Needed an inspection completed to close on a 2 unit property quickly. I contacted Bar Bender for a quote (which turned out to be the cheapest I could find around). Mike was my inspector, he was patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me exactly what the inspection would consist of, answered all questions I had even the ones I didn't think to ask. I received my report back in 24 hrs, which was extremely helpful considering I was on a fast track to close.
