They got most of my order wrong and the half was missing. I had to return to get rest of the food. Very inconvenient to drive there twice. I can see they are very busy, staff were apologetic but I only seen a skeleton crew. They need to have more people available.

Took my grandkids to get dinner, I got the $5.00 meal deal. It was nasty, the nuggets were cold and hard, took them to the staff to get new ones and they said they would make new ones but they would come out the same because of the oil. They were kind of rude about it. There was a guy sweeping and mopping the floor but there was still food and trash on the floor under the seats and tables. This was the store on Hatch Rd in Ceres/Modesto.

Coming from a former employee. They spent 5k on a new sign to be installed instead of fixing the AC. District Manager was expecting employees to work in temps from 84-99. Even with a fever we were not allowed to go home without finding cover. My biggest frustration that drove me to quit was being threatened to be terminated. Knowing the temperature of the store, as well as working in water that had feces. I really hope people reconsider eating here. Employees are not being paid their worth as well as work environment being extremely ridiculous. Not to mention only having two employees on the clock during rushes. // July 19th update. Went to pick up my final check and the work environment is 92 PLEASE DONT SUPPORT this BK they’re not fair to employees!

This has had to have been one of the worst experiences I have had, I ordered a 8 piece nugget and snack wraps, and there was only 2 cars in front of me, WHY IS TAKE 10+ DAWM MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD. Along with this, the snack wrap is such a small portion, I can the more at the same price at mcdonalds, no wonder you guys don’t have alot of customers. Another thing is that why is there only like 3-4 people working, what the hell kind of team is that, don’t get me wrong the guy who took my order and handed my food was nice and friendly but come on, have more people working. I am geniunly surprised this location had managed to stay open!!!

Maria, claims to be the manager. I complained that this is the second time they don’t add enough ketchup and mustard, Maria said next time I have to order saying put more mustard and ketchup! My concern was they will put too much. Instead of just making the sandwich correctly the FIRST TIME!!!. So they should give me a free one ! Or mail a credit voucher. So basically I didn’t order correctly because they didn’t do it right the first time. THEY MAKE OVER $20.00 an hour!! Get it right!

Just waited 30 minutes for food that was cold. The employee ignored me when I pulled up the window to pay and my food was just sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. Not returning.

I dont even want to give this place a 1star but I have to in order to leave a review. This place is horrible every single time I come here if it's not one thing it's another. The guy at the drive through seems like he doesn't want to do his job. Over filled a frozen drink and didnt even give us napkins when it was over flowing. And spilled in our car and all over ourselves. I'm not one to make complaints, I work myself in customer service and the service and courtesy is unnaceptable at this location. I hope it gets resolved. Have. Good day.

They forgot my large fry and 2 8pc chicken nuggets glad I was still there and they gave them to me. Also nothing came with onions and I asked if they were out of onions and they said yes I wish they would mention this when ordering it does make a huge difference on the burgers. Needs better management.
