Very clean, very fast and efficient service, the staff is extremely nice especially a young man named Max. Very enthusiastic and kind.

When I entered, the place was clean and really well placed. We got their and we didn’t get attended. We waited and the service was really slow and rude. And where out of essential ingredient.

What happen to the size of the subways, I use to grab it with two hands and now I hold it in one, it was too skinny and the churro was way too dry and toasted, sorry but no more subway for me. Get this right I do not blame the employee, is their system that fails
We bought 2 monster subs close to 40 ford 2 subs. Ordered on the app. They forgot to put bacon in the subs. I called and they told me to take them back. So that meant I had to spend extra money on going to their establishment on gas just for them to correct their mistake. If you go there check your subs. They are very expensive for subway not to make a sub the way they should.
This is the third time I come to this Subway and they are out of bread. How does a subway run out of bread? They also never have those specialty teas I like so much. You are better off making the trip to the Fabens Subway.
Just like the previous review stated, they ran out of bread...again. They told me 30 mins through the app, when arrived they hadnt even began the sandwich. Kinda defeats the purpose of a mobile order.
I visited this location a month, ago and the lady that works there got my sandwich wrong.I decided to give it a second chance with the evening crew.And the guy working there got both mine and mine partners sandwiches wrong again.Sorry to say ever since the pandamic started and their not being watched. Making the sandwiches, they dont care how they come out or what is asked for.I would suggest go somewhere else.👎👎👎
Ordered on line for pickup. They didn't follow any instructions on my order. I asked for my meal toasted and got it cold then they forgot to give my husband the rest of my meal. It seems like you guys can't read and follow instructions. Very disappointed
I love coming here but I had to wait 30 minutes to get at least the meat and cheese on it because of the new girl but the other one was really fast I've been coming here for at least 10 years and I never had to wait this long
We made our order online for pick up. When we got ur food and brought it home. They had nothing right. No cheese on almost all the sandwiches. Asked for Mayo n got something else completely different. Husband got an entirely different sandwich then he asked for. Never going back. Make sense why it's dead all the time

Ordered to go. Met with horrible customer service by two girls. Instructed me to the incorrect order to pick up on shelf then had the attitude to say that I have to check the name in a sarcastic manner, when they told me to grab the order on second shelf. Horrible attitude that's why they'll continue to make minimum to low wages..
The only reason I stopped going there is because they never have honey green tea and when you ask if they're going to brew anymore, they say they're out of it. The truth is they don't want to start a new batch because they start to get ready for closing time at 5PM. I'm not the only one who complaints about this. As it is, meals are 10 bucks or more.
