been to one in Cancun airport. Expensive and low quality food. They even marked off 99 cents Arizona Iced Tea and sale it at $5. SHYSTERS.

This place is basically legalized robbery. Tourist prices and the serving staff push the customer for tips after very little service. The food was actually pretty good, but definitely not worth the price. Sketchy at best.

Horrible la atención, mucho tiempo para entregar un cafe, no tienen prendido el horno (sin motivo), cuando se supone q es a lo q se tienen q dedicar. Lamentablemente es el único lugar abierto. Malisimo

Absolutely horrible experience. My daughter was hungry and tired and really wanted pizza so my only option was an extremely expensive pizza (24 USD) for an individual pizza. The pizza was horrible. It was like I was eating cheese and sauce. Other than the fact that it is already extremely tiny in size, turns out its ultra thin crust. Its so thin it doesn't hold itself at all. And the "pizza" portion is half way into the crust. My daughter loves pizza dough and this pizza had none other than in the crust and even those were burnt and so thin and crispy. Service was meh like the person had zero enthusiasm. Anyway if I ever see that name anywhere else in the world im staying away no matter what. 24 USD for this piece of crap is absolute robbery and taking advantage of people

Worst breakfast ever, how do you get breakfast wrong. It was all luke warm + eggs cooked incorrectly, ham tough, just an 'ok' omellette. Add in an exorbitant cost - 2 breakfasts 100 dollars cdn. was wondering why there were so many empty tables. It looks much better than it gives.

Ordered a small pizza ($22 USD) at Wolfgang Pucks at Cancun Airport. After waiting 30 minutes it still wasn’t ready and only a few people in line. Our flight was getting ready to board and we asked how much longer and they said another 15 minutes. We told them we really needed to get it because our flight was boarding. We waited another 10 minutes and then they said still another 10 minutes. We finally had to leave to board our plane and asked for a refund and they basically ignored us. So we left without the pizza and without a refund. You would think an airport location would have faster service knowing people have to be on time to their gate. Pitiful !!! I hope they enjoyed my pizza. Wolfgang Puck will never see our faces again !

$32 USD for 2 plain bagels and 2 small lattes. I know airport food is generally upcharged, but the entire cancun airport really takes that to a new level. It's a joke. Eat before you go to the airport if you don't want to spend the same amount of money on mediocre gas station food that you would at a nice sit down restaurant.

We were in Cancun airport Saturday Dec 4, 2021 returning home, and decided to pickup some sandwiches for the flight home. as I was getting ready to pay for everything I was watching a female employee through the door in the kitchen making subs. She had a bunch of bacon strips in on hand and dropped on on the floor, she bent down to pick it up, and I assumed she was going to throw it in the garbage, but instead she put it on one of the subs she was making. I told the cashier i didn't want the food I was purchasing and explained what I just saw. They just appeared surprised but I don't think anything was done about it.

We visit this morning for coffee time and have some sendwich . I never had so bad coffee on my life !!!! Really terrible . If u like enjoy your time , visit another place . Sendwich was just oki , it was a mayo inside and then make warm for us 🙄 hoply we will havent a trouble

Was very excited to try this out, pure disappointment with your watered down over priced coffee 0 stars.
