In the midst of a cold front they opened 2 and a half hours late and had a backlog of online orders when they opened. Instead of handling those and the oncoming walk-in customers equally, they decided to try and clear the walk in queue first, which kept piling in at a rate that could not be kept up with. I shouldn’t be in line at pick up watching customers for walk in come, wait in line, pay, and go before the order I placed 2 hours ago is even started. Management failed the workers on this one, making them rush and have to handle rightfully frustrated customers. Shame on management. No snow/ice/hazards on the road btw it was just too cold apparently.

Mariciou and the other employees were fantastic. Food was great too. But the shift leader, didnt catch her full name. Saturated with an A was being very toxic. For a fast food chain it was great. But watching her berate her employees. It was gross. And abusive. Anyways. Ill be back but damn.

I want to say that Brooke did an AMAZING job ensuring that I was given the correct amount of rice. Ashley the store manager is without a doubt the STINGIEST manager I've ever come across. She needs to realize that rice is the cheapest item on the menu. She also needs to be retrained by the district manager on how to treat customers and how to treat her employees, she was extremely rude to Brooke right in front of me and this needs to be corrected right away before it gets out of hand and she creates a hostile working environment. After Brooke scooped my rice, Ashley comes over and takes out what Brooke gave me.... what I received was not worth the $26+ that I paid. Its crazy that Jasmine the assistant manager can handle customers better than the actual STORE manager can. Horrible management. Thank you Jasmine and Brooke you both did an amazing job. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!!!! Every single time I order from this location whether it's on Door Dash or pick up, I never receive my full order or my order is incorrect. Workers are skimpy on the food like it’s coming out their pay check and have a horrible attitude

POOR MANAGEMENT!!! Horrible SERVICE!!This place needs to be shut down immediately. Thank you. Do not eat here!! Absolutely disgusting and roaches, Roaches!!! Take a look at the picture below, In my food I definitely will be contacting the health department.. Hair in my food so my kids and I eating hair!!!!!!!!! Panda Express has really went down.I will be contacting corporate about this.And my attorney to file a lawsuit!!! Called and called no one answered the phone.Then when they finally answered, they kept hanging up in my face, claiming that they could not hear me on the other end.But you can hear me all of a sudden. Very unprofessional , nasty rude , The noodles are soggy and dry.The food is not fresh and consistent.

Ordered kung pou chicken and teriyaki chicken. They said there would be a wait, and I said I'd wait and paid. When I got home, they had pepper chicken or something in it and had put peanuts and veg from the kung pou bowl, but no kung pou chicken. Really trashy to treat your customers like this.

It was super disappointing to wait in line for 15 mins just for them to be closed an hour early. The door was locked to the lobby also and it said 9:30 close on the door, and online says 10. We go here a lot so I’m not really sure what happened….

Update: 4-16-25 I don't know what happened, but the food here has gone downhill! Everything we ordered kung pao chicken was horrible, low mein was greasy. Ewwwffff I will not be ordering here again. They also took Brown Rice off the menu which was healthiest item besides broccoli. Food that makes you sick, NO THANKS! Oh! Don't waste your time calling this establishment they never answer the phone! Old Review from last year: My first time ordering here. I got the Black Pepper Angus Steak w/low mein and I was totally impressed. Food was hot and fresh. Employee was friendly. I will be back. Thank you.

Very stingy with their servings, portions were small by a black dude who works there, don't know his name, but tall black dude served our portions very small, gave us only like 3 shrimp for the steak and shrimp, HIGHLY RECCOMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE, I would rate this a negative 2 star.
