While we're still working to perfect our menu offerings, we strive to provide hot and fresh food that meets the high standards of a McDonald's restaurant. Food was not delicious. I stand in line for 45 minutes just to get a hello how are you doing? Service not awesome. Really was trying to get myself a McFlurry gang. I can never share the story with anybody. I was trying to get myself a McFlurry what all of a sudden this woman with just a bra and panties on walked in here, walked past me and got themselves a double McFlurry could never I mean treating women better than men is crazy And the end of the story I just really wanted McFlurry
Very large parking lot, little shady areas however. Super clean, very personable staff who’ll offer a “Have a nice day” once you’re handed your food order. Didn’t utilize/check out the restroom, nor did I take notice of seating/occupancy. All in all it was a rather enjoyable experience as my order was completed with a friendly, efficient staff. Highly recommend this fast food restaurant over the nearby Jack In the Box and Carl’s Jr fast food outfits.
I don’t expect a lot of McDonald’s anymore and I can say this stores proved me wrong. From first entering the store to leaving people were kind and willing to help! The staff this morning made my day. The food was great too! Refreshing to see these days!
Every single time I pull into the drive thru it has been a pleasant experience..i don't think there was one time that they didn't make sure the order was correct and also always ready to take my order asking if I was going to use my Mobil app. everytime they are always thoughtful on making sure the orders are correct and I like how fast they move the line. The workers are always working hard in there and I appreciate the speedy service. Thank you.
I am visiting from out of town and took my granddaughters here for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the very kind customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff was very polite and I honestly feel I received better service here than any restaurant I’ve visited in the last few months. I’ve definitely never experienced customer service like this at any other McDonalds. I wish I had gotten the sweet ladies name that waited on us but I would definitely come back. Our food was brought to our table, our trash was picked up, it was a very nice experience. Bathrooms were clean too!
This place is quite different. The staff at this McDonald's will walk up to your seat and ask if you need any extra sauce, much like the service you’d receive in a restaurant. They do this for many customers, as I observed. What’s remarkable is that the staff members aren’t tipped, yet they still provide this level of service. I’ve visited many McDonald’s locations, but only this one offers such exceptional service. I bet you'll want to return again and again just because of their kindness and respect.

The experience overall was ok, the food hot and fresh which good for McDonald’s. The two complaints we had was we were required to order through a kiosk rather than a register with an actual person and every table was dirty in the restaurant. One huge plus, the individual that brought us our food was incredibly nice and went above and beyond.
Blah busy loud not relaxing ... yet the staff is extremely courteous, very caring & try to be helpful as possible & they sometimes go the extra mile / cramped & crowded no atmosphere whatsoever / food has always been mediocre/ THEIR 🍨 DESSERT ITEMS ARE MUCH BETTER & ARE FUN TO EAT. Took over 30 minutes and no food. It turns out they lost our order. However, the manager redid it, but it still took awhile.
When we were there, because it's a depressed area, there were a lot of homeless and sketchy people in the restaurant. The employees however, seemed to be nice, clean cut, courteous young people.

This is one of the restaurants that want to go full digital. They don't even have the menu up behind the cask registers. You must use the digital Kiosk. It difficult and we made mistakes. Horrible experience. No more going to Mc Donald's.

No service. All talking and playing around. No one would take my order. I waited almost 10 minutes
Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before anyone took our order or anyone elses order. Slow and unapologetic. Very unprofessional.

I bought a large combo, but they couldn’t give me any sauce — they wanted to charge me 30 cents! That’s ridiculous, because I paid 11 bucks for this damn combo. Why can’t I get a free sauce with my large fries? Shame on McDonald’s! I don’t recommend eating here — go across the street to a normal restaurant or Jack in the Box instead.
This location is terrible. It's amazing they haven't gone out of business like they should. The customer service is sub par. Made a mobile order and for some reason it didn't go through. Showed the illiterate cashier my order on the app as well as my email receipt to just get the dear in the headlights look. No help just a shoulder shrug and said oh well and ignored me until I finally stop the manager Marty who was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. He told the cashier to comp my order from the receipt and still didn't even get the order right so I just went with the happy meal for my grandson. It amazes me to see the employees jumping though hoops for a guy who t washrowing was throwing a fit for his order and that he payed with his EBT card; yet your employees can't treat and help a American Veteran the same fevor and zeal. The employees here have a serious lack of experience and attention to actual customer service just a shrug and oh well sorry for your luck..
Food quality is really bad. I had ordered Spicy Chicken burger meal. Drinks and fries are fine, the point I started eating burger it was RAW! It seems to catch up delivery time, they forgot to cook it. Such a bad experience!
Plastic in my sundae. No sense of customer satisfaction. Didn’t receive a receipt and couldn’t get any help from employees they had to get the manager! Very disappointed in my experience.
I understand it's a fast food place, but how much lower must my expectations be? 🤷♂️ I asked for a triple cheeseburger only ketchup and cheese. I suppose the person making sandwich must of miss this? 🤷♂️ Of course the person bagging couldn't of seen it either as they put it in the bag? 🤷♂️ Crazy, honestly I somehow notice how rough it look before I even open up the wrapper. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
