Placed an online order for delivery and have never had an issue until tonight. Almost 2 hours later and I still don't have more than an "order was placed" status. There's no customer support, no one owns up to the issues this location seems to have constantly. They were better off never opening this store.

I’ve tried to be patient and friendly with this location.. 1. Night workers always mess up orders. I’m talking ALWAYS. I’ve not had a correct order once. 2. Didn’t give me my change??? Said that the register was not opening and the manager didn’t speak English? 3. Longest wait time ever. Don’t recommend. Just go somewhere else because this place clearly doesn’t have it in them anymore.

A “Noir Loup Obscure”

Waited 20 minutes before someone waited on me for a pickup order. This was due to employees fighting/arguing behind the counter. When order was received had to ask for drink. When finally getting the food upon getting to my vehicle I found there to be an item missing which I didn't bother to go back in to fix. That was because at this time there was an argument with customers out in the parking lot with employees coming out to back one individual up and i simply just wanted to go.

This Taco Bell location has the worst service I’ve ever seen. The staff showed way too much attitude for no reason, and they acted like they didn’t even want to take my order. The service was slow, unprofessional, and completely disappointing. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Oh my god, I cant even explain how frustrated I am with this store right now. I doordashed ONE SMALL mango fiesta. It takes 10 seconds to make and I would know because I’ve worked at taco bell before. In no circumstance would there be a valid excuse as to why they took OVER AND HOUR to prepare my drink. There could be one person behind that counter and that STILL wouldn’t be a reason why it took over an hour. I genuinely hope this location closes. I couldn’t even get a full refund when I tried to cancel my order. I had TWO dashers cancel on my order because of how long they took for one drink. Mind you I’m writing this and still haven’t received my drink but it’s currently on the way. I’m highly aggravated. It’s literally supposed to be FAST FOOD. What a joke. Whoever is managing is doing a horrible job.

The staff here are completely incompetent. Save your time and go to literally any other Taco Bell. They are rude, and you will wait close to an hour for your food. The staff spends more time giggling and talking than actually making the food. All the while, they’ll tell you it’s your fault for ordering. Do not go here.

I’ve been here a few times and every time the food has been pretty bad. My order today, however, was exceptionally disgusting. Food was inedible and all went strait into the trash. Ice cold. Quesadilla had not one shred of melted cheese and was thrown together sloppily. Like genuinely terrible Taco Bell. I don’t really get it either - I lived on a college campus of 40,000 people and somehow have NEVER had this consistently bad food from a Taco Bell.

I got out of a long work shift, around 1:30 AM, and went to this Taco Bell for a quick dinner. I was in line until about 2:10 AM, and when I was finally able to order, I was told they were only taking mobile orders. What a waste of time.

This location is horrible I ask for literally just a extra seasoned beef and cheese and lettuce on both tacos snd they make it with barely any meat trying to be funny STOP HIRING PEOPLE WHO GO TO WORK WITH NO CARE IN THE WORLD.. I had to wait over an hour for my order after placing it at the in-store kiosk, and although the restaurant was not busy when I arrived, it quickly filled up and many other customers also experienced extremely long waits, with some leaving before receiving their food. During my wait I noticed the dining area was very dirty and not maintained, there were no condiments available, and when my food finally arrived it was incorrect. The staff appeared nonchalant and uninterested in addressing these issues, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the long delay, lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and incorrect order made the visit very disappointing and not worth the wait.

Twice I’ve ordered from here and both times something was wrong. The first time I was missing half my food, tried calling the store multiple times but no one answered. Second time I ordered no cheese on my tacos bc I am ALLERGIC!! the first taco was good so I thought nothing of the other two until I started having a reaction and realized there was cheese in them!! Ofc no response from the store as usual
