The patties are great. Had the curry chicken, beef, and the jerk chicken. The best was the curry chicken. And so many juices and smoothies. We got to try out a few as we waiting for our patties and they did not disappoint. Definitely will be going back for more. And the guys working there are super friendly and great sales people.

First time going to minto’s! I came here bc my bf has ONLY ever said good things!! I popped in after my workout & it was a little crowded. It’s such a small space so with 5 people in there, including myself, it seems crowded. Took about 10 mins to order but I don’t mind! I see there’s 2 hard-working guys at the front doing all the work. I finally ordered & got 2 chicken curry patties…DELICIOUS 🤤🤤🤤 & 1 green island smoothie (SO good) & 1 island paradise smoothie (a bit too sweet for me but I see why ppl would get it if they have a VERY sweet tooth!) for my bf. Omg…& the older cashier was so sweet & very hospitable. He kept telling me “we’ll get to you in just a second.” Once my patties & smoothies were done, he walked out of the little area behind the counter to give me my drinks & food & asked if I worked near. I honestly don’t mind small chat & I think it’s really sweet when people try to get to know their customers a bit. I know we all have our days & we might wanna skip small talk but I thought that was rly sweet of him!! Will definitely be going again 😊

Customer Service is excellent, greeted my husband and I when we walked in the door. Cozy Black Family owned Juice Bar located in the downtown area of Oakland. If your every passing through the Bay Area/Oakland and have a thirst for some all natural Live Juice this is thee SPOT !!! The best of the best Live Juices and more. OMG the beef/chicken & Veggie Pattie’s our hot and delicious…. They have a nice lil sitting area out front and a few stool in the inside while you wait. Make sure to make it before 5pm because they stop juicing at that time.

Guy was super nice, was flexible with adding on other products into my juices, a cute and cozy small place. 10/10 would recommend, will be coming back more in the summer for sure, I used to work at a juice shop myself and it’s always exciting to see juice shops that are starting out! A little piece of the Carib life in the Bay - best fresh juices, warm patties, sea moss drinks, island snacks, and fun specials. Be prepared to wait but it's worth it, nothing good comes fast anyways. Love this spot, a nice treat to bring to friends + staff are always so warm and nice!

If you know, you know — this place has all the hallmarks of great Jamaican food. Beyond that: Steamed vegetables are divine. My friend had curry goat and said it was the best they ever had. Rice and peas were fantastic. Staff was charming, cocktails were potent. Five stars easy.

The food was really good but I just am used to getting four plantains on a plate and the barely gave any oxtails on my plate. Overall the food flavor was really good! I just wish the portions were better.

Small takeout spot. Pattie was decent. The filling was good but the Pattie was just a little too thick for my liking but I would definitely try it again... The smoothie was fire tho. So definitely give them a try. Service was excellent though, they seem to be very knowledgeable of their ingredients

I unfortunately was a bit disappointed with this place. I found out about it online and was excited to try it. I ordered a pineapple and ginger juice as well as two patties. The juice was great and I really enjoyed it. The ingredients were super fresh. The disappointing part for me was patties (which is why I even went in the first place). I got one jerk chicken patty and one beef patty. Unfortunately they were both stale and tasted like they were previously frozen or perhaps sitting out all day. Additionally, the filling on the jerk chicken patty was like a purée. I’ve had patties before and never had the filling be so mushy. I did not finish my patties sadly. I would come back for the juices but not the patties.
