We received coupons from my daughter's daycare for Sonic so we decided to come here to try out the shakes. We've been on strict budget mode since moving to the area a few months ago so I had to pay with both cash and card. Apparently, they can only accept one payment method, which I didn't have enough of for either one, but they decided to try the card anyway just in case. When the carhop returned, he said that it did decline, but they decided to give them to me for free as a happy holidays gesture. That was incredibly kind of them!! Even though it was just a few shakes (peanut butter one is delicious, by the way), I was so grateful for their willingness to do that instead of turn us away. Such a wonderful staff!
Get the coney dog and then call your ex and cry, dont let her respond, just wail until she hangs up
We frequent this sonic a lot and I’ve seen a ton of different employees. I almost stopped coming here a while back because a few of them were very rude and it took 45 mins to get my food one night, but the car hop with the blueish hair just lights up my day every time I see her, so I kept coming. I cannot remember her name, but I just love her. She’s funny and quick witted and just has the best personality. She hustles and doesn’t take her time either and anytime I ask her to bring me extra condiments, she is always happy to do so. She just has a unique personality and it’s so refreshing, like an old soul. You better hang onto her Sonic, because when I need an assistant, I’m offering her the job.
They are so awesome! I had a horrible day, was hungry and super inpatient... They're were slower then I would have loved them to be! But the manager treated me to my lunch and wished me a good day! I was so surprised. Young man turned my day around. Super grateful. Very nice experience!
Some of the best service I have received anywhere! I have never been to sonic and when I told them that someone came out to make sure we knew how to order and tell us about some of their specialty drinks. We were on the fence for a cherry lime aid so they gave us a free one. We had 4 different people offer to help us out while we ate outside. I will definitely be back!
Service is usually quick even though I could tell they're understaffed!! Carhops are always very friendly and me and my friends LOVE their milkshakes and blasts. Their new "Chickies" are AMAZING and incredibly priced! Would rate 10 stars if possible!
No complaints. Does what a sonic is supposed to do. I only hit the drive through so I can’t speak for the pull up experience. I like their footling coney chili dog, chili cheese tater tots, and a large cherry limeade. Costs under 10$ for the large combo and is very filling.

After 15 minutes of waiting on my lunch break I had to leave. No service, no food. *Edited This time they notified me ahead of time of the wait and were out with my food before the ten minutes. Definitely better service. And the food was fresh!
I'm sharing my review of my recent 2 morning experiences. Both times were through their drive-thru ordering system and both times I was assisted by the same young man, I don't recall his name unfortunately. The order placing experience was typical, not blown away by anything. The reason for my 5 star review was once the young man came to take my payment and drop off my food. The young man who worked both mornings was extremely friendly, very transparent on why my food was taking a while to make, and was genuinely thoughtful and apologetic when it took a fair amount of time both times. The food itself was fresh and was still piping hot so it was definitely just made. Sonic has the best breakfast burrito in the fast food game (Super Sonic breakfast burrito) so no complaints there.
First like to apologize for showing up 5 minutes before y'all closed. I didn't realize it was 10:00. I was treated extremely rude when I went to Popeyes so I just pulled into Sonic. The lady who took my order was so pleasant and nice and when they turned out the lights I realized what I had done and they were still so nice. My food was absolutely fresh and delicious thank you for giving me a great food experience after a long day of work I apologize once again for showing up right before close. The CarHop that brought me my meal was so nice and respectful thank y'all I absolutely love my meal

Got the Dill special. The burger was really good with the Grillo's pickles. The tots didn't appear to have the dill seasoning. The dill slush was not something I would order again. The server was sweet when they arrived with the food.
It's a Sonic so the food is what you'd expect. I loooove the New York dog and the tater tots, and of course the cherry limeade is the best thing ever. They have tons of good dessert and ice cream options. The burgers are not really my favorite but they're fine. Service is fast and easy!
Card readers were down and they didn't tell me until after I had ordered and had the food in hand. Worker took my food from me and threw it in the trash because I don't carry cash (who does in 2024?). Disappointing because I eat here regularly and have never had any issues. Edit: Madeleine, the general manager of the restaurant, reached out to me and offered a free combo to make up for this. Thank you Madeleine!
This place is understaffed and slow as a result. But the staff is amazing, doing their best! And the ice cream is as great as ever! Food is the same as any location too. The manager is excellent, she goes above and beyond.
Love using the app to order. Got a notice my order was ready before I arrived. Sat for 10 minutes after checking in before I got my food. Carhop was apologetic, gave him $1.50 tip.
The food takes a bit to come out if you order through the drive-thru or the stalls, but I always order in advance with the app and have low wait times. Plus, happy hour never ends in the app, and there are a lot of deals. I like the new menu items like the smashburger and groovy fries, and the drinks are always top tier.
Good location they take care of me but one thing all sonic location need to learn is if i order easy ice every single time i go to any of the locations and my Rt44 drink is 3/4 of the way full of ice thats scammy service. Otherwise good people and service.
Until the location is better staffed by SONIC, I suggest impatient people steer clear for now. I share my sympathy for the employees who have to deal with being yelled at constantly by annoyed customers. If you want the quickest service, you should download their app and order ahead of time through that.
Nothing was wrong with the place. It’s just a sonic. The food made me feel gross and the quality of the franchise has greatly declined. The service was good and the food was delivered fast. The customer service wasn’t bad at all. Only the food was bad.
My first negative review for Sonic. The corn dogs I bought today were just awful. Not hot, literally had to tear off a bite, it was tough... rather than the usual slight crunch when I bit into it, and it tasted OLD. I couldn't eat it and threw it away. Mustard just couldn't hide the problem. Just a little disappointed.
honestly, their food is awful. never had anything to eat there that didn't look and taste like it has been out for hours then popped in the microwave. the wait is usually really long, even if you're just getting drinks. HOWEVER, their drinks, shakes and desserts in general are amazing. I love the limeades and they always have new flavors to try. if you never get food here it could easily be 5 stars.

Service isn't great. Fried food tastes gross (like they haven't charged the oil in way too long). More then once I have gone and waited only to receive cold food, and mushy fries. Drinks are fine, but the service is still slow.
I pressed the red button and waited 10 minutes and was never helped. Thought maybe the stall was broken so changed spots and same thing. It was not especially busy either. Also then tend to tell me they are out of things or can’t do the drink mixes you asked for. I would recommend going to another location.
This Sonic needs some maintenance and training. The few times I’ve come here the staff can never hear me and when they can after I start raising voice they are unfamiliar with their own menu. I would read the exact item names off the menu and they wouldn’t know what I was talking about. I don’t order anything complicated either just some items off their value menu, kids menu and sometimes they don’t recognize the combo numbers. My order the past 3 visits has also come out wrong even though it was correct on the screen. All that time and effort to have my order placed and it still comes out wrong and even overcharged because they don’t understand the combos and add things manually! My entire family and I will never come back.
I waited over 20 mins for my order that I place 13 mins prior to arriving. They finally come out with my drink sorry we're out I'd pickles. So it took over 30 mins from order to receiving a lg sweet tea.
I used to love Sonic, but this location has really gone downhill. The burgers are okay, but the fries are consistently bad. And I’m sure the oil hasn’t been changed in days
I live super close to this location and love cherry limeades, so I've been here numerous times. This is by far the worst Sonic I've ever been to. It takes A VERY long time to order and lately longer and longer. The food quality is very spotty and definitely has declined over the last year. I even had to explain to the order taker that the chili cheese coney doesn't come with onions and to add them, and guess what- no onions when I got home. I've added cheese, onions, a new bun, etc. too many times to excuse their bad quality. I even saw a car hop cry the last time I visited and ended up leaving before I got my order because they were pushing 40 minutes for 2 drinks. I don't know what's happening here, but it isn't good.
To begin with, John answered the switchboard sounding noticeably annoyed and was not friendly. Throughout the ordering process, I felt rushed, and part of my order was taken incorrectly. He also did not read the order back to me, had he done so, I would have easily caught the mistake. My carhop, Lilly, was very pleasant; however, when she reviewed the order, she spoke so quickly that it was difficult to understand, almost as if she were speaking at an auction. I didn’t realize the mistake until I arrived home, and by then everyone was hungry and ready to eat. As a former manager at a Sonic in Round Rock, I’m disappointed by this visit. I know from experience how simple and important it is to take a moment to repeat an order back to the customer to ensure accuracy. When I stopped by, there were only about two other cars, so the issue didn’t appear to be due to being busy.
Near empty parking lot and it took 25+ minutes to fill the order. Some of the items were left off and there was 4 trips back and forth to finally get everything we paid for. In the end the food was low quality, poorly prepared , and took a long time. This is indicative of the brand as a whole lately and I think this is our last trip to sonic. A place I have been going 40+ years.
If I hadn’t already paid, I would’ve left. I’m currently still waiting. I’m pretty sure there is only one guy in there taking all the orders and bringing them out. He seems to only be able to handle the driver thru though and he’s taking his time getting to the cars that are parked. It took more than 10 minutes after I ordered (just cookie dough bites and a drink) and the ice cream that comes with the cookie dough bites is only half full.. And he didn’t bring a spoon. I understand being short-staffed but management really needs to do something to improve this location.
Had a horrible experience. We politely asked to confirm that our card was not already charged, and were immediately met with straight disrespect and rudeness by a supposed manager “Teresita”. Coming from someone in the service industry, I was shocked and disappointed with the behavior we were met with. Slushy was good though.
This Sonic is TERRIBLE!!! The colored lady is RUDE and obnoxious. I sat 3 different times at the drive-up window for over 19 minutes with no one coming to take my order. When I finally tracked this lady down she mocked me and made fun of me...talj about discrimination. The cops have been called several times due to this lady's attitude and I witnessed all times!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS AT THIS SONIC!!!!
Website said the place opened at 7 AM and I placed my order at around 8 o’clock. I waited 15 minutes but Did not get my drink. I pressed the red button and waited five minutes but did not get an answer. I ordered through the app (which allowed me to place the order) and unfortunately was unable to cancel my order. Other cars showed up as well and waited and like me eventually left.
It was not busy, especially for the time of day, and it still took almost 10 minutes for a response after the button was pushed. The girl who took my order was not friendly whatsoever. Took about 10more minutes to get my food and it wasn’t even right. Would not recommend to go to this location. I came for their onion rings which they don’t even have...
We've been sitting here at Sonic for at least 20 minutes. All we ordered was one strawberry limeade. They said it would be right out 5 minutes ago. I can completely understand that they are busy, but they should have let us know it would be so long for one drink. This is incompetence, sadly.
I've been to this location several times and every time I get this incredibly snarky and rude employee when I try to give them my order. They consistently make rude quips like "oh my god we DO NOT HAVE THAT" or "No I'm not going to do that for you" when I ask for simple things like if they still have a drink or if they could leave a little room in the cup for me to add my energy drinks. It makes me feel bad about bothering them at all and makes me wonder why I even still come to this Sonic. They might just be having bad days whenever I come here, and I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm probably just not going to come here anymore because of it.
Will not even attempt to come back here. I understand they were extremely busy, but I waited at a stall for 10+ mins without a response. I drove to the drive through and waited at least another 10+ before I just left because again nobody said anything to the car waiting in front of me. He kept saying “hello?” Not once did they even say “we’ll be right with you”. Zero patience for places like this. Other Sonics hey way busier than that and I’ve never had to up and leave without even getting to order.
Been sitting here for over 30min for 2 large drinks. Had to remind them we were still waiting. Had my boyfriend try his shake but it was melted had to have them make it again since it was just sitting there. Obviously someone failed to do there job or miscommunication. Again 2 large drinks should not take over 30min.
We arrived my daughter asked for a #3... the person at the other end said ...and??? I thought that was funny but the bad attitude continued. Kinda makes your lunch not enjoyable. Your attitude reflects on your voice...and it might cause a chain effect... don't let it Feel like SONIC JUST ENJOY IT.
I seldom eat a burger and fries, but was craving it today. I went to Sonic and ordered a cheeseburger and fries. I understand that corporate wants you to up sell, I was asked if I wanted a double cheeseburger or a meal deal. .No thank you, I just want a cheeseburger and fries. It's still irritating, I know how read a menu, If I wanted a double cheeseburger, I would have ordered that. That is not my complaint even though it was irritating. I placed my order and paid. The girl came out with my order, no fries. She was sweet and said she would put an order in. I waited...my burger was getting cold and other cars were getting there orders. I finally went in, I guess you are not supposed to do that. My fries were sitting there. Just hand them to me! Nope, she will bring them out to you, and she did. BUT, NO KETCHUP! I need ketchup with my fries! That was a waste of $8.00 and my time. It also ruined my meal and craving. I should have gone next door to Whatta Burger.
Horrible and slow service: Ordered 2 Hot Dogs & Large Drink. Told the order taker twice light relish and light onions on the hot dogs. Was told that they were out of large drinks so I had to purchase a medium or route 44 (Route 44 should have been offered at no charge, not the customers fault you are out of cups). Food was brought out and the hot dogs had extra relish and onions. Told the car hop twice they needed to be light, he took the food back in and brought out the same hot dogs with cups of relish and onions (apparently all 6 times I said LIGHT they heard lots). This is the 4th time I have had an issue at this Sonic in the last 2 months. I will never be back to this location.
Since they say they never freeze their food, I will give them that, but does it taste good? No, not at all. Is it frozen? Also no. Is it from yesterday? Definitely. My brother's tater tots were hard and crusty, my fries; undercooked. The only thing i enjoyed from that ENTIRE MEAL was my burger, while my milkshake was decent, not what i would expect from someone who claims to be very good. My meal was: Strawberry milkshake, burger, and fries. Dissapointed, but at least they got my meal right this time.
After about ten minutes of trying to get my order in correctly, including having somebody come out to my car to talk to me about the order, they still had it wrong. Finally just told them to cancel everything so I could download the app and put my order in that way. Frustrated beyond belief. Wasnt a difficult order. 2 combos, 1 extra drink and 1 order of cheese tots.... Cheese tots were so old you had to eat them with a spoon because they would fall apart
I was at this Sonic location about 1:30 pm today and sat in the drive through for 20 minutes trying to order ONE DRINK! I called the store after waiting the first five minutes and was notified I had three orders ahead of me and they would get to me as soon as they could. Another 15 minutes went by so I left the store and as I was pulling out of the parking lot I noticed FOUR employees sitting on the patio playing video games on their phones! I headed to a different location while I tried to call this store again, but this time I asked to speak with the manager. I was told he was busy, but I stated I would sit on hold until he could speak with me. I sat on hold for 10 minutes and was then hung up on. I tried calling the store again with no answer. I called again at about 3:25 pm and was finally able to speak with the manager of the store, Alex. Alex informed me that no one had called and asked to speak with him today therefore, either him or one of his employees LIED to me. Alex then wanted me to tell him the name of the employee I spoke with earlier that day and I did not commit the name to memory of the employee I spoke with at around 1:30 today as I thought I would get to speak with the manager and get this issue resolved at that time. Alex then informed me he only had TWO EMPLOYEES working today, so I asked him if he could share the FIRST NAMES of the two employees as the name would likely ring a bell since I knew I spoke with the same person the two previous times I had called. He refused as he was uncomfortable sharing that information over the phone. ALEX does not take responsibility for the customer service in his store and refuses to make any attempt to fix it!! **I guess the “Out The Door In Under Four” rule that Sonic has set as a standard for all of their locations does not apply at this location.**
Fast food at dine in speeds. Make sure you bring a book or movie with you to keep yourself entertained. Not all sonics are like this, but the Cypress Creek location is consistently and notoriously slow and you get mocked and ridiculed by the “in the kitchen” status that changes at a speed that only sloths can would appreciate. Meanwhile the kids are in backseat planning an all out riot based on the crazy slow speeds. Oh and your ice cream is guaranteed to be melted because it will have sat on the counter melting for 25 minutes waiting on your food to be prepared.
First an order came out when I hadn't ordered yet. Then when I did order the screen said Chelsea was on her way out. I waited almost 10 minutes no order. I pushed the button again and they called out an order that wasn't mine first. The lady said it was on its way out and I waited another 3-4 more minutes. All I ordered was a quarter pound cheeseburger with a small fry. My burger was flat with cold burnt meat and my fries only had about 8 in the box and was salty cold. Really! The manager came and out and felt the patties and the fries. Apologized and asked if wanted it remade. That was definitely a no! So she gave me a refund and a token for a medium drink. Which should have been a free meal coupon for the trouble I had to endure. Asked me if I wanted to keep the food but why would I want something cold and you touched all over it too. Make it make sense!
We ordered 2 footlong hot dog combos. The girl talked fast and did not listen so the order was wrong. When we tried to correct it she couldn’t combined and wanted us to wait for the 2nd one. After 15 min. We left. Poor service, rude
Me and a couple of my friends went to Sonic at 8:50 pm and wanted to order just drinks. We pressed the red button about 8 times every couple of minutes and received no response. We finally confronted what looked like the manager of the night asking how long it would be to take our order she simply said, "We're too busy to take orders" and walked away. We understand they were busy but an employee should've informed us it would be a while or at least apologize for the wait. We waited ultimately 25 minutes for 2 waters a Powerade and a lemonade. They were short staffed however they should let their customers know if they have a long wait and apologize and offer some sort of coupon for waiting. Really annoyed and probably will not be back.
I waited over 40 minutes just to be told the cooks all quit. The food was gross, and the drinks were watered down. They didn't even mention that there would be a wait for the other customers
Extremely slow service every time. Push button, wait 10 minutes, nothing. No answer at drive-thru either. I am giving up on this Sonic, will not be returning
Waited in line for about 10 minutes, driver in front drove off. Waited another 5 minutes at drive through with no acknowledgment. Called inside and they picked up after about two minutes of ringing. Lady answers rudely and proceeds to tell me to go somewhere else or continue waiting. I ask to speak to the manger and she mutes the phone. I sit there for a couple minutes and hang up. As I drive off I see plenty of employees inside. Employees walking out orders are walking as slow as possible. Terrible, surprised anyone goes here. If I owned this place I would fire everyone.
My wife and I like the food, but don't like pushing the red button and waiting just to have it time out a couple times before driving off. If you go through the drive thru you may be ignored as well. I called to see if the drive thru worked and was told the kitchen was not open (10:15AM on a Saturday).
Ordered in the app. After 5 minutes the screen said my food was on the way. I waited 10 minutes and no one came out or called on the intercom. I had to hit the button then they delivered my luke warm food with a half-assed apology. Clearly it was sitting on a counter inside
So judging from all the bad reviews something needs to be done with the management here! Hire some employees who can correctly take an order for starters, also the lack of empathy when they got my entire order wrong after I had re ordered it twice. When I told them my order was wrong the first time I was told how condescending I was being? My kids just wanted to eat the correct items they asked for so we could all go home happy. A simple order turned into a nightmare at Sonic after waiting 45 mins all to receive the completely wrong order again. Then when I pressed button to speak to a manager was told that I would be waiting another 10+ more mins. I then decided to just leave with my kids not completely happy with their order, and me feeling very unsatisfied, and not to mention a little frustrated. Corporate needs to handle this situation asap. Improve the employees training, and customer service skills please.
John “the manager” terrible customer service. The man literally yelled “THOSE ARE THE ONLY FRIES WE HAVE” when I asked if I could try the crinkle fries. I had to laugh cause I’ve never had anyone talk to me so rudely at this location. I don’t know the kind of day that man had but he sure let us have it. No “thank yous” or literally anything nice. The only nice person was the boy that brought out the food. Not coming back here. I’ll make the drive to the south location. Crazy attitude from a “manager.”
Worst service I have ever experienced. The person who delivered my meal was Nicole, she had light brown hair, constantly said "okay thank you" and she harassed me for a tip and made everyone in my car feel very uncomfortable. I didn't even know sonic accepted tips.
This was the worst experience with Sonic & Door Dash. If you gonna order go there physically to insure you get your order Right. Even after a phone call to Sonic they didn't even offer any compensation for messing up the whole order. Disgusted
I had a verified $5 gift card. My order came to $5.39. I told the person taking orders that I had a gift card, and was told, "No problem, we'll take care of that for you." Order arrived, server took the $5 gift card, plus 50¢ to cover overage, from me. A few minutes later, a man came out saying they can't do multiple forms of payment on an order, so they can't accept the gift card, and I'll need to pay out of pocket. I've used hundreds of gift cards and coupons, and never been told this. I asked for options -- none. He said their system doesn't allow anything else. So I gave the order back, left, and submitted a complaint to corporate, which needs to change this supposed policy or train their employees better. Too late for my future patronage, but maybe it will help others.
I took my son for an after school meal as a special treat as this was his first day of school. The person who was taking our order was one of the worst order takers I have ever seen. I specifically asked for my son's burger to have mustard instead of mayo and ketchup with no tomatoes and no pickles. Every time I tried to repeat it back the order taker would get increasingly angry with me for trying to double check the order to make sure he got it right. He felt annoyed we were even there. It would have been much easier if the DT order confirmation screen was working. I asked multiple times if pickles came on the burger and each time he wouldn't answer my direct question and got increasingly angry with me for asking. While waiting for my order I saw what looked to be the manager running orders out with probably the worst customer service attitude I have seen in a long time. Well we got home and while the tots and slush were spot on my son's burger predictably was cold and made the standard way Sonic's burgers are made with no attention paid whatsoever to what was on the ticket (and the ticket didn't say no pickles as I tried to confirm multiple times during the order process). I can overlook an honest mistake as I know how hard this industry is, but what I cannot and will not tolerate is disrespectful service and attitudes. There are many choices to be made for where to have a great burger, but it will be a long time before we consider Sonic and particularly this location again.
Service was very rushed even though I told them I had three combos to order. After I got the first one in the guy taking the order would ask if that was all? No, I have two more combos to order. Again after the second one, is that all? Um no, I have one more combo to order. Not to mention they allow you to make substitutions which apparently frustrates them a lot when you make changes. I realize people have a job to do especially when it's semi busy, but if you're going to be like this with a customer that is paying you for a service then don't bother. Carhop was very rude and grumpy as well. Got home with our order and low and behold they forgot to bag some items. Ugh. Food we did get was not very pleasant anyway so probably a good thing they forgot. To make matters even more interesting my Sonic blast had a cherry stem at the top of it with no cherry anywhere to be found. Who puts a stem in without the cherry? I can only imagine someone ate it then stuck the stem in my blast. Very sickening. Found a person to contact for comments or conerns on the receipt and tried reaching out to them, turns out the email address listed is invalid. Did some more research and found a regional manager and sent a message to him with no reply back in almost two weeks now. Going through their website is a joke for contacting someone as well. Guessing from the 3.5 star rating they have they really don't care about customer comments or concerns. This will be the last time I visit this Sonic. Certainly explains why I have seen a few Sonics throughout this area shutting down.
I had the worst experience, went to buy large order of popcorn chicken and it was too gross. I could smell the oil and it’s very bad. The chicken was not even good and had to throw away. I would never suggest anyone who wants to get the food from here. People get sick or food poisoning eating these.
I have no clue if the Sonic system for ordering with the app and tracking delivery to the car is just a really poorly implemented program or if the servers in the store are gaming the system by logging food as having been delivered but your company has an issue. First, if food pickup times are ASAP, 12:25, etc my order shouldn't take until 12:42 to receive (sat at stall for 12 minutes) when the selected time is ASAP. That is why I order ahead, so I don't have to sit around waiting. Tell your customers how long it will be to get their food. If you are busy at lunch time make the first available time 30 minutes or however long it will take for the food to be ready Also the delivery progress when I check in shouldn't go away until after my food has been delivered. If you can't figure out how to keep your servers honest I could explain a really simple way to mitigate them playing you for chumps. Make it work correctly or just get rid of ordering ahead.
horrible horrible service! i was there for a door dash order. we waited 15 minutes before we even saw anyone, so i told somebody the name for the order. finally, another girl came out. she was extremely rude to us. not sure what her name was but she had purple hair and was pretty tall. the order asked for 5 limes so i did what was asked on the order. she then looked at me with a disgusted look and said that cost extra. then she goes to get it and proceeded to tell me that i owed her $3.00 as a tip and cussed in front of me. also saying that she never even rang it up and she was just going to pocket the $3 that was supposed to be for the customers limes. definitely won’t be back!
Just waited 25+ minutes for 2 drinks. A Diet Coke and a slushie. Still waiting as im typing this, watching the employees do closing duties inside 3.5 hours until close and ignoring the cars outside. Thank you sonic for curing my thirst hastily 🫡 Edit- 30 minutes later and we just left. Doing a charge back ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes then moved over to a stall. Waited another 12 minutes. The same guy was still in line at the drive thru and had not had his order taken. We never had our order taken as well People kept honking their horns and no one was having their orders taken. This place needs all new employees and possibly new management. Very poorly ran location from my experience.
I'm about tired of Sonic not putting cherries in my drink after I've paid for them. I stopped paying for extra cherries when they only gave me 2. Regular cherries yielded 0 on today's order. Do better!
There is a reason that Whataburger is busy all the time is because the service is horrible! When you pull up they tell you that there will be a wait for your food. That blows my mind. Then what’s the point in telling them what you want if they are going to put whatever they want on it. Absolutely horrible. And the black supervisor thinks it’s funny to make fun of everyone outside in the vehicles that actually pay her check. If you fired her would be a good start because her attitude is why your business is going down the toilet! So hope you really take all this and actually do something about it!
Trash. Waited over twenty minutes at this Sonic for service and never was acknowledged once. Eventually left after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru mind you I was the next in line and waited there for 10 mins. I then drove to the front of the store. No one came, this was the worst experience I ever had at Sonic.
NO STARS! I've never posted a bad review in my life.. but MAN! We should of driven off after just waiting 20 mins to have our order taken. We were there for 30 mins & spent $20 on garbage. The chicken was so over cooked, I literally wanted to spit it back out. They're slacking. Bad food & bad service. Sorry.
I can't believe that none of the complaints in the reviews are actually addressed. Just a referral to a different website. Seems to be to M.O. of this location. Ignoring the customer ... There has been no improvement whatsoever at this location since our last visit. Actually faster to drive to a different location 5 miles away than it is to wait for someone to answer the speaker in the drive thru (when there was no line and 3 employees sitting on the patio on their phones).
My Family and I love Sonic. However this location needs attention and needs it asap. I went in yesterday 6/8/24 at 13:23 and ordered a drink and poppers. 13:26 was the pick up time. I understand five to ten minute extra wait, no problem. When it got to 15 minutes I asked a crew member where my order was, he said he’d grab it. Seen him come out and run multiple orders. Watched another team member outside running orders and observed them stop at another car and start smoking from a vape pen while running orders at 13:49. Called the store they said it was on its way out. Nothing. Seen the first person I asked for help, asked why he didn’t grab the order like he promised, walks away saying there is confusion. People got time to smoke while running orders but can’t get one small order out. Got my order after 35 min and had to remind them they didn’t bring out the drink. I would suggest not going to this Sonic. Absolutely the worst service.
So ridiculously slow it's almost sad. I've tried to go here 3 separate on different days at different times of day and each and every time i've waited 10+ minutes past the promise time for A DRINK AND PRETZEL. Last time it was a total of 25 minutes waiting before my drinks were brought out. I watched as the cars next to me came and went and the 3 separate food runners avoided eye contact with me, even after I opened my window. I would have just left, but I had the time to sit and wait it out and didn't really want to waste my measly $4.42, so I waited to see truly how long they would avoid someone parked right infront of the door with a 2 item order. If they were out of pretzels or something it would have taken .2 seconds to stop and let me know that and at least bring me my drink for the wait. I've given it 3 chances and won't be returning so don't bother with the copied and pasted answer bc I already did that a month ago and nothing changed :-) <3
This sonic needs some serious attention and retraining of staff ASAP. I didn’t leave a bad review the first time I had a bad experience and gave them another chance and it was not any better. On May 29th, we stopped for dinner and when our food was given to us, the carhop started handing us our food but wasn’t sure if it was right so we confirmed. She then handed my boyfriend a large drink and he is hard of hearing so he didn’t hear her say the drink but when he handed it to me, I immediately started handing it back to him because it was the wrong drink. As I was handing it back to him, the carhop said “wait that’s not y’all’s drink. How are y’all going to say yes to a drink that’s not y’all’s?”. The DISRESPECT. I quickly replied that it wasn’t our job to figure out what drinks she has. We were baffled at the fact that this employee would talk to a customer this way. We didn’t come back until tonight. We ordered on the app and got there within 5 minutes. After waiting ten minutes after our arrival and watching the lot become empty, still no food. We hit the red button to ask about our order and their response was “we’ll have that right out” and within a minute they brought out our food. Was our food just sitting there?? I had a shake as part of my order and it was already starting to melt. The carhop did not apologize for our wait or even say thank you. These employees need to be retrained and need to be taught customer service skills. Just learning how to do the job doesn’t cut it.
I ordered online, got there at 8:21 I waited until 8:27 and i pressed the red button to talk to someone, no answer. I called the store at 8:36 and the employee gave me an attitude for calling asking about my order that was supposed to be ready almost 20 minutes ago, no one else was in the store, she tells me she has my order ready but her computer system is down and has been trying to “take order” when in reality no one as there. I got my order all cold and when i check my burrito, it was the different one with extra stuff I dont want so I called them back and she gives me even more attitude for asking for what I payed for. She said she couldn’t anything about it but to process a refund, she said her computer system was down, not sure why she couldn’t ask someone to cook the correct burrito. She didnt need a computer at that point.
I visited this location around 2:00 PM this afternoon. After a 47-minute wait, I pressed the button to speak with a team member. I was informed that the kitchen crew protested and walked out, which is the reason the delivery time was outrageous. It would have been helpful if they had disclosed this information before ordering. No refund was offered, nor was my request to get fresh drinks after our drinks order was watered down. I understand that unfortunate circumstances can happen, but it's the lack of communication to the customers that is frustrating.
Terrible experince at the cypress creek sonic. Guy was rude answered so unrespectfully, I always leave a tip but this time I didnt. He also screamed and im not being dramatic because my 8 year old was like the guy was rude mom. And then the lady that brought the food was rude too.
Had ordered a kids meal, more specifically their chicken tinder. Once I arrived home I had realized that the chicken was blacken as if they have never changed the oil. Could not feet my kid the meal he wanted due to it most likely tasting like charcoal. This would be the 2nd time I purchase a chicken item from this location with the same results.
Ordered a plain burger meal online, waited 30 minutes in our stall, pressed the button (took them 10 minutes to even respond to the button) to let them know we had been sitting there 30 minutes for our online orders (yes we checked in). He told us they were having issues with their system which is understandable I'm not angry. However I'm annoyed they let us sit there knowing their system wasn't working while our food was inside for 15+ minutes just sitting there. They gave us our food and our frozen drink was half melted and food was cold. I understand places can get busy, but at 3:30 on a Thursday afternoon with 2 other cars in the lot is insane it took 40 minutes to get our food which was ordered ahead of time to avoid the wait.
Glitchy stalls that transferred our order back and forth between othwr stalls. 30+ minutes for 4 slushes and a child's burger. Distasteful attitude and no respect for the customer's needs. Drink barely came with ice.
I ordered a large strawberry limeade. It took alot longer than I would expect for just a drink. When the server brought my drink and I tried to pay using my card, apple pay, google pay, etc I was told their system was down. I didn't have cash. He walked away with my drink. Couldn't he have just given me the drink? It's not like I had a large order. It was one drink. smh
Horrible service! I order one item, a float that has ice cream in it. I ordered it on the mobile app and checked in at the mobile app pick up car spots. I sat there for 15 minutes till I finally called the number if you have a problem with your order. They were kind on the phone and said they would sort it out. Then an employee came out and said they had no ice cream. Why didn't someone come out when I first checked in to alert me to that fact? Instead I sat there for 15 minutes after it should have been ready. I asked for a refund, and it took another 15 minutes till I heard back from the employee that my refund was processed. Also why was I able to order something on the app if it wasn't available at the location?

Literally just ordered two large fries Ordered at 10:03 Order arrived at my car 10:24 20 minutes for just fries No other customers The new fries came out in large clumps stuck together instead of individual fries. I don't blame the employee they are clearly being paid the least amount possible to do the work of several employees. There are a bunch of people not at this location not actually working here getting paid a lot more than the lady who has to run the entire restaurant by herself at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday. They will probably even blame her for the 1 star and french fries taking 20 minutes instead of looking in the mirror and their own paycheck. Four stars for atmosphere since it was a beautiful day with the windows down on the car and the friendly employee.
Idk what happened to this location, it used to be good. I ordered two drinks, both with strawberry. I get our drinks and we got a nerds slush with no strawberry and 3 nerds....3???? Both drinks have no flavoring so I bought a no flavor slush and sprite apparently. Needless to say I'm not happy, and their phone goes directly to voice mail. Unacceptable.
My wife and I went to the drive up window to order. The car in front of me waited about 10 minutes before anyone said anything to him so that he could order. I went next and waited 12 minutes and still no one would take my order, so I left and went to Burger King. This was the 3rd time it has happened to us. I will not ever be going back.Their customer service is so bad and iam letting everyone know.
The bacon burger was delicious and the drinks were great but we ordered the chili cheese tots and they came out with no cheese so my wife asked them to bring her some cheese they said they would remake her order and brought them out again with no cheese and made her feel bad she did not cry but she wanted to cry on the inside complain she was extremely fine and gracious she’s she’s going back to our kids baseball game on an empty stomach sad face
The hot dog I got at Sonic looks like a finger with no nail on it. It also gave me indigestion within 15 minutes. Even by server offered me a new hot dog when he saw what I was handed. Quality was low, though the young man was polite and the service was fairly quick. I texted 2 several people, I think I was the only one amongst them who would have eaten it...
