sometimes it's not. Half of my meal today was cold which is remarkable because I actually watched them make it which leads me to believe that one half of my meal wasn't left long enough on the plancha to get hot. Next the restaurant itself is an absolute disaster the owner and its staff should be absolutely ashamed of itself. Look at these tables nearly every one of them in the restaurant has a dirty tray with napkins on the floor it's rather disgusting. I can count at least four people behind the counter one surely should be able to come out clean the trays disinfect the tables so that people feel welcome and invited into this restaurant. Taco Bell has almost no value proposition.... Less value for your hard-earned money and an obvious total disregard for cleanliness and hygiene. Epic fail.

Very disappointing. The fries were all cold and my veggie meal was delivered with meat instead despite appearing correctly on the receipt. Service was fast though, and at least one staff member there spoke English.
