Slowest starbucks in the world. Always backed up. Wait times of more than twenty minutes during peak hours. There really needs to be another store on this side of town to alieviate some of the traffic here.

The workers don’t pack up online orders they will let customers wait over 10 mins and key items get cold. I won’t be delivering for Starbucks until they fix their in house issue or not having orders ready or packing them up when ready. This is the second time going to pick up an order and having staff neglect online orders and waiting over 1520 minutes with no order to take. 7/4/24 Going for another pick up same scenario six barista standing around bunch of orders on the counter ready to be packed. Over 10 mins standing no acknowledgment or update about my order when it’ll be ready. Sat there for 10 minutes straight and unassigned the order. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too, plus rude customer service.

First they forget my coffee. Walks by it numerous times. I have to ask for it. Then they loose my food order. You would think they'd have a clue with me standing there for 15 minutes. I will not be back.

My mom got a egg white turkey bacon sandwich and gave her a bacon gouda, her coffee was 1/4 coffee and the rest creamer, it didn't even taste like coffee. The barista was sassy when we were asking g her a question. Absolutely horrible service.

I keep recieving photos from my dasher showing my drinks and food sitting on the counter for 10-25mins. It takes 30 seconds to put it in a bag. Keep getting cold stale food and coffee with melted whipped cream and watered down from the ice. If 30 seconds to package my order is too much for the staff to handle then maybe they should hand the packaging materials to the driver because this is ridiculous. If the order is complete, package it. Dont let it just sit on the counter. You are disrespecting me as a paying customer and also disrespecting the delivery drivers.

Might as well order 1 hour in advance. This has to be the slowest Starbucks there is. Drive thru takes 30 minutes and the other day I went inside to order and I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes with at least 5 employees walking past me completely not even acknowledging me. Then waited another 20 minutes for 2 drinks. What is going on in this place?! Zero efficiency.

If I can rate this Starbucks a zero star I would. I only went here 2 times. First time I had a mobile order it took me 30-40 minutes to go through the drive thru to get my drinks. Second time my drink was made wrong and usually when I get it other locations it’s made right. Asked for a pup cup and the lady at the window gave us a weird look and said “ok”. Not welcoming at all. This place just disappoints. Don’t go here even if you’re late!!! I’m never going back to this Starbucks. ✌🏻

Went there today 11/10 and the caramel Frappuccino we got was absolutely rancid. Something was very off with it. The milk was sour or something. Didn't find this out until we got home. I tried it after the person it was for asked me if it tasted weird. It actually made me sick. I called the store to let them know something was off to maybe save other customers and the lady who answered the phone seemed to not care... just told me to come back and get a new drink.. this is the second time we've gotten off drinks at this location! NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

This is the worst Starbucks in probably all of Butte County! The baristas are very rude and extremely slow. They are disorganized and inattentive and have very poor customer service skills as well. They all wear scowls instead of smiles like they're upset they're even there! Last time I went to this location, they took my order for a venti drip coffee. Instead of following company policy and getting it right away, they had me wait more then 10 minutes and when I finally got it, it was completely cold! I had already driven out of the parking lot when I noticed so I had to stop at another Starbucks and ask them to pour me another. They were apologetic and friendly and poured me a hot cup right away even though it wasn't their fault. I worked as a lead (a supervisor) for Starbucks for 3 years and I can hardly believe how bad this location is! The manager needs to get it together! There shouldn't be so many complaints here about service and product!
