I pass here once or twice a week for a while now around 630am on my way to work. There’s a girl that takes orders, I haven’t been able to see her name tag but she is very young, thin, long braided hair. Somehow she always manages to either get my order wrong or miss something. At first I thought it was because sometimes she is alone and has to take orders, payment and hand out also. But she still messes up when there’s help. I don’t understand how it is that she had me wait in line in the drive thru saying she’ll be with me soon, then a second car appears on the next line and she takes him right away. I can tell she is trying but at the same time either give her more help or orientation.

I ordered a Happy Meal and was waiting and waiting for it and I looked at the board and noticed my order number was not up there. I'm very patient and was looking in the kitchen and noticed it just sitting back there. They forgot about it. Also I used my points to get a free Happy Meal and when I got home they readded my points to my account and charged my card on file. Very dissapointed.

Our dine-in order took forever to be delivered to us. When it finally arrived, they forgot the water and the napkins. They corrected the mistake by just bringing empty water cups instead of filling them for me. When I asked them why they are coming empty, she replied with they were busy. They care more for their drive-thru customer service than their dine-in customers. On a positive note, their play place is really fun for the kids and my triplets loved it.

I usually go to this restaurant for lunch and this is the second time my order has been messed up. I understand fast food and customer service in general can be hectic but cmon you have order screens and receipts to reference when making the food and still mess up ? I asked for extra onions and no pickles and got the opposite. The time before i ordered the same and they gave me a whole different order and spoke to me like i was in the wrong telling me i was charged for the order they gave me even after showing them my order. Workers gotta focus up. This not right i suggest double checking your order before leaving

I had the lady at the drive thru lie to my face about an item that was on a deal I wanted off the app because she said she didn’t have enough chicken nuggets for a 20 piece. So I tried to change my order to something else and then she said we don’t enough nuggets for a meal deal either which was only 8 nuggets. I wanted a refund so instead of giving me a refund they actually were able to fulfill the order I wanted through the app? lol so they must of magically had enough. Seems they are not wanting to promote or offers through the app. Also had the manager Claudia lie to my face about her name while she had her name tag on. I think he said her name was Michelle. I don't understand why it is so hard to be a decent human being, instead u don't say goodmorning or have a good day. It's better to just talk and chit chat with your coworker about something you did last night. I don't care about your night I just want my food, so do your job that I'm sure you get paid for and being a courteous human being.

I had a very poor experience at this location. The service was really bad — long wait times and staff didn’t seem attentive. I understand places get busy, but this felt unprofessional. I hope management works on improving customer service.

Ordered. Got home realized a whole meal was missing. I went back to get it. Went home and the items that they did include the first time had mayo (reciept said no mayo) and they gave me ranch for chicken nuggets (reciept said BBQ) ... wasn't gonna drive back. Just wont be going back.

Horrible experience with the manager I had an issue to put in the spot number. When I went to pick up my order it said I needed to go inside and show an associate the order number which I did. The poor employee had no idea what to do so she went to go ask the manager on duty and the manager looks at her And tells her I don’t know she needs to figure that out talking about me know that is not my job that is their responsibility. I paid for the food. They need to figure out what’s going on so when the employee came back to me, she said, my manager said you need to figure that out I said what is she in a bad mood or what and she said yes that is not my problem. That is a horrible experience. I had that manager needs to be talked to. She does not need to talk that way very rude.

Horrible service from the manager. Out of respect for the possibility she might have been having a bad day, I wont say her name. Emotional intelligence is crucial in customer service positions. She was very disrespectful and easily irritated at having to correct a very minor issue with ordering. She said she was annoyed because the issue happens all the time and she took her frustration out on her customers rather then training her team to prevent the issue. I pray she becomes better.

Review for McDonald’s #12470 – Ceres, CA I recently visited this location and was once again disappointed by the service and quality. I ordered a Happy Meal (ketchup and cheese only, extra fries, bottle of water), a double cheeseburger (plain), a regular McDouble, a hot and spicy McChicken (no lettuce), and a medium fry. The total came out to $20.11. I handed the manager at the drive-thru window $25.11, but she only gave me a receipt—no change. When I pointed out the error and showed her that I was due $5, she denied it and gave me attitude before finally handing me the correct change without a word. As for the food: the McChicken had lettuce despite my request, and the McDouble had ketchup, cheese, and onions—but no mustard or pickles. The burgers were sloppily assembled, with ketchup smeared all over the outside of the buns. This has been a consistent issue every time I visit this location. The food is messy, poorly made, and the staff often come across as impatient and dismissive. It’s frustrating to see this level of carelessness, especially when customers expect basic courtesy, accuracy, and cleanliness—qualities that should be standard, even in fast food. It seems like the lack of accountability and professionalism starts with the management. I hope this location takes steps to improve both its service and food preparation.

I went to this McDonald's last night and got food and a large hazelnut iced I got my food and my order and I went home got home put my straw in my cup and took a drink of my coffee I got a mouthful of coffee grounds was really nasty I know the girl the drive-through had to have seen them pouring into the my cup about a quarter of an inch of coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup

I did a mobile order and came in store to pick up. Got back to my car and realized I was missing two burgers, yet had an extra chicken sandwich. I came back in to get it fixed and the manager said she would review my order since it was a mobile order. So she did, and then to confirm the missing items she went through my bag with her hands no gloves. She was previously working on a ice cream machine or something. I was very unhappy she Touched every food item. And, to her surprise, I was correct. She then took the extra chicken sandwich and thew it away. I had a long wait to get my two missing burgers. After all that inconvenience and you can’t say keep the sandwich, or let me offer you a drink while you wait? And you just tossed it in the garbage. The worst part you dug through my bag with dirty hands. Absolute terrible customer service and food handling care.
