Good pizza never ready so be prepared to wait the 10. Min
The costumer service in here is great!! They always treat me with respect and is the only cheese pizza my children would eat. They always greet me and my family with a smile. Sometimes I feel they can use more staff given the demands of the site. I have been a costumer for two years now. Always treated right. 5 stars!!
Amamzing pizza and food quality. Area is low income but the people are nice. Staff is rude
The food is good, but they rarely open on time. Trt them at 11:30AM - 12:00PM, it was like that before COVID-19, so it has just gotten worst. It always seems to catch them by surprised when someone orders a pepperoni pizza because they are never ready for it.
Placed my order and had to wait up to 45 mins for a simple pineapple pie...it was a simple mistake though because I had somewhere to be and already exhausted waiting time...I couldn't wait anymore...so I decided to just get a refund just wash my hands of the experience and at least go across the street to just get something to eat...I was told, "I'm sorry but your pizza is now in the oven and there's nothing I can do about it now.." it should've been in and out the oven 35 mins ago...I was so turned off yet still hungry I just wanted to go somewhere I could just get something to eat...ANYTHING...thanks McDonald's for being there when I needed service and not excuses
Delivery wasn't available to my address despite me living only a mile and a half away.
Won't pick up the phone. They gave the driver the wrong order and it was a cold pizza (they're close to me!). Paid for a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage, along with brownies and only recieved a COLD cheese pizza with someone else's name! That's unsafe to eat, who even knows how long it was sitting there. Horrible customer service, horrible attention to detail, and poor food safety. Order from this location AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Ordering from this place is an insanely painful experience. About 75% of the time if you call and place an order, they will start making your order when you arrive in person and tell them what order you placed on the phone. Great service there right?
Must check your order there my order was missing the chicken wing and I already had took the train home while i got home i checked the order and i was missing the chicken wing i called the number on the receipt and they told me to come back for it I told him i live 20 minutes away on the train and i can’t come back today is there any wag j can come back tomorrow because i work hard for my money and $9 is a lot and the manager said well tomorrow we cant give you anything like it was my fault any was i will keep trying my best to get my money back bad service it got me so mad 😡 i will keep my receipt
They're slow and the young AFRICAN man in the front caught an attitude because I told him that I wanted my breadsticks made fresh instead of the ones sitting in the oven because they are overcooked and brownish, and I told him I want them soft and not burnt. He turned around and gave me the ones in the oven ANYWAYS and I took them back, he questioned me and saidwhat's wrong with those?? I said it's a little brown on the edges and it's not soft like I want them ( I TOLD HIM I WANTED THEM MADE FRESH IN THE BEGINNING SO HE IGNORES ME AND GASLIGHTED ME LIKE I'M STUPID, I SAID WHAT I SAID, WHY WOULD U GIVE ME WHAT U NEVER ASKED FOR ANYWAYS..) This is why I said I want them made fresh and he stood there with an ATTITUDE like he was recollecting everything I said. The service is horribly slow even to make one pizza. Save your money and go to a better and respectful little ceasars. This one is not respectful. I requested something and paid 27 dollars for my order. I expect great customer servuce, if im paying for something. I was respectful. I never raised my voice or anything. If you're having a bad day at work don't take it out on others, just simply stay home if you're not going to make sure the customer's food is right. Other people were still waiting for their food even before I came to the store to order my food. It's crazy slow. If I didn't have the option of giving them a star, I wouldn't even give them any star at all.
I love the food but the service they have is horrible, and not to mention that it fills up all the time and it takes about 30 minutes to deliver a single pizza.
Trash super trash!!! It's said it open at 11am but it didn't open till 12pm. Customer service trash I asked for an order gave me the total opposite. It wasn't even fully cooked. I do not recommend this place. If you don't like drama don't go.
Terrible service, they need to hire more people because it ridiculous that every single time I come here I have to have 30 mins of available time. 15 minutes for me to be acknowledged so I can tell them what I want and another 15 or even 20 to get the actual food. When I tell you terrible, I feel like it’s an understatement. Almost like they want to order it through door dash or Uber eats.
Never again!! Order Uber eats from here 43$ down the drain! I mean the pizza was cold! Tasteles! the cheesy bread sticks was not even cooked correctly total waste and forget the Buffalo wings not cooked at all!! . It’s sad they still suck after soo many years i wish i can give no stars.
So I go in, they get my order wrong and they immediately run to the back to make an order I didn't want. I tried yelling to get their attention and tapping on the glass but of course I get no one's attention. So I just leave because I'm not gonna pay for something I didn't want and I wasn't gonna wait extra time for something to be corrected.
On TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS a cashier has been on her phone while taking customer orders. I’ve had my family member come and complain to me about the horrible customer service the cashiers at the front have given her. The first occasion there was a young girl on the phone telling my sister to “hold on a second” because she just HAD to finish her conversation with a friend on the phone. The second incident was another young girl with headphones either on the phone or listening to music, my sister is telling her she sees a drink that she wanted behind other drinks and the girl doesn’t bother to look that far and tells her “miss we don’t have it, get something else.” My sister orders here frequently, it’s sad to be met with this kind of service
So far the past 4 times I ordered from Uber eats My 2-Liter Soda was never delivered. And then tells me to come and get it. Or they will add a soda to the next time I purchase..how would u know when the next time I purchase if it's on the app. Very disappointed. Very very disappointed.
Bad, bad and bad! The place is disgusting. The cashier (the african american men) treat me horrible! and stole 2 dollars from my order.I will never go back to that place. Any review that talks about this man is negative. Put someone who at least deserve a tip.
False advertisement. Not hot and ready at all. 2 people working one Caribbean and the other African American. The African American guy was very rude to a nice customer. Definitely don’t recommend coming here. My visit was at 1130 am on 12/6/18
Commercial say $5+tax and there selling for a different price which is $7+tax for a cheese pizza. What a ripoff. They need people with better attitude there too. They need to do something with that location. it's putting Little caesers to shame with the price or its all a ripoff. Everybody is complain about that.
The pizza was as hard as the cardboard box they give it to you in. The pizza even tasted like cardboard. The crazy bread tasted just like cardboard too, that's why it's crazy right? I'll never go back to this nasty location again. The customer service was horrible too, she had no idea what combos were on the menu. Caesar might as well let me clock in and help myself. My neighborhood Little Caesars is a disgrace to all locations around NYC. For anyone having their first time eating Little Caesars at this spot, will never eat it again I promise you. I just had to vent to the world, because I was relying on pizza to make my day better and it didn't.
