Abby helped me out today and she was AMAZING!! She was friendly, helpful, and patient with me. She helped me find my size, what type of bra works best for me, and gave me advice on color and style. They didn’t have my size in house but they helped order it for me and it ships FREE to MY HOUSE! I highly recommend this location and Abby, she is the best!

The store is has a wide variety of woman's lingerie, bras, panties and accessories. Not sure what sizes they have other largest is 44DD and XXL I believe. The ladies working there are so sweet and very helpful. They happily measured me and my two girls for bras. Then checked the fit for comfort and support. They were so patient and helpful the entire time. Great selection, amazing sale and the most comfortable, and supportive bras ever!

Wow! Recent chemo weight gain had made my bras tight and me grumpy. Instead of Victoria’s Secret, I popped into Soma at the Arboretum. Amani was an absolute doll. She is vivacious, knowledge, and efficient. She measured me and pampered me by bringing me different styles to try. My old bras were four inches too small at the rib cage, so I purchased three gorgeous and comfortable bras. Thank you Amani.

Bra shopping usually doesn't rank at the top of one's daily activities but I'm super happy I found the store! Everybody in the store was extremely helpful. They were cheerful and happy to help. They have lots of options to choose from and the prices were good too. Definitely recommend.

I recently visited Soma and was thoroughly impressed. The collection is fantastic, with materials that feel great and a fit that is incredibly comfortable. A special thanks to Brenda and Allison (I believe those were their names) for their exceptional customer service. They were incredibly supportive and patient in helping me find the perfect size and style. Definitely recommend Soma for both the product quality and the outstanding staff!

I had an excellent experience at this location. The sales associate was friendly and helpful and made me feel prioritized even though she was helping others. She helped me understand my actual size which was different than a prior fitting showed and gave me good advice on which bras would work best for me. I purchased two wireless bras and two t-shirt bras and they are all great!

The woman who helped me was very patient and gave me great recommendations; considering I hadn't bought any good quality bras in probably 5 years and am so tired of being uncomfortable everyday. Prices where to be expected for quality. I really enjoyed the experience and will be back as I start replacing some of my cheap stuff with quality! Loved the atmosphere! Thank you!

Excellent service! My mom had not had new undergarments in quite some time. The staff was friendly, Very helpful in finding just the right size --DD! Mom wore her top item home!! At almost 92 she was so pleased! I bought several items too! Love Soma, we will be back!❤

When someone did ask to help I felt like it was begrudgingly so. I wasn't even exclusively shopping for myself but was informed due to my size they didn't have anything in stock for me . Their clothes are high quality and soft, but I don't know if I'll be here again.

After telling the elder lady about my pregnancy and needing a new bra due to larger cup size (not band), not only did she give me 3 different sizes- 32B, 32D, 34C.. she insisted that I’d be a 34 even I mentioned it moved, but made the comment that I’m going to get bigger (which would be valid) but the moment I asked the difference between Victoria Secret bras, she seemed so offended that said “I don’t know what to tell you and I have no say in them”…. Because I questioned her about my cup size is getting bigger not smaller and still suggested a B cup when I was already a C cup? She proceeded with “You can go to Nordstrom instead”… and I did… they managed to get me a perfect size and they were nowhere near close to this lady was “suggesting “.. wouldn’t recommend this place due to inaccurate suggestions..

Based on the other negative reviews I'm not surprised, but bummed out because I loved shopping here. Not anymore, I guess.

Do NOT shop at this company unless you want to be conned into receiving store credit every time you need a return. TWICE they delivered the wrong item & in order to receive the correct one, company policy is the CUSTOMER pay for the incorrect item they sent, return the item, & then receive store credit. Effectively conning you into having to purchase from them again. & then they send you the wrong item again. They won't do return labels online, customer service is difficult to reach, & their products are overpriced for what they are anyway. Truly horrendous business practices. If anyone wants to buy a merchandise card from me, let me know. Only refraining from expletives so this doesn't get taken down.

Looked stoned out of her mind sitting all the way behind snapping her fingers to catch the other lady’s attention to come running at us to see what we are doing like we were robbing the place when we simply just opened the drawer to look for my size. Felt watched and not in a good way, fitting room smelled like BO which on top of the experience just made me wanna leave. Worst Soma location Ive ever visited, will never be back.

I visited for the $15 bra sale. I also work at a store in the Arboretum, and went to check out the store during my lunch break to recommend to my coworkers. I was greeted and told to get sized but no other employees helped me. I managed to find a style I liked on my own but the wait for the fitting room was over 20 minutes. By the time I was ready to check out the lines were too long and the employees were not acting proactively due to the increase in customers. I had to leave because the over all experience exceeded my lunch time! Trying on and purchasing a single bra should not exceed 40 minutes. Overall I was disappointed with my interaction with the employees, over all store appearance, and shockingly poor quality of the bras. I told my coworkers it’s definitely not even a store worth visiting. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
