Good food, excellent service and out of their way customer service. I asked the front counter cashier if they had hand wipes and she said no but offered a wet paper towel!! 😊 Which was very helpful for this mom of 2 who had forgotten the diaper bag with my wipes in them thinking we were just taking a quick trip but end up stopping here and of course my 2 year old daughter gets a Boston cream donut and gets chocolate ALL over her! 😂 The wet paper towels really helped this Momma out in a messy situation!

Sunday morning at 8am & they cooked my sesame bagel PERFECTLY & the cream cheese WAS THE BEST! It was actually spread onto the bagel nicely, which I truly appreciate, as most places give you a bagel with cream cheese chunks.Thanks for being awesome Dunkin!

This is definitely my favorite Dunk's in the area. Hardly ever backed up, when it is, it goes fast. The employees are friendly and the coffee always great and consistent, unlike the other Dunkin Donuts in the area.

Coffee was great. I ordered snakin bacon. It was served cold. At first he said it was served cold. Yuk! He ended up warming it up for me so 5 stars Thankyou

Dunkin' across from Wal-Mart in Cicero is consistently the best. They are efficient, really nice and get the order right!

Donuts and coffee, along with other food items and beverages. You know what to expect if you're stopping in here. The food is tasty and the coffee is usually good. If you don't like this location, don't worry because there's another one to stop at within 2 miles if you drive North or South.

Very friendly people clean environment they make you feel at home while you're in there they wait on you as fast as I can if they can't their be like I'll be right with you sorry and then when you get up there they apologize if you had to wait a little bit or even for a minute very nice service love it will go back again highly recommended this is one of the best Dunkin Donuts stores that I've been to

It’s a good enough Dunkin. The food/doughnut part of the order is always forgotten when I do a mobile order and go in to pick up. So I have to ask for it and wait. But the staff is nice. Music is too loud.

I absolutely love this Dunkin. The only reason I'm doing 4 ⭐ is my morning regular works are the best, but when there off I get 2 new girls not sure if names but have bottoms of hair dyed. I get my same order every morning for years. When you get a ice coffee and ask for sugar you can still see the sugar at the bottom of your (Clear) cup. So when I ask for extra sugar even though they stir quickly 3 times it's still there. I had nothing in my cup straight ice coffee. So I ask them at drive thru can you plz add sugar thee is none in here. She said I did put sugar in I said nope you would see it she goes I stirred it. I said can you plz just add more sugar. Still nothing so I go in and hear them talking about me as I'm waiting to return my plain coffee that I asked for Xtra sugar. Girls saying I added sugar and she was like no add sugar. I told her I stirred it up seriously. So I just so happened to be given the "Manager" and I said I'm glad I'm the talk of the hour can I have a new coffee and I explained my order, Mind you that's all I said and she goes they aren't talking about you. Well then I'm the only one who didn't get sugar in the coffee cause the order in front of my was just food. Needless to say 2 young girls and manager were very unprofessional and the manager needs training in additude classes. Very rude!!

The service was good. They changed their menu and got rid of everything that was my favorite to order. I found alternate things to order but the sandwich I ordered had sausage on it, sorry to say but their breakfast sausage tastes terrible. It tastes like chemicals and not food. It's okay as long as you stay away from the gross sausage.

Always a party at this joint with all the patrons in the lobby lol. On this day a young man at the register didn't seem too enthused to be at work. After placing my order with a small request that went unfulfilled (less ice) in my drink the reluctance of staff to see it fixed after I made note of it came in my hero of day (Lupita) she questioned my order evaluated the request asked what I wanted and then said don't worry I know how to fix this for you. She emerged with a smile on her face, a new drink in her hand and well wishes to my day. Thank you for your help patience and great customer service.

This is your average Dunkin location. It's clean and the donuts are very fresh. The only thing I didn't love, is when asking if they had chocolate milk for my son (because there were none left in the cooler), the cashier looked annoyed, went to look in a different refrigerator and then just said "no" like I had completely inconvenienced her. Maybe she was having a bad morning or was just stressed because it was busy that morning, I'm not sure. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and will visit again when I'm in the area though because their donuts were fresh and tasted great, and the cleanliness was excellent.

I'm a loyal customer and the workers are very polite. I always order an ice coffee and I literally drink the sugar because it's not completely mixed in. If it was fully dissolved I would be more satisfied. That's why I give 4 stars but overall the customer service is great :-)

I came in and ordered 3 milkshakes, made with ice cream. The first one was so loose, way to much milk, it was re made with no issue. FYI.. when someone is paying $7 for a milkshake don't be shy on how much ice cream you use. I've went to some DD that make it perfect, where you can taste the ice cream and some where you could only taste milk. The customer service was good here.

I literally go through almost every weekday recently the older woman with shoulder length hair cut always at the window. Never gives me back my change ? It’s happened like twice before and it was just coins so I wasn’t too worried about it. This time it was a bill I didn’t get back… I didnt say anything it was only a dollar BUT to just keep it is very unsettling. I won’t be coming back unfortunately

Normally I'm pretty satisfied with Dunkin. But my husband made a special stop while he was out and got us coffee and when he got back, I opened my hot coffee and it was cold. His was fine but mine wasn't. How do you as an employee not realize that the hot coffee isn't hot when you pour it!? Double check your coffee folks!

Everyday customer for 2 years now. Morning crew is amazing and gets your order right every time and quickly. However the night crew has been terrible lately. One time we waited more than 10 minutes and never moved so we left despite ordering food. The next day I ordered 2 wraps and a coffee. They almost got the wrap wrong. I corrected him, I was charged for 2 despite the receipt saying 1. I only received one. I paid for 2. It took forever for 1 wrap and it nearly caused me to be late for work. I was offered a replacement but I refused. I’ll go to the one on 31 or Bridgeport for my coffee now.

There was a female staff member bullying the man making the food orders. Degrading him for taking too long to make the orders and telling him they wouldn’t get tips because he was slow. Deciding not help him but put him down. It was so sad to see a grown woman act that way in a workplace — especially in front of customers.

It’s extremely awkward the employees are putting out a gratuity jar in your face at the drive-through. They are not bartenders or servers..but they are expecting tips? Weird

First, let me say I usually get outstanding service here. This has been my DD for years. The last two trips have not been pleasant, unfortunately. I use On the Go most often so there is more than enough time to get my order correct. Both times, I was given only part of my.order and had to request the rest of it. Today, I was curtly asked, "Is it on the receipt?" There seems to be a new person at the drive thru and the first time this happened I just chalked it up to 'new person having a bad day.' Since today was the same person and the same attitude, I'm thinking this person maybe better suited to a position without so much interaction with the public. Jeesh!

Lousy customer service. The girl that took the order was rude, then at the window she handed me my two drinks, said you're all set, and went to walk away at which point I said, I just need the two donuts. She shrugged and went and got them, handed them too me and walked away. Look, I'm not expecting a world class experience getting a coffee, but ffs, if you can't be bothered to do a customer service job and even fake a good attitude, maybe don't have that job.

I asked for two large hot chocolates and I was charged for larges, but I received two smalls. One with whipped cream like asked and another with whipped cream that was not asked for. Customer service seemed to be having a rough day because she had the worst attitude with me.

Please absolutely do not go here. I had such a traumatic experience, i never thought Dunkin Donuts would be so suspicious. I forgot my card here and checked my online banking and they made a whole separate transaction of 25.00$. I went back and they told me someone had signed a receipt with my signature. Literal forgery, they acted very shady and suspicious when i asked how this happened or who could've done this. They ended up offering me a refund and said that they used my card for someone else's gift card purchase but yet they still had my card at the store. This location is very un-proffessional and very shady do not go here unless you want to be scammed.

My Dunachino was good. BUT the place had lots of ants. We told them and all they did was sweep a small area. More food crumbs were left on the floor. Needless to say the ants came right back and moved to the new area. Staff basically was standing around talking.

Any time I go here they always tell my they have closed down their machines. My sister just went at 8:20 and the store closed at 10. She had to go out of her way, to a Dunkin that actually knows how to serve someone, to get me food. Why are they cleaning the machines at 8:20 it doesnt take 1:30 to clean. This is utterly ridiculous. This Dunkin either needs to close down because they are to incompetent to actually follow the rules, or get their act together and learn how to work in the food industry. From what I see this is by far the worst Dunkin in the area.

There was tons of ants crawling all over the floor right by where we were sitting. They swept them up but tons more came out very disgusting to see that . They said they didn't know what to do about it. I won't go back to this Dunkin donuts again.

They had to make my sandwich different due to no sourdough bread. Then they forgot my hash browns. Had to go in the store where I was given 4 hash browns that were thrown in a bag. Also given dirty looks from the manager the whole time. Hey if you can't get a simple order right you might want to get a different job. Horrible customer service.

VERY LOW STAFFED!! Don't even think about going inside the store, it will take longer. The seating area was really dirty too (probably because there is like 3 staff members) Ordered online yesterday but literally didn't have any of the donuts I ordered when they said my order was ready for pickup?? Even when we called no one answered the phone yesterday so we had to do a mobile pickup.

They were completely closed at 7:50 pm even though they are suppose to be open until 8. Was just looking for gift cards. Went to drive through and said they had no cash, i said great, i will pay by credit card. Gor a dirty look.....

The counter that they make your food on is absolutely disgusting. Looks like they haven’t even cleaned it since the night before. They give you attitude when they get your order wrong not to mention you go inside and wait 10 minutes to even have then bat an eye at you. I ordered the simple stuffed bagel minis and a coffee only to have cheese all over the wrapper of my food when I did not order anything with cheese.

Laughable how slow and incompetent the staff is at this location. About 7 people working, however god forbid you go inside. The workers inside of Dunkin’ Donuts locations along with McDonald’s only care about the drive thru. I placed an online order 40 minutes ago, app told me it was ready. I show up inside the store all the associates are in the back, all 7 of them see me walk in and continue to ignore me. Then I tell them the name of my order (after waiting nearly ten mins for someone to walk over) and the lady looks down and the machine that spits out to go orders and rips my receipt fresh off the machine. NO ONE EVEN LOOKED AT IT YET UNTIL THAT MOMENT. incompetent derelicts is all fast food joints can find anymore. Overworking and underpaying their employees and they tell them to ignore customers who actually take the time to park their cars because god forbid someone doesn’t want to eat inside their cars.

This morning we ordered a coffee cake muffin and a pumpkin muffin. The coffee cake muffin was very good as always. The pumpkin muffin had no trace of pumpkin. It was not the usual color, flavor or consistency. Huge disappointment!!! Additionally my coffee decaf coffee was not hot.

March 2023 update: DITCH THE SELF SERVE TERMINALS. You've inflated your prices. You've decreased most portion sizes. Now you're trying to remove one of the few options for employment many people have? Your coffee and food are not that great. You won't be missed Here's how low they have sunk: i ordered 12 donuts. 6 of 1 kind, 2 of each of 3 other kinds. Before I ordered, I asked what they had and chose from them. My daughter was hoping for one they didn't have, but it was late. She said she saw them from the drive thru. We get to the window and they charged us about $4 too much. I questioned the price, and she gave us a receipt. It would seem they charged us based on each variety of donut. Fair enough. Honest mistake...until you count the 10 donuts they actually gave us. We go back and walk in to fix it. It required phone calls and explanations of why we are saying we were overcharged. And wouldn't you know it? My 7 year old was right. They had her donuts. If she can see that from outside, through a tinted truck window, what's the excuse of that kid who feels they've earned that $15.50 per hour? Dunkin is truly losing its luster. Don't get me started on the pieces of trash they use as cups. Bad enough they killed the foam cups and the coffee gets cold after 15 minutes (if the lid stays on that long) but now they've also changed the lids. No more cover on the opening of the lid. Super. My guess is another price hike is also in the near future plans. 12/8/2020 ADDENDUM: Yet another coffee with the lid not installed correctly and now is part of my truck interior. $15.75 an hour, huh?

I left this store in tears today January 1st 2026 because the lady, and i say that lightly, at the register, was laughing at me due to the fact i have no teeth and it was plain to see! I had gastric bypass surgery many years ago so i could run n play with my daughter as she grew. Unfortunately i lost my teeth from malnutrition which is very common and i physically cannot wear dentures without surgery on my jaw and a few implants to hold them in place. This is going to cost me thousands of dollars which i will not have for a few more years. So make sure when you visit this store you look up to their standards b4 you spend any money or you might leave feeling as ugly as i do. Happy New Years.

Pulled in at just after 3am. No one there. Went through drive through. Ordered a large iced. The guy asked again what size I said large. Then ordered a sausage and cheese sandwich. Had to repeat no egg 3 time. Then he asked medium or large again for coffee. Said large. Pulled up. Girl charged me. Went to hand me a medium. I said I specified a couple times large. She said I'll have to charge you the difference. Fine. She qent to remake. Got sandwich. Had egg. Guy went to remake it. Sigh. Finally brought sandwich. He stared at me. Explained I was still waiting on coffee. Finally got coffee. Asked for both receipts please. Couldn't provide after trying for 6 minutes. Something about cant reprint. Sigh. I think pink hair girl has dye leaking into her brain. I gave up and left. Terrible service. Staff are a bunch of potatoes. Donuts and coffee are clearly too advanced for them.

I would give this place a negative 10 if I was able to go any lower than one star you can never purchase food or drinks and sit inside and enjoy your meal because the workers at this establishment allow people to just congregate inside the dining area they don't purchase no products and very obnoxious the same group of people every day me and my significant other have been coming here for the past 6 months and yet to be able to sit down and enjoy our coffee and donut. Continuously everyday it's the same group of individuals that spend their entire day sitting in this establishment not purchasing nothing they are so loud and obnoxious you can't even hear it's a place your order properly I have brought this issue to the manager multiple times and was ignored about my concerns about why I spend over $20 a day and cannot sit down and enjoy my food

I went through the drive-thru and placed my usual order, which included a 3-count of the Halloween munchkins. However, I only received one glazed munchkin instead. I went inside to speak with the staff at the front counter (on 10/24/25 at 7:26am), but they treated me as if I was being dishonest. There was no apology, and the service was quite rude overall. I used to visit this Dunkin almost every morning, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

I like Dunkin' coffee, on my way to work I stopped at this branch and ordered my coffee as usual, large, BLACK 5 sugar, I drove to my destination and when I opened it to start enjoying it, surprise, instead of sugar they put cream, I am very upset, I only ask your manager to pay attention to how they are serving their customers, you have already ruined my entire day and I will never buy from you again and every time I pass by your store I will remember that once you gave me my wrong coffee.

I came to Dunkin at 10:18 on March no receipt was given, and it was like a shift change, and I placed the order and had a conversation with a person and when I got to the window, they didn’t even know my order and they gave me the wrong coffee and then the person who I guess apparently just came in on the shift was frustrated, but he gave me a plain coffee when I order a pistachio coffee with French vanilla liquid sugar, and cream. They gave me a coffee with no sugar, no cream, no flavor whatsoever and then have the worst customer service in the world because they made a mistake!
