This Taco Bell was very efficient fast the only thing I was upset about was they didn't have any mild sauce and I wasn't told until after I placed the order other than that service was quick food was good hot and fast.

Generally everything was pretty good. The in-store kiosks, the app, and the website are pretty incompatible and not that user friendly. And part of our order was wrong and we were too far away when we found out to return. So somewhat disappointed.

Good eats, takes a minute to get some food, but it near work and it's so good, and when I ask for help the staff is helpful no soup in the soup dispenser though

A small restaurant that is mostly busy. It's close to the mall and other shopping plazas. A quick bite on the run or to come in and sit down. The Manager started to get nasty with my autistic daughter because of the camera the child always carriers. She was accusing her to trying to take pictures of her and I had to insist that she was not. She must be unaware that taking pictures of people in public is not illegal. Makes me wonder if Taco Bell is hiring people without doing criminal background checks.

What a strange experience.... it was a mess inside... the owner was out front flirting with some worker... his kids were being loud in the dining room. The food is always cold.... **update** have waiting 25 Minutes for 2 menu items.... and there is a customer trying to get her order corrected and the manager literally stood in her way at the register as she waits for another employee to help her get this guy outttttaaa.... just rude

Very disappointed in this location and quality of food!! I’m the biggest fan of Taco Bell and thought this location would be wonderful compared to other locations that have been horrible all around! Good morning. I went to eat lunch here yesterday afternoon because I was craving their food but I was incredibly disappointed in their customer service, the food was cold, the salad on my taco was soggy and the drink at the drink machine tasted disgusting. The hispanic male cashier barely spoke English and he was racist and intentionally tried to give me back just $4 when I gave him $20 for my $5.97 order. I will never again in my life eat here again.

No matter how many times I go there, I never learn my lesson. This place is terrible. Food is terrible, never get the whole order right, quality is low. I love taco bell, just not this location.

Not only did they try saying breakfast was over 40 minutes before it was. They didn't make these right. No sauce inside. But I did bite into this lovely piece of plastic! This place is getting more pathetic by the day.

Kicked us out, after we ordered on the kiosk. Said dinining room was closed, despite the sign saying their open and Taking someone's ORDER at THE COUNTER After they said it was closed. Then lock the doors and change the time. Then we went thru the drive thru. We would not pull forward. Your on a timer. You kicked us out of the lobby. We dont have to save you money to corporate to get off the timer. Took 30 seconds to get our food. No one was behind us because the car behind us hadn't ordered it yet. Because their stretching out the clock. Classic.

Every few months I try to come back here to see if anything has improved, and yet every single time I regret my decision more and more. This time, they did not have any large cups, but had nothing but large lids, The bathrooms were an absolute mess, they amount of cheese and lettuce they put on the food was laughable, the quesadilla had very little cheese (despite ordering extra cheese) and no sauce on it at all and was even burnt! The tortillas used for the tacos were stale and stiff, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was embarrassing. You’d be much better off going to a different Taco Bell location; I’m amazed this one is still in business.

Not only did this Taco Bell fail me miserably in getting my order wrong oh, but the food quality was terrible. I asked for extra beans of both types and extra rice and I got this measly tiny burrito. I paid for an extra beings of all types and rice as a side in almost 3.50 for it and I got this tiny cup when I brought it up they mentioned that this was a correct order when it was clearly not. I would have let that slide but then when I bit into it play tasted disgusting. This place now has me pausing on going to any Taco Bell chain. What a disaster and waste of 13 dollars!

The crispy chicken taco and the potato soft taco were extremely skimpy, not worth my money at all. It was like a single nugget worth of chicken. The chicken quesadilla was also completely uncut. Food is cold too. Edit: had the dipping burritos today, they were extremely small. Disappointed for an expensive item, the test of the portions were also skimpy.

Very disappointed in my experience last night. After 3 employees walked by a 4th informed me I had to order on the kiosk and then return to the counter to give them cash. Fine. But get my order right, I paid for extra meat on my cruch wrap and to add meat to a burrito and didn't get either.

Pretty terrible service. I've came here a couple of times and I had to be pulled up to the parking lot and waited 15 minutes for my food. Along with everybody else, it's a really easy job this kind of work, and these people can't even get it down. Not to mention they gave me the wrong order. Last time im coming here and I hope everyone used this review in their best interest.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. The worst Taco Bell ever. Every single thing I ordered was burned. How are they still on business? They are ruining the Taco Bell’s name. Such bad quality of food. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Don’t come here. Unless if you want your quesadillas not cut and only filled halfway. When I first ordered I got 3 steak quesadillas and none of them were cut and 1 was half filled. I went back in to let them know and ask if they can fix it. The attempted to cut the quesadillas but actually didn’t do anything. They also got me a new quesadilla for the one that was only half filled and didn’t cut that one either. 0/10 recommend. Not to mention I don’t think it is cooked all the way as it does not taste very good.
