This location refuses to accept digital coupons through the app. If you order with a coupon, your order gets canceled and they want you to reorder, without coupon. Also, their employees don't receive their digital tips. So if you do decide to tip, do it in cash. Not a good store. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Was told mid order that they don’t take coupons, rung me up for 2 cookies when I said only one, and the drinks were all out of order except for tea and sprite so it feels like I wasted a lot of money today. The subs taste good though

If I could give this store a 0 rating i would !!!!! I stopped coming here years ago because they handle money and food with lout changing gloves !!!! Until i decided to just ask nicely that they not do that. Fast forward to today … the employee baking cookies DROPPED A COOKIE ON THE FLOOR ANS PUT IT BACK ON COOKIE SHEET THEN PROCEEDED TO PLACE IT IN THE OVEN !!!! When confronted about it she became combative and rude ! On top of that they didn’t have utensils or a top for my salad. I’m never spending my hard earned money in this establishment again …. Also the owner BOBBY SINGH IS WRITING HIS OWN GOOD REVIEWS ON GOOGLE

Food ok, service was nonchalant until she gets to the back and starts laughing and giggling with, I think, the other employee(never seen her), bathrooms are closed. No place to wash your hands. No tea(which is want I mainly drink) When asked about tea, she shrugged and said she don't kniw how to do that. No Cheetos. Constant cursing from the back. I guess I see why no one was eating here. No Macedonian cookies. I asked, she said they made some in the morning but sold them. Time of eating was 6pm. Burning hot inside. Cups were warm to touch. When a customer complain about it being so hot, they responded by saying that they cannot control it.

lol why are the pizzas 4 dollars more than any other location I’ve been too? 9 dollars for only the pizza. Then they lied about their company not getting the tips through the credit cards. I asked 2 other subways if they get to keep the tips and they said they get all of them. Sooo, liars and upcharging prices on food. I’ve never been to a subway where it’s 14 dollars for a sub and a drink. Steer clear of this place. They also didn’t cook my sub all the way through. They stopped the timer 5 seconds early.

Worst subway I've ever been to. Put my order in online bogo footlong, go in they say they don't honor coupons and I'll have to wait for my money to be refunded to my card. Wouldn't let us use the bathroom. Store run down and dirty.

So the employee was very nice. Unfortunately the food was horrible. I asked for a meat ball sub. The meatballs were cold and weren’t prepared in the sauce. I asked for it toasted. It was still cold. Then I asked for soup. She went in the back and grabbed soup out of the walk in and poured it into my bowl and microwaved it. When I tried to eat it it looked bad like curdling. And was also ice cold. I won’t be eating here ever again.

The staff are nice, but I feel bad for them based on the poor ownership. There is no AC so the staff looked miserable, no public restroom, they don't accept coupons, they're slightly more expensive than the other Subways around, there was a sweat smell, and the store didn't look clean. Unfortunately I left without making a purchase during this visit and I sincerely hope the owner takes some pride in their store.

It was over 90 degrees in the store when I went there today. The employees say the owner will not let them turn the air on at all and has locked the thermostat with a key. There’s no way the condiments and things can be at a safe temperature when it is sweltering in there. The poor employees were dripping with sweat. The owner should be ashamed!!

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! DIRTY! NASTY! RUDE staff!! I used to work there for my first job as a teenager and it is apparent the new owners don't care about sanitation, friendliness of staff or the training the staff gets. The knives the girls were using had old food caked on them, they threw my bacon in the microwave with no paper towel under it....yet grabbed it out with a paper towel. I could see there was nothing in the microwave either for the bacon to sit on. The food was messy and when I asked for extra anything I got the evil eye ....as if I was making her actually work! The fountain pop hasn't been cleaned in 3yrs (per the sticker) and it had syrup stuck on it. When I worked there we had to clean them every night! Just NASTY!!!!!
