I went through the drive-through to order food today 03/05/24. From the order takers to the employees at the window were all very nice. But I should have checked my order I was missing a Sandwich order. I don't live close by to this establishment, I'm at least 10 to 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Well I called Chick-fil-A and spoke to Tony Powers the Hospitality director. Told him about the missing Sandwich but didn't want to drive all the way back. He apologized and wanted to make it right. He offered to drive my missing order to my house, I told him that's Ok but he insisted. He actually came to our house to deliver my order plus he gave us some sweet treats. Talking about Customer service he went Above and beyond. Tony you are the Best. And will continue to visit your establishment when in the area. Thank you 😊 Melissa

Okay have not have been to Chick-fil-A in a few years. I was shocked by the different lanes for the drive thru. The young lady who took the order was courtesy, professional, and knew the menu. Employees seemed to enjoy their jobs.

This location is always busy yet super organized in its approach to customer service. If you haven’t been in awhile, you’re in for a delightful experience. The drive-thru lane actually fans out into three separate lines. Each of these lines are handled by employees that are courteous, professional and downright efficient. They have got this down to a science! Same delicious food and even better customer service. And in this day and age (C-19 measures and all), I applaud each and every one of these Chick-fil-A team members. Keep up the great work!!!

Dennery location is closer to my home but I travel to this location just because the employees here really care about giving you the best experience. Donald the respectful and nice young man helped me when my order was wrong and came back to my car 3 times to help (I had a sleeping toddler and couldn’t leave my car) Andres is always so nice and his smile and hospitality could brighten anyone’s day! I originally went in tonight for a simple chicken sandwich meal with extra pickles. I was already having a bad night and did not bother to check my food. It wasn’t until I got back to my hotel and realized my order was the opposite of what I ordered. I called and spoke to a sweet human named Erica, she made me feel more comfortable and said if I’d like to make the drive she could help me out better that way. She was the sweetest and most kindest worker, her and I believe Melissa in the front. I was a mess and in tears from a bad night (note I’m pregnant and all I wanted was food). They not only got my order completely fixed and correct in just moments, she even threw in EXTRA extra pickles and a cookie! She really made my night turn around. Basically what I’m trying to say with this essay is THESE HARD ESSENTIAL WORKERS ARE ANGELS, they did everything in their power to replace my order and make me smile at the same time. Came here due to flight cancellation at San Diego International Airport. Long long day figuring out where to sleep for the night. So then we made the trek to this Chick Fil A from the hotel close by. The staff here was very quick and efficient. Diana brought our food and milkshake to us and went absolutely above and beyond with her service. She deserves a raise and much more!!! Wish every Chick Fil A was like this one in level of service.

I Love this location. It always has fresh Carnations at every table. The staff are the friendliest and most accommodating for their guests and the service is always extremely fast. We usually get our food by the time we find a table to sit at and I love all their dipping sauces. The. Chick-fil-A sauce is still the best, but I love the variety if I want to change it up a bit. The music is great too and it's fun to try to determine which Christian song is playing. The playground is great for our kids. I will definitely frequent this place often

Honestly the times my family & I have gone, we're almost always checked on by a lovely, hospitable woman. Her name is Leticia. Whenever we've encountered her, she is joyful, energetic & kind. I know customer service is her "job," but some people don't know what that means now a days. She however is amazing at it! That's one if the main reasons we go to this location even though is 20-30min away.

Once a week I treat myself to a cheat meal since I am currently working out, and on a diet. For my cheat meal though, I get a 12 count chicken nuggets, large fries, and a bottle water. I love Chick-fil-A, great nuggets and great fries as well. For my dessert though, I get 1 Confetti Nothing Bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cake. This cheat meal is SO worth it, at least until I get tired of it. 😊. Lol.

I recently had an issue where I accidentally went through the drive-thru instead of curbside after placing an app order. When they couldn’t find my order, Leilani stepped in and handled everything with so much patience and kindness. She retook my order right there without making me wait somewhere else or feel like an inconvenience. Her professionalism and warmth made what could’ve been a stressful situation so easy and pleasant. This kind of amazing service isn’t just limited to Leilani—this Chick-fil-A location consistently goes above and beyond. For example, one time the manager noticed my baby was excited about the toy cow, and when I asked the price, they kindly gifted it to us and told me to keep it a little secret. Best chick fila I’ve ever been to. My daughter loves to come here for the play area and all the staff are always super friendly and great! On our last visit one staff member Leticia was very sine to my daughter and gave her a little cow toy which was totally unexpected but it was incredibly nice and my daughter was very happy.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the team at Chick-fil-A for going above and beyond for me today. I ordered through UberEats - 30 count nuggets and 2 large fries. But the driver only delivered the fries. Since there was no way to contact the driver after the order was completed, I called the restaurant directly. They immediately checked and confirmed that the bag of chicken had been left behind. Without hesitation, they offered to personally deliver the missing order to my home. Cynthia, the supervisor, personally drove it to me with a warm smile and the kindest attitude. Not only did they make a fresh batch of nuggets, they also added 6 cookies as a sweet surprise. Chick-fil-A always delivers great food, but this visit stood out because of the amazing customer service. The young man taking orders outside was so kind and patient, even with the long line and heat beating down on him. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting our order right and making everyone feel welcome. I honestly felt bad seeing him stand out in the sun and heat, but he never lost his smile or positive attitude. Huge props to him-he made our experience even better. I've never had an issue with the food or service at any Chick-fil-A. My only complaint is that the drive thru isn't set up well. My top two issues with the drive thru are that 1) The employees are always posted up BEFORE the menu so if I'm looking to try something new I can't explore my options. 2) The benefit of having an employee taking orders on a tablet is that they're not in a fixed position and should be able to move around to manage the traffic flow within the parking lot. Because the employees aren't moving there are still gaps in the line which can clog up the line further back.

Parking is a bit tight and limited in front of the restaurant. Use caution when going in and going out of parking lot due to high volume of traffic as there are many nearby stores and other restaurants. May or may not return.

Great place, very quick, food is usually great. Chicken can sometimes be dry, I do like this location more than others because they are pretty lenient when giving extra sauce, which makes up for the occasional dryness of the chicken. Staff seem to be always trying there best to please there customers.

The curbside pickup was not very informative and clear direction. It also is being blocked by drive through customers. While I was there I observed many customers drove into their chick a fil lane that reserved just for an exit route.

This place always get my order right and I’m able to find a parking space up front nearly every time I order for curbside pickup. I have come here twice in the last week for breakfast and the biscuits both times were very dry and hard. Although, the eggs and bacon on the sandwiches were fresh. When I come for lunch the food is always been fresh. The management and staff get 5 stars...excellent service!!!

I'm writing this review as I sit on the toilet with explosive diarrhea. And it's the third separate instance of this occurring, the other 2 happening from breakfast meals. The food is great and always fresh, but something is happening in the back and it's a reoccurring issue. I've never once had any digestive issues from any chick-fil-a I've been to except this one...I think they need to double check their food handling process or something. Other than that this place is great and the customer service is excellent.

For the most part things go smoother when you order in person then when you order through the app - which seems counterintuitive. For the price of the meals a few mistakes would be acceptable but for it to become a running joke of "who's meal they forgot this time" it's not. Even still going there for that taste and customer service is a must so long as you check the bag when you leave.

I came here Friday night to order food. The host that was taking my order was good. Felt that it could be better but it was ok. When I arrived to the window the girl working the window sighed once she asked my name and said “ugh a big order” and walked away from the window. When asking if my order can be placed in a big bad to carry all at once again rolled her eyes and said sure. I’ve always had a good service but not that day. Staff seemed bothered to work there.

Don’t do mobile orders here. Curbside and drive thru is fine. But mobile orders always take forever, they put you in a separate line that takes longer than drive thru. It’s a really bad, frustrating system. I had to get out of my car to go talk to the employees in the drive thru lane to even get acknowledged.

I went to get one fries, 2 ice cream cones and a tea. The ice cream was to soft so the girl asked if I wanted a brownie instead, I said no can I have my ice cream in a cup, well it was like water with a cone on top. I’m very disappointed I wished she would had given my money back instead.

My husband likes the owners and the workers are respectful but whenever we claim free items the food comes out really late and not so great. I paid for one meal and claimed a free item. I ended up waiting a long time and a car next to me parked long after me and left before me. The fries were bottom of the barrel, cold and was more like a regular size than large. We took maybe a max of 4 fries before taking photo.

Honestly such a disappointment. This Chick-fil-A is not efficient like others I’ve been to. The drive thru always takes a long time no matter how many cars are there/no matter what time of day. And when I went this past week after waiting in a slow line, the girl at the window had the nerve to give me an attitude for asking for my sauces even though they were listed on my order but not placed in my bag. This Chick-fil-A is NOT my pleasure.

Update: The girl working here said they do not let you order your waffle fries unsalted! No wonder why it never tastes fresh here. Worst drive thru experience here. It had long lines on a weekday night. We ordered through a person standing outside. Immediately after I got my waffle fries, I opened the bag to taste stale and very lukewarm potatoes. Not even fresh! Tasted old like it was sitting there for over 30 minutes and after eating here my stomach was upset.

Waited 25min for a coffee and another 5min waiting to speak with a worker but no luck because of busy business so just left without refund. Go here all the time but their service recently regardless of busy times has gone down at this location depending on day. I still love chick fil a but prefer any other location. They are just overwhelmed and I somewhat feel bad.

Did a mobile order which I’m used to just going through the drive thru but I had to wait on the side (maybe this location is different) waited for 15 mins and then canceled my order because everyone from the drive thru was getting in and out. I was told I would get my refund it’s been a week. $15 for no food and no refund.

I dont know what it is about this chick fila but it is always slow, even when you order ahead. I would suggest just going through the drive threw and not ordering ahead, but they also make quite a few mistakes. I have never had issues at other locations, just this one.

Been to this location many many times, and this visit (1/6/24 about 5:30pm) was just not good. After we ordered not a single employee said hi, cleaned any tables near us, or took out the trash. Both trash receptacles near the registers had trash sticking out the top. The tables near us had food bits and trash, normally tables are cleaned very quickly after guests leave, but not today. Aimee and Tony are always cleaning tables, offering a refill or condiments, and just making Chic-fil-A friendly and welcoming, setting them apart from most other fast food. They were not on duty today, and the entire store showed that. They no longer have straws at the register, so you get to ask waiting guests to move so you can access the straws at the counter. Again just odd and something simple to have straws ready when you receive your drinks. The waffle fries always have the small bits in the bottom, but 1 of our fries only had 3 waffle fries and the rest the crispy crumbs. Not desirable at all, waffle fries should mean they are actual waffle style and not just the remnants from the rest. We ordered extra pickles on both spicy chicken sandwiches and they actually had extra!! That was awesome, but otherwise this visit was just like a McDonald's or Carl's Jr.

Everybody knows chick fila's customer service is good. Their drive through lines are LONG and they block the entrance/exit of the parking lot coming from Walmart. The wait time inside gets long sometimes but they're good for the most part. I suggest using the app and curbside service, it saves time. They had a sign on the door and removed it. That shows how much they care about people's health.

Against our better judgment, we decided to visit Chick-fil-A tonight, stepping outside of our usual diet. It had been a while since we indulged, and our group of nine—which included five children under the age of 10—was excited for a treat. We placed our order at 9:10 PM. Upon finding the tables in the dining area dirty, I politely requested wipes to clean them. Surprisingly, instead of addressing the issue themselves, an employee handed me the wipes and left me to clean the tables. While I found this disappointing, I chose not to dwell on it, cleaned the tables myself, and focused on enjoying the evening. Our food arrived at 9:25 PM, and we began eating what amounted to a $150 meal. As we were dining, other customers continued to line up to place orders. At 10 PM, the assistant manager approached to inform us that the restaurant was closing, and we would need to exit through the side door. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, we assumed he was simply providing a courtesy notice rather than implying we should abruptly leave mid-meal. However, things escalated at 10:08 PM when the same manager returned, accusing us of causing a “safety hazard” because other customers exiting the building had to walk past our table. This accusation felt unwarranted, especially since the other exit paths had been blocked by the restaurant itself. Rather than resolving the situation respectfully, the manager insisted that we leave immediately. When I began recording the interaction on my phone, he quickly walked away, avoiding further accountability. At this point, we were already wrapping up, cleaning our area, and preparing to leave. However, this unnecessary confrontation soured the entire experience. Feeling disrespected and unwelcome, we gathered our children and left the restaurant. This experience was a stark contrast to the quality of service Chick-fil-A is known for, and we were deeply disappointed. Whoever was managing the night shift on 11/30 needs to reconsider their approach to customer service. With this kind of treatment, it won’t be long before this location loses its loyal customers. Was contemplating making this post but I’m just so crossed I waited over 15 minutes to get my food from the counter. There was no “you’re food will be out momentarily” “sorry we’re backed up, it’s going to be awhile” and here I was thinking I would skip the long drive thru line to get my food at an adequate time so I could eat before work. I get that you have to push through the drive in orders but that wasn’t even remotely fair or justifiable to everyone that came into the restaurant to order in person. When I moved closer to the counter area the cashier person said “they’re making your order now” this was at the 15min mark- that’s insane, I just shook my head.

Please double check your order 3 times they have got order wrong gave me wrong fun or shortened me food I ordered I ordered two spicy deluxe sandwich they gave me two grilled chicken they have done this multiple times and no one answers phone at location. Good luck on your order

We’re big fans of Chick-Fil-A but unfortunately this location is always lacking when it comes to our mobile orders or drive thru orders. Too often, we come home to find out parts of our meal are missing. Such a bummer.

They gave me the wrong salad. I wanted the southwest salad, not the Cobb salad (see the egg). It's too late to go back and exchange it.

I am so upset with Chick Fil A, I ordered breakfast before lunch started. When to get medicine for my daughter and went to get my food. They said sorry is lunch time, I asked if they can still do it, it was like 10 minutes after their lunch time and said no. So I had to go somewhere else to get food. It would be nice to have a cancellation email atleast notifying the client that your breakfast is not going to be fulfilled or something.

My take out order was stolen from the take out area. The employees do not check which customers or delivery drivers are taking each take out order. This is a horrible policy by Chick-Fil-A. I showed the cashier my name and she confirmed the order was made and now missing from the take out area. I had to wait twenty minutes for the order to be made again. I had to ask for help multiple times to finally receive my missing take out order.

Worst experience every time. How hard is it to put proper sauce on a door dash order??? I ordered 12 piece chicken nugget and got two sauce- I ordered a kids combo and got hot sauce and mustard. 50 dollar order on door dash and you can’t be kind enough to give the correct sauce. I called the manager today 08-05-25 at 12:49 pm and she seems as if she can care less and states- I’ll talk to them about it- that’s it. The most unapologetic apology with a hit of humor to her tone. . This new generation of customer service is truly rude and horrible. Chick fil an and DoorDash will no longer be getting my business.

Chic fil a has gotten really bad with quality over the years. Last 4 times I've been here for breakfast the slices on the chicken breast from the chicken has gotten thin and thinner.. 5% chicken 15% breading 80% biscuit. Don't believe me? Check the picture and go try it yourself

This is the worst Chick-Fil-A in San Diego. It doesn’t matter if I order through the drive through or DoorDash. I always get the same thing, the grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon. They either forget the bacon or cheese. I ordered on DoorDash tonight and they forgot both the cheese and bacon. I also asked for no tomato but yet there was tomato. I have ordered from here probably like 5 times and not once has the order been correct.
