The best and most hard working barista works in this joint. Ordered a frap with double espresso but what I got taste like no coffee in it at all. So this guy apologized and made another with espresso just as I ordered. Great job!!!

We went today. The Starbucks at cabazon outlets was closed. Nice drive thru starbucks. Not to much line. Pistachio Latte and Birthday Cake pops is what we had. Long time Starbucks Customer with a Gold Card. Make sure to use your starbucks app. yummy! Just the kick of caffeine we needed to go shopping at the outlets! 😊

They let me hang out when it was really hot outside. The guy delivered my food to table. Also he helped me decide what to buy with my rewards. He had a plus on customer help because even recommended what should go in my bottle.

Thirsty for something with kick of energy, me and my lady decided to go to Starbucks. I took Lavender oat milk latte and she took lavender oat milk matcha. Drinks were good. No complaints about taste of drinks. On matcha she didn’t get that specific foam on top of drink. Like most of US businesses cleaning isn’t their priority. Tables need to be wiped out and that front glass where baristas working is just gross. And friendly reminder, rinsing blenders between drinks isn’t same like washing them. So please wash them not just rinse. When you wash yourself you are using soap, same like blenders need to be treated.

It’s great that this location is 24 hours but I came a couple days in a row while staying at the casino and the drinks were never right. The first day I got a cinnamon dolce latte that was flavorless, the next day I figured I’d try hot cocoa since that’s super basic and the drive through line took 25 minutes. The woman at the window was void of customer service. Literally, opened the window, told me the price, and handed me my drink. She didn’t bother to say hello, confirm the order, or acknowledge my payment was successful. Wasn’t sure if I was ok to drive away, was waiting for her to at least confirm payment and she’s staring at me but not opening the window. She finally opened the window, still didn’t say anything, so I asked if I was all set and she said “yeah, I told you the price!” Ok. Well. You have a great day. Thanks so much. Perhaps that’s why the drive through line was taking so long, people were confused by her absence of customer service or confirmation of payment?

Walked in greated by 4 different employees but it took 5 minutes to get my order taken. The pudgey barrista was too busy slamming cups to ask me my order. Eveyone seems to be on their period here. AVOID

I order a venti brown sugar Strato Frappuccino and asked for extra caramel when I showed up in the window it didn’t have any, I asked for it because IM PAYING FOR IT! Yet she took my drink and added almost the whole bottle of caramel I’ve never had a good experience with these employees such a bad service !!!!

Last week i went to the starbucks. got a coffee through the drive thru. The lid wasnt on all the way or the cup was made poorly . but it spilled on my arm. Spoke to one of the managers didnt seem to care to much… bad service. Dont come here

First time there. I did a mobile order and went to drive thru. Took me 25 minutes to get my drink. Pulled up to the window & still waiting & I can see my drink there. Employee were walking around like they’re stuck in a box. Did not have a good experience. Will not be going to this spot ever again! The parking and drive thru is small and tight.

This is actually insane, I've been in the drive thru lane for over 20 minutes. And I do mean in the lane, so there could only have been 5-7 cars ahead of me. Worst drive thru experience ever. Update: I finally reached the order intercom. The server was so blase and btchy I almost laughed. "Mmkay [sigh] see you herrrrreeee." It's going to be the better part of an hour before I'm served.

I ordered a latte at the drive thru. Got a few exits away and realized they gave me a drip coffee instead. But they definitely charged me for the latte. So disappointing. Editing to add: it’s nice to offer that I could return and the beverage would be replaced, but when I realize and am now several exits away, that’s not realistic. This was really disappointing, I try to be smart about my money and a $5 latte is a special treat.

I've never seen a Starbuck's so negleted! Customer service was terrible! The cashier kept randomly stopping to talk to the staff and while taking our order. We had to tell her that was it for our order, she again started talking to other staff. Finally, our order was called and of course of she would of been focus it wouldn't have been wrong. I informed the barista the order was wrong and she looked annoyed. In addition, the bathrooms were dirty and needed mayor attention. I was shoked! I have never seen a Starbucks so dirty!

This Starbucks is struggling, boxes of shipping products on the customer floor, trash overflowing like a public park after the 4th of July, and toilets that have clearly gone through unspeakable trauma. Please schedule more people in this store. These poor people are working their tails off nonstop.
