Went to this Sonic last night. Never seen one with a dining room before which was cool. Unfortunately inside they didn’t have the AC on so it was like 75 degrees inside which isn’t pleasant to me. The staff was pretty nice and helpful here, they definitely need more employees though for a Friday night. Food could have been better, it seem a bit over cooked. Cheese tots were great and the ice cream was great as usual. The drink was very good as well. The hot dogs and chicken sandwich needs some help and lots of sauce to eat unfortunately.

Would have given it a four if the staff wasn’t so rude. She was acting as if she was annoyed at having to take our order and walk it out to us. I was also super bummed that she wasn’t wearing the skates, I love the old timey feel that it gives. The tater tots were COLD! Super disappointed. Other than that. It’s nice that they stay open late and if you order ahead on their app they give you half off of drinks. (We didn’t know until after we had ordered in the carport. We’ll have to do that next time.) Hopefully the staff will be in a better mood smh

This place really needs more help. Fast food isn't fast when you only have two people working and it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get our food when it's only my girlfriend and I waiting in the dining area

The interior very warm, the burger was smashed, the onion rings were crispy and soggy, they stuck together and cooked unevenly. Employees overall not attentive. On the positive side the milk shake was good, the restrooms clean and there was one young lady who stepped up. We won't be repeating this place. A secret shopper or two would do wonders.

Food was cold and had been sitting there you could tell for quite a while we had to wait 30 minutes to get our meal it was just horrible I guess I'll wait another 5 years and try sonics again the last time I waited 5 years and then tried them it was even a bigger disappointment

DON'T GO TO THIS SONIC! Went here with my family and we ordered 3 meals. After ordering we waited for 30 minutes and still had not received our food. So I went up to the counter to get a refund. Talked with the employee and she stated "are you sure you want a refund your food is now ready. I can offer a discount." I took the discount and got out food. Upon eating all of our food was cold and drinks were watered down because the ice had melted. I should of asked for a full refund. This food was terrible! SONIC you definitely need some better management at this location. We will definitely not be returning to this location I'm Beaumont CA again. PEOPLE DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU LIKE WATERED DOWN SODAS AND COLD NASY FOOD!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. MARIANA is absolutely horrible at thie beaumount location. She seems like she hates her job. She was extremely freaking rude taking our order trying to rush us. Then we wanted to add a small onion ring to our order and she said no because they were "too busy" (there was legit 2 cars in the drive through and thats it... so ok...) i would fire her if I was this manager she was absolutely horrible. Rude as hell. Even when she handed our card back to us she walked it out all rude and didn't even say anything. She did the same to the car behind us too she is extremely rude to every customer it seems like... absolutely embarrassing on this place..

We went inside to have lunch with clients, waited 18 minutes for a small French frie. And four of our clients ordered food, and was he couldn’t use the restroom because it was customers only? Ma’am four of us ordered food? And waited a long period of time? Horrible customer service, rude and slow. Has guest standing waiting to order over 10 minutes

I have gone here 5 times, never once have they gotten my order right, like not once. Fully missing items everytime. Ruined sonic for me

the entire order witch was only me my wife and our son took 30 minutes this is not a fast food location so if you're in a hurry, don't even bother going to this place. they also got our entire order wrong we had to fix almost everything Redflag🚩🚩🚩 the chicken was burnt to a crispwe picked it apart to get the edible parts I didn't want to ask for a new one because I was afraid of a come out exactly the same.

Wait staff is terrible. I have not had a SINGLE encounter where my order was correct. Do only teenagers work here? They are extremely rude and slow almost with a purpose to annoy you. This establishment should be ashamed of how incompetent the staff is. ALL I ASKED FOR IS RANCH. PLEASE. I want to also add this woman purposely made me wait 12 minutes for the ranch that another staff member forgot (shocker). Then she proceeds to SMACK two packs of ranch in my hands and shuts the window. Is anyone paying attention to your employees? Dark hair and glasses, mildly over weight. Wow. July 7, 2025 850pm shift. Disgusting behavior.

Employee working there is rude as can be but I guess that what happens when you hire children. I sat in the stall for over 30 mins after it saying my food was ready and the app no longer said I had an order so it was like they cleared it and forgot about me. I saw several cars going and leaving the drive thru so I figured I was forgot about. So I get in the drive thru line and tell girl that I have a pick up order and gave her my name and asked if I could order something else but she cut me off and never let me order what I wanted so I did it on the app while I was waiting to pick up my first order. I had 3 cars in front of me then the little girl who worked there came out very angry and asked if I had a mobile order and I said yes and she got real pissed and loud WELL WE WERE LOOKING FOR YOU!!! She was very rude and when I tried explaining to her what happened she just ignored me and walked away. Then she brings me my first order and I tried telling her that I had 2 orders and she ignored me and never came back so I pulled up to the window and there was a guy that helped me out and was very nice unlike her. It was very unprofessional the way I was treated by her and no longer want to return with that crappy customer service. She was short, looked very young, Hispanic, a braid on each side of her head and looked like she may have been a shift lead. I will not be returning, I will go else where.

Each time I have ordered here, employees are rude. Each time I have ordered through a delivery service, items are missing or unacceptable. I will never order here again after this, probably the 4th time they completely screwed up and/ or burnt the food (and that's out of maybe ordering here 6 times, not a great success rate) I am missing part of my order, another item is half correct, and the four long coney is burnt in the middle, raw on the ends with a tiny bit of cheese, no chili, burnt corn dogs, and no cheese sauce for the pretzels with cheese. The delivery driver also informed me the woman working there was rude and grumpy. I don't know if they are understaffed or just don't care but I am unable to eat the meal I bought there and not for the first time.
