It's an ok experience, nothing bad, nothing good, don't expect to be acknowledged in rush hour or when there's a lot of orders, they tend to rush and it takes them time to actually come see mobile orders and come to the register. Some are disrespectful some are just ignorant, I go there sometimes because I live right near it, they are open at night but service ends at 10:59 at counter so you have to order on the app to pickup, and it becomes a drive through only basically. Overall it's a ok McDonald's

Very clean and organized. I like it made me feel comfortable. The staff are very nice and polite do there job very well. The staff are fast and know how to keep the line short. You order in one side and pick up in the other side. They have seating available. In the first floor you can sit or go up the stairs to more seating and the bathrooms. Didn't go in the bathroom's but I know they have bathrooms. This is one of the best McDonald's I ever been into. I will be coming back here.

Good location, close to the world trade center. For the first time, i took breakfast of biscuit with eggs and bacon. It was good, i felt like they could add 1 more slice of bacon.

Your typical McDonalds. Plenty of seating upstairs - but the AC must not be working because it was warm. Food was OK - service was actually fast, and I saw several employees trying to keep up cleaning as it was busy and lots of people making messes. Pretty good experience

I had a good experience at McDonald's. For $5.44, the portion size was impressive. The French fries were a standout—crispy, saltier, and thinner than usual, which I preferred over the thicker ones. The juice came in a generous size, and the burger was perfectly made. The chicken nuggets were tasty as well. I believe it was a Happy Meal, and the service was incredibly fast. While the atmosphere could have been better, the overall meal was satisfying and great value for the price.

I had a craving for a morning muffin and a hash brown... I didn't realize hash browns are going for like $2.20 each now, I haven't stopped at a McD so long, I was just shocked, last time I went to one it was $1.20 or something.... Either way, its a nice place for a quick grub. The place is clean and well kept for a busier McD in the city. Prices well, it'll just keep soring... I still recall getting a big'n'tasty for a dollar back then~ Times fly by so fast…

Ordered at the touch screen and got my food pretty quickly. The food was made just like any other mcdonalds. Pretty good meal and a guilty pleasure for me. The egg mcmuffin and chicken on a biscuit. Pretty one dimensional but hits the spot.

Visited the McDonald’s at 160 Broadway. The food was as expected, but the cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired.
