$10 bucket on Tuesdays! Finger Lickin Affordable! 🙌 I’m Filipino so I had to order a large gravy though for $5 🥴 Worth it. No crowd. No lines.
I came in around 330p to dine in during a mini rush at the drive thru. The store is kept very clean. The lady who took my order had to multitask a bit and she was fantastic, wish I had her memory! The food came out hot, fresh, and extremely fast. Definitely was nice to sit down, eat, and beat the heat for a few minutes. I've only ever ordered through the app from this location over the last couple of years and have always had a positive experience. The store appears to managed very well. Some of the NYC locations could learn a thing or two. Thanks for the meal
Sounds crazy, but, this was THE Best KFC we have ever visited. The staff was busy mainly, with the drive thru customers, but the food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The gentleman who served us our order was attentive, and took care of anything we asked for & helped with packing up our leftovers. The dining area is small, but even with 9 people in there, it was not crowded. All patrons were treated kindly and respectfully. We observed customers who came in for to-go orders, food delivery workers, and dine-in folks.
The people that work here, not sure if it was the manager or what but the cashier was SO nice to me. Extremely kind, above and beyond service
Went to KFC after a long break and it's going to be even longer until I go back again for I wasn't really ready to pay $26 for 4 pieces of chicken and a sandwich!!!!! It wasn't really great food although the service provided to me by the gentleman was outstanding!!
The food was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. God bless and Merry Christmas!
Just tried the new fried chicken from kfc and it was okay. It taste like one of their chicken tenders on a bun. It’s slightly bigger than the sandwich they use to have chicken little. It’s not to flavorful of a bun and they just put on Mayo and a pickle. Would probably get again.
Yup…that’s a leg. The size of my thumb. 🤮 Dry nasty chicken.
Offer no sauces, even after purchasing combo meals. Didn't give me a fork for potatoes that I substituted for my combo's fries. Woman gave me attitude for asking if they carry pink lemonade, which several locations do. Luckily I had a dirty fork from camping some time ago that I washed in my car. At no point was I rude or obnoxious. Provide better service please
This place used to be my go-to if I wanted KFC. But recently, the service/ quality hasn't been great. The employees seemed nice, but they forgot items in my order. Ordered mash potatoes and they didn't give gravy. Was able to get one while I was there. Also ordered an 8 piece and they only gave me 7. And the pieces were small. This was for my family. I have a feeling it was intentional to save on chicken. Make sure to triple check everything you order before you leave.
As it turns out, the restaurant is open until 10 pm, but the kitchen is open until 9:30 pm! It's terrible that you, as a customer, need to place an order so that the kitchen has time to prepare it by 9:30pm. It seems to me that the employees of this restaurant are lazy and violate working conditions.
I order a chicken sandwich And they game me my food cold ...over charged me with a apple pie I didnt even order and the chicken sandwich was really bad 😤 the employee was really rude at drive thru and the lady in the window hardly wanted to give me condiments
Horrible service went through the drive thru...they're not busy at all yet they don't know how to make an order correct charging 4 dollars for a small mac and cheese and not putting it inside the bag and on top of that they forget to put buffalo sauce when I clearly asked for it..will not be going there again...whoever owns this chain....get better workers
In ordered online over an hour ahead of time, got here, and they’re making me wait thirty minute. Never again. Just go to Popeye’s.
Literally standing there at the counter and no one asked me what I need or if wanted to order, she simply was going back and forth with her employees , what kind of business is this? I can see why the low ratings... I love KFC but you tho this attitude deserves my money? No.
Line is always busy wow it’s crazy they need new staff here so irresponsible why is their line always busy ???? I don’t understand????
Yeah this place is completely unprofessional and the employees should be fired and held accountable for lack of human safety. When you fulfill with a food delivery app, you need to SEAL THE FOOD. How dumb can you be to leave open containers, open bags and open drinks for a customer to consume? This place is absolutely disgusting and should be serving homeless people only with their safety etiquette, not paying customers. Will NEVER order from here again and I suggest anyone reading this do the same. Keep up
Worst experience of my life at any KFC. Rude staff, no effort, no customer service, getting angry and talking about customers in the back even though we could still hear them. The food was lazy and somebody sitting near me got raw chicken and they treated her like dirt when she asked for new food. I recommend you stay away from this KFC unless you’re using the drive thru.
Wish I could give a negative 20 for this location the parking for them was full on the parking spots that I have an ability to get in and out of without parking illegally. Only spot available was a handicap parking spot which I do not have a placard for. Since I had no ability to actually Park safely and legally to get in to the location I went to the drive-thru in order to pick up my order and they flat out refused to do that despite the fact telling him that I had no way to actually Park to come inside.
One finds oneself at KFC not in pursuit of culinary enlightenment but in search of something simple, immediate, and—one hopes—cold. Imagine my dismay, then, when I discovered that this particular establishment had achieved the impossible: they had no ice. Not a cube. Not a shard. Nothing. I did not know beverages could be served at the exact temperature of disappointment. The wait, too, was a study in inefficiency so profound it bordered on performance art. With only one person ahead of me, I naïvely assumed I might be acknowledged within a reasonable time frame. Instead, I languished for over thirty minutes, watching staff members move with the frantic energy of individuals abandoned by management and left to orchestrate chaos entirely on their own. To be clear, the employees appeared stressed to the point of collapse. The true fault lies not with them but with the managerial philosophy—which, if one can call it that—seems rooted in the belief that a store can operate on sheer willpower and ambient despair rather than adequate staffing. As for my presence? Thoroughly ignored. I stood there like a Renaissance still-life of patience, utterly invisible to those rushing past. No greeting, no reassurance, not even the faintest acknowledgment that I existed. In sum, this KFC accomplished something remarkable: it made me long for the gracious efficiency of literally any other establishment, including DMV lines and jury-duty waiting rooms. I would not recommend this location unless you are conducting an anthropological study on corporate neglect.
