The kind of food, place and people that just make such a wonderful experience out of eating, especially when I had an order mix up for my birthday dessert. They took such great care of me. Always worth coming back! And the best hand-crafted diet cola I've EVER had.

If you love cheesy goodness then this is your spot! Wagyu burgers and all the cheese you could as for. The team is new, but everyone is friendly with smiles. Beware: the parking is horrendous. And the restaurant is very difficult to find if you're using your phone navigation app.

Review 39/365 Day Challenge Came here for Grand opening day/morning that opened at 10 a.m. when doors open 2.10.26 with a mama friend. It was a free Original melt burger for the 1st 100 customers. Which i and my mama friend were around the 15th-20th customer i want to say. They had spin a wheel for some free merchandise. I got a free T shirt and my friend got a free tote. Had a really good experience on grand opening so wanted to bring my family here to experience the Melt on Sunday 2.15.26 for dinner. What we ordered ~ The original melt burger single $ 10.79 was full filing for myself. It was a bit on the greasy side since it's Waygu patties. The sliced up jalapeño on there wasn't spicy at all and it was somewhat on the bland side. Wished it had more flavoring to the sauce of it. My husband and teen agreed to. ~ Three cheese classic melt was a delicious grilled cheese sandwich we all loved. the cheesy was grilled to perfection and wasn't oily with the bread it's served on. ~ cheddar bacon ranch fries were a fav, i requested Cheese on the side. The bacon bits topped on it and drizzled ranch was the best part . Definitely recommended $ 5.99 ~ strawberry lemonade is pre made in a cup right near register to grab when ordering. Isn't too sweet and perfectly citrus enough. ~ Craft soda fountain drink station available. They offer shakes, ice cream & cookies for dessert here. Received our items in a great timely manner and associates are friendly, welcoming. Lots of patio outdoor tables & seatings. Along indoor too. Restaurant decor was simple brick wall with cool saying marquee that the signs lit up. Located next to the Currently being built Ding Tai Fung and it's across from also currently being built North Italia restaurant. It's where the new wing came to the new addition of Brea mall where Sears use to be. Parking in the parking structure in front of Nordstrom Department store and there were a few right out front of restaurant. Mary I believe her name was came up and talked with us. She was extremely kind to us and the meal was extremely delicious but my wife and I were very disappointed in the way she spoke to a young lady in the back of house this afternoon. Would suggest whoever is above Mary talk to her about how to treat staff members when customers are present even when you think they aren’t.
