Had takeout, fries were dry like they were sitting too long. Ordered partial boneless and there was hardly any meat and the chicken wasn't great. Last time here

This is what you get when you ask for wet wings. This order is from a few days ago but I forgot to post. Originally ordered wet Cowboys flavor and mango habanero wings, but when I opened the bag when I got home they were bone dry. Barely sauce on any of them. The staff were attentive to fixing the issue, as so I thought. They did, but over did it.Why is it so much? They literally poured so much sauce in there I couldn’t taste the lemon pepper. Don’t know if this was done out of sarcasm or someone just wasn’t paying attention… Not sure, but definitely won’t be going back to this location. For several reasons.

Yesterday I ordered on the app and I went in to get my food. First of all was not greeted properly, the guy at the front had a chicken wing in his mouth so unprofessional. He gives me my bag of food telling me everything was in there only to find out it wasn’t. I drove all the way back, still was not greeted when I came back. The guy walked right pass me to sit down. No sorry nothing. Everyone there was rude. I had to get his attention by saying literally walking up to the table and telling him hello sir do you not see me standing here? You got my order wrong! Still no words from him. The food and bag was GREASY food was trash. Never going back to this location.

I ordered 30 wings with 3 different flavors, when I got home I saw that 7 of them were missing, I couldn't go back to order the remaining wings because they closed at 10 pm. In addition, I requested my order at 9:30 pm and they delivered it to me at 9:50. In a previous order I paid for only Drums and in the order there were also flats. It's not the first time I've had a bad experience.

First of all I LOVEEE Wingstop but for some reason this location can never meet up to the standards and expectations for me, the wings are supposed to be mango habanero and they are casually dressed to the point of being flavorless and never did I remember asking for my fries to be well done!

Horrible experience. Placed order for dine in the guy with los bukis/joe dirt haircut took our order wasn’t busy at all however we was waiting for over 40 minutes for a 6 piece order I finally got up and told him I’m sorry how much longer for our order he says what’s the name I say the name and he says ohh it’s here, it was sitting in the to go area I tell him you saw us waiting this order was to dine in why didn’t you call my name he gave me attitude and was making a excuse saying oh we our busy witch doesn’t make since I wasn’t complaining about why our order took for ever I was complaining because our order was sitting there for over 40min and never called our name and when we got our food it was cold and soggy since been sitting there. Advice to wing stop don’t hire lazy people was not busy at all he was at the register on his phone.

I wish I could give this 0 star. I just received my order and there is so much oil it’s disgusting. I know that the employees there saw this and still thought this was okay to give out. All the other wings came out the same.

Bad site! The customer service is terrible. The cashier was extremely rude when she took my order and then when she delivered it she threw it on the table. The chicken was not fresh and they put two pounds of salt on the potatoes! I will never eat at this place again.

First time here after renovation place look OK. Had to get their attention to pick up my order even tho there was 2 people at the front. Wasnt even greeted, there was no lids for the regular cups and when I thanked the guy he just ignored us. Food was cold. Honestly this wingstop upgraded their setting but downgraded their employees and service 😂.

Do not get wings from here between 5pm n closing cause em damn teens they hire from RL turner don’t know how to work a fryer n done severed me chicharrón wings 👎🏻
