Burger King nunca falla. Anteriormente estaba bastante descuidado y no parecía nada higienico. Recientemente lo han remodelado y parece otro. El ambiente se siente más amigable y agradable. Me encanta la combinación de colores que se agregó. Siempre podrás encontrar paquetes muy económicos y super llenadores. Mi favorito siempre ha sido 5x55, una gran opción. Aunque lo manejan por temporadas.

el lugar tiene muy buen servicio,es rápido en todo desde el pedido asta la entrega tiene variedad y diferentes paquetes; solo que el ambiente se pone un poquito pesado ya que el clima con que cuenta no lo tienen bien hacia demaciado calor y observé y manejan una temperatura de 33° en los equipos cuando debería ser de por lo menos a 24 ya que el exterior la temperatura osila entre los 34° y no enciende el interior se siente muy caliente.

Se olvidan de dar limpieza a las mesas y uno como cliente tiene que limpiar para comer de mejor manera.

Pedí la hamburguesa mas grande y cara (según) y me entregan una hamburguesa tamaño miniatura, es un abuso y robo ya.

La comida no es de buena calidad, la preparación muy simple, costos altos. Es más comercial y pago por el logo.

I don't know what's going on with the person serving me. I even felt bad about buying from them. I don't see the reason for such rudeness and even raising their voice. I'm a student and I've also worked, so I'm always polite in any restaurant, but the service made me feel bad about buying from them. They should have a more attentive branch manager. I understand that sometimes there are difficult or demanding customers, but I don't see why everyone should be treated so badly.

We know it's not a 5-star restaurant, and the food or "craving" you get here might not be as appreciated once you're used to the previous service model. That "experience" of being able to customize your Subway to your liking loses its unique touch now that the meal is pre-assembled; you can no longer add anything beyond what's already included. Being able to choose the bread and toppings gave you that feeling of being the one preparing it.

Debes poner atención a tu ticket ya que te dicen que te regalaran algún postre o snack y luego cuando revisas tu ticket ahí te lo están cobrando. Te agregan cosas que no pides y te lo cobran y solo te dice que viene de regalo.

Hoy 16/10/25 orden del servicio 384616 qcuidi a la surcudal del centro de coatzacolaocs tardaron en entregar la orden era para lleva y no me dieron mis papas de las tres ordenes que pedí, no se vale pq pague 423 pesos

Terrible service. They don't adhere to their service hours, they start closing much earlier than scheduled, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. I've never given a 1-star review before, but if there were a 0-star option, that would be it. Worse service than at Parisina.

The worst service I've ever received. I made a purchase today at 8:10 a.m., and the three guys who were there saw me walk in and their faces were filled with disgust. While preparing the food, the guy also made faces when I placed my order. Not a hello or a thank you. The worst service ever.

I ordered 4 Subway out of 15 through Didi food and they sent them to me cold without the dressings I asked for and another type of bread 🍞 , it's 6, it's a shame that being the only Subway left in Coatzacoalcos, they don't put effort into customer service and the service they offer.

Terrible service. I take the bus here every Sunday and stopped buying because of the poor service provided by a new guy. The previous ladies, even if it's a Sub from the packets, always ask me what vegetables to put in and what toppings, but this guy doesn't. Besides, every Sunday they start serving at 8:30, and the sign says 8:00 a.m. I don't know why the service at this branch has changed. At every branch I go to, the service is very different and pleasant. There are three people here, and they serve you reluctantly and give you whatever they want. They're making a lot of mistakes. The service here isn't adequate. You approach them politely, and they're rude. Very poor service.

They have the worst service of any Subway restaurant I've visited in the country. They don't ask you what vegetables or bread you want, and they tell you how you want it. They give you whatever the waitress wants. Added to this is the lack of friendliness when serving, resulting in the most bland and disgusting Subway restaurant I've ever bought from this franchise. I recommend not buying here; I'd rather spend my money on food elsewhere.

The company's official website features a post from this branch advertising a 2-for-1 promotion at Footlong (August 28, 2024), but upon arrival, employees stated it was invalid. Please resolve these issues on your website or provide your employees with proper guidance regarding promotions. This situation, where both parties pass the buck and refuse to take responsibility for their published content, only reflects poorly on the company and makes it seem unprofessional.

I travel frequently, and every time I go to this Subway, they invariably tell me they only have salads. No matter what time I go. And when you order a salad, they don't have olive oil (which they do at other Subways) or pepper to put on it. It's a Subway that never has Subways, and when you order a salad, all you can add are sweet dressings. And the worst part is, it's not cheap.

Every time I go, they're missing something—ingredients, chicken, bread—they say they don't have this or that, they tell me to wait an hour, or they simply have nothing. Why even have a place open if they can never sell you anything at all? Does the supervisor at this franchise not do their job, or are they simply not interested in selling? Beware of their employees; they have a terrible attitude toward customer service. They're the kind of employees who seem only interested in getting paid for the week, and whether or not they sell anything, whether they meet their targets, or even providing good customer service is of no concern to them.

I arrived at 8:00 PM and was told they were out of stock, that the unloading was outside and that I should come back at 9:30 PM. I returned at 9:30 PM, and they told me they were arranging the unloading... that they were out of service. It's a shame there's only one location in Coatza. They're blatantly losing sales.

I think the service is bad. April 30, 2023, 9:30 PM. They refused to sell me their products because they said they didn't have bread, when in fact they did, and they indicated that I had to wait 40 minutes to 1 hour for the bread to be available because it needed to cool down.

I just ordered a $15 chicken parmesan sub with manchego cheese and they sent it to me without chicken or cheese. I have a tomato, lettuce, and pepper sub with marinara sauce. It's outrageous!

The staff's attitude is terrible... They're there, and while I'm waiting for my bus, two people have already been turned away. Even though there are two girls, they say the bread just came out. I don't know if the staff are their enemies...
