Mario did an amazing job and went above and beyond when helping me! He was truly phenomenal and made sure the issue that I was having was revolves with me being exceptionally happy and feeling like family. He truly is a star employee and I really appreciate his effort and hardwork. He truly is the reason I’ll forever be a loyal and returning customer! Thanks Mario!!!

Service was quick, they were just finishing the shrimp and had to wait 2 more minutes. The place was crowded for a Sunday at 5PM. Food was to go, got home, the stringbean chicken tasted sour, the kung pao chicken wasn't that spicy, the chow mein had the right amount of seasonings. Overall, I've eaten there before and the food was better.

Been to place many times, sometimes good service most times bad. Always small portions of food. One time the lady in front of me was buying a kids meal box the server barely gave her any food and she said "that's it, that's all I can get?" The server said yes. She went to pay for the food and then said this is way too pricey for that amount of food and didn't want the order and left, she was not being rude. When she left the restaurant the servers made fun of her and said she should go eat chicken nuggets at McDonald's (in spanish). As someone that works in the area and eats lunch everyday near by, this restaurant has lost alot of business from me in the years.

I went today around 4pm and the power was out for a couple of stores including panda. I bought a combo and paided cash and asked for a cup of water knowing that the machine wasn't working and only water was available and I asked for a cup of water and the manager said , " We don't have cups for water." I expected for them to have cups and not giving a cup for water is just weird.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR PHONE WITH YOU THEY SUPPOSEDLY NEED CONFIRMATION NUMBER THEY MADE ME GO GET MY PHONE FOR NOTHING THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEE ASK TO SEE MY CONFIRMATION WHEN I CAN BACK THEY JUST GAVE ME MY FOOD AND HOT DRINKS.WHAT WAS THE REASON TO WASTE A CUSTOMERS TIME IF YOU DIDN'T LOOK AT CONFIRMATION. At approximately 3:30 p.m., my husband and I were hungry. we went to Panda Express, the food was old, and the fried rice was overcooked. I told the manager or the owner, and he said this is how the new orange chicken and rice are (now). He lied. We felt lied to unappreciated, disappointed, and disrespected. We will not go to that Panda Express again!

They have a bad manager who has no ethics at all.

Bad experience my first time to eat Panda Express here in South Bay Mall. I bought to go food worth $15 bucks and the cashier asked me politely if I want to donated to their charities indeed I gave a donations. While waiting for my husband to pick me up ate 3 pcs of crab ragoons I bought to them. I asked the cashier if she can give me a cup for water I’m not during soda.,she saw me having hard time swallowing. She just said they don’t have a cup for water since I saw in the counter a small cup .JUST A WATER. Went out teary eyes. 9/25/23 around between 8:15 in the evening. How in human she is.

Hello, I have been a loyal customer to this location for the past 2 years and the employees already recognize me as soon as I walk in to pick up my order. For some odd reason today, they would not give me my food without the email confirmation email in hand. They would not give me my order even by providing them my id or credit card. I already paid for my food and its unbelievable the way they treated me. I will never go back to that location in my life. I never have this problems with any other panda express locations. I will be calling corporate because that's insane that I couldn't pick up an order I already paid for.
