A real discovery. It's one of the few pizzerias in the area that offers homemade gluten-free dough of truly excellent quality: thin, well-rolled, and beautifully topped. The regular dough pizza is also excellent, light and easy to digest, and, finally, NOT Neapolitan. Takeout is also available. The staff and owners are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The atmosphere is simple and unpretentious, yet sincere and authentic. Pizza prices start at €5.50. We'll definitely be back; if you haven't heard of them, go find them!

The space is small but well-used and very welcoming. Service is quick, and the staff is professional and friendly. Last time, I ordered a fancy calzone, but it wasn't cooked to my liking. I would have preferred it a little more done, but overall, it was good. As for the pizzas, I can say they're very good, with a crispy crust. Recommended.

The food is terrible, especially the mozzarella. We asked for a gluten-free pizza; we weren't sure if it was prepared with all the necessary precautions, and the result was a combination of burnt dough and "mozzarella." The strong points are definitely the helpful staff and the well-kept, modern restaurant.

The lady at the counter was very kind. We ordered a 4-cheese pizza and an IL MATTO burger for takeout. The pizza was delicious, but the burgers didn't match the price and quality. Guys, the burger cost €17; we were expecting much more. My daughter was disappointed 💁

I'm referring only to the gluten-free pizza: a sort of very thin, piadina-like disc with burnt edges that can be cut. I'm sorry, but it's the worst gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. Not to mention the fact that I felt terrible afterwards, and I still feel sick today (three days later). So, in addition to improving the dough, the gluten-free pizza process absolutely needs to be revised to reduce contamination to zero.

Today, April 5, 2025, I ordered two pizzas from this pizzeria for the first time at 9:30 PM, and they arrived half an hour late. The pizzas had little toppings, were a little cold, and the dough was a little burnt. They also forgot to bring us drinks, and after calling to ask for them to be delivered, the guy arrived 25 minutes later. I will never order from this pizzeria again; I don't recommend it!
