As a local in Ramona Denny's is my main stay. I am always treated really well and they remember you here. My only complaint, and it is not this locations fault, is the spaghetti diner has been removed from the Denny's menu everywhere 😢 I do appreciate this location and will continue to go there.

The food and service was great. I was able to enjoy breakfast with my son and a friend which is mainly what I ask of Dennys. This location is pretty popular on weekends so expect a wait. However this time around we were sat quickly and the hostess was very nice.

I really like the convenience of this Denny's it's located right on the 5 freeway on the exit and the entrance so if you're coming from Los Angeles to Orange county this is the best Denny's to go to. The food was amazing the service was great this is how a Denny's should be. I will definitely be coming back here again.

5/5! Out of all the Dennys we’ve been to, this is the best one! The food is amazing, but the service is even better. Letty and the chef, Hector have provided the best service I have received from any Denny’s restaurant! We come here 2-3 times a week only because of the amazing service. Although it’s not the closest Denny’s to our house, the drive is completely worth it. We would strongly recommend giving them a try when you’re in the area. Be sure to ask for Letty!

Our place to eat after we go out and enjoy the night life, we have a great time hanging out with friends and catching up on things! The staff puts up with our loud joy and we enjoy spending time there. The food hits the spot every time.

Denny,s. My old favorite place to crash and eat a Grand slam after working a 16 hour shift. Their stiff coffee and soft pancakes kept me awake and got me home on many a cold and shity night. God bless you guys, your doings the lords work for $2.99.

We were out late at night and decided to have a late night dinner at this Denny's. We are so happy we stopped. The service was so friendly and kind. It was not crowded and they have a large parking lot. We had a grand slam and a burger and it was cooked perfectly and served hot. Their Coffee was also great. This Denny's have servers that can speak both English and Spanish, so you can pick. They are just super. Have fun.

This is my local Denny's used to visit a lot but stop going due to the decline of service and quality of the food but in my most recent visit a couple of days ago the place has dramatically improved both in the service and quality of the food. The time of my visit was after midnight which is when I normally visit and again the new staff were terrific from the server to the cook hopefully they keep them around for a while definitely be returning get more often.

Had the munchies. Came into the restaurant hungry. This server named Yareli was my server, and she was a trooper. She literally gave me the food exactly how I wanted it. Another thing too, I also fell and hit my head but Yareli swooped in like Superman and caught me. I owe this woman my life. I would catch a bullet for Yareli. I would fight a giant dinosaur for Yareli. If you go to Denny’s ask for Yareli. The savior of worlds.

This Denny's is really the true idea of a roadside diner. It is by the 5 freeway and a hotel. Pretty empty when we arrived. We were seated quickly and our server came within minutes. We got our food within 10 minutes. Chocolate chip pancakes, turkey sandwich, chicken bourbon and it was good.

Our server was great. It was a little packed and still got our food pretty quick. The food I thought had great seasoning and the portion’s were a lot better than ihop ! It was six of us and everyone thought their food was well seasoned and warm. Overall food was great worth the money! Definitely going back. The ihop we went to last time raised there prices and gave us less food which sucked. But this Dennys gives you big portions which we loved since other restaurants give you less portions and charge more. Hope this helps!

They made us feel at home from the moment we came in the door. Our server, DaniLu was attentive, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She checked on us frequently and was able to handle our quirky sense of humor. Allen the manager, went to every table and ensured that each guest felt welcomed. He even tended to our table with refills. Allen definitely gave a family feel to the environment and I appreciate a manager who can be the foundation for hospitality. I'd definitely go back when I'm in the area.

Every time we come to this Denny's, Letty and Hector go above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience. Letty is always welcoming, attentive, and quick to take care of anything we need, and Hector consistently makes sure our food comes out hot and delicious. It's rare to find such great service and consistency these days, but they truly make this location stand out. We don’t even get service like this at high-end restaurants. When we went to have lunch the air conditioning wasn't working and there wasn't any ice for drinks or shakes. There was only one waitress on the floor for the entire time but, at least we got to eat. So, anything hot was a go and that meant mozzarella sticks and boneless chicken wings! Yummy! It was a quick fix and a light price. The LA traffic was unbearable that Saturday in July and, I just couldn't take the bumper to bumper movement anymore.

My friend and I went for breakfast after church. The 55+ sausage, bacon, eggs and pancakes was delicious and very filling. We will probably go back there soon.

It's an American classic. Food was cooked properly and actually tasted great. Plus side is I didn't get food poisoning like I did at a couple of Denny's in Hemet, CA that were summarily closed down due to so many cases (the remaining one that's open does everything right, so I go there when I'm in the area)

Good place to stop by when traveling. Stopped by early in the morning since we were traveling back north and also needed a place to change our little one and to eat. Found out that they had a changing table as well, so it was a win win.

Place is nice, the only thing about this place is they are always short of staff, sometimes only one person. Is doing serving, cashier and all tables... What a wonderful experience. Staff were amazing and so were the food. Fantastic old style American diner experience. Had the Italian sampler and was impressed by the meatballs. Club sandwich was good too.

This is by far my favorite Denny’s in the morning. There’s practically no one ever here. They’re food always taste fresh, the service is always excellent. Alma our regular server, is the best. She’s always on top of what we need. Extremely friendly person. Parking here is really good in the mornings. But tends to get a little harder in the afternoon. Overall this is a perfect early Monday breakfast restaurant. And they’re value meals are cheap.

Came to eat with my wife the other day and everything was wonderful great service clean restaurant everything great. Only thing that kind of bothered us was that mi wife works at Denny's and was denied an Denny's employee discount, I can understand they might be different franchises but overall they are Denny's and it's disappointing they don't see it that way. The burgers were delicious. Juicy and perfectly cooked. The server was pleasant. She was even quick to change the order I had placed by mistake. The restaurant itself had an Old Vegas Casino musk to it that wasn't pleasant but not bad enough to ruin our evening. Overall, we all enjoyed our meal and the burgers were so big that we all had leftovers.

Located right off the 5 FWY off Triggs St. with plenty of parking. We stopped here after an event at the Commerce Casino on Friday night and were seated immediately. All staff we encountered were very polite and friendly, including our server 'Leticia'. I ordered their 'Country Fried Steak' with no gravy, mashed potatoes, and broccoli as sides. My food tasted okay but not as fresh, especially the broccoli, which was a bit soggy. Denny's continues to have fair prices. The restaurant was organized, but the menus could use a little wiping as they felt a bit sticky. The restrooms have an odd sewer smell. It could be because this seems to be an older building. Overall, we had a good dinner experience, though. We were not rushed at all and enjoyed quality family time.

There wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant for a Tuesday afternoon. Server wasn't around a lot as they should. Discount for kids it's on this day and one order more than $6.00 for adult is one kid free entree. Experience could had been better.

This dennys is right off the freeway so pretty easy to access, however once inside it was pretty dirty, the table and chairs felt sticky and the place is full of ants. We came around 5pm and it was empty, there was nobody inside. The wait for the food was about average, a little longer than I expected considering we were the only people inside but nothing too bad. The food was ok, I ordered the choconana pancake breakfast and it was really tasty, the quality was about the same as other dennys restaurants. I saw some reviews complained about the water and dirty cups and utensils but we had clean cups and silverware and regular restaurant water. Overall I'd say it was an average dennys diner experience but they really need to take better care in cleaning and get rid of the ant infestation.

We waited about 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order. I'm glad I speak Spanish because she spoke no English. She didn't even understand the name of the plate I was ordering. I ordered a sampler platter. I expected it to come out first since it's an appetizer. We ordered drinks. I watched her standing there filling up cups for about 30 minutes. She finally came back with everything at the same time. The food was good, not spectacular, just good. Then she disappeared again. My husband left two pick up something from our house and came back. She still hadn't come by our table by the time he got back. I was seriously thinking of walking out without paying. It was frustrating but we paid. We didn't finish our food because we couldn't get the condiments we wanted. We couldn't take our left overs because that waitress never showed up.

First off, the food was actually good and we didn't have to wait too long to be seated. There were two things that could be improved, one is the server didn't look like she was having a good day or she just needs a little more training on customer service. For one, she spilled the coffee when refilling and second, we asked two separate times for water no ice and she brought them with ice 🤦‍♂️. I ordered the Sothwestern Benny Breakfast and it was prepared with one egg instead of two (see photo). It looks like two eggs but it's just the egg white covered with Hollandaise sauce on top of the other muffin. I had to wait for them to make it correctly, but it was really good and the presentation was much better too. Totally worth the wait 👌

We needed to eat after a long night and a long day of driving ahead of us... coming here was a mistake. We got a dirty coffee mug. Sad looking food. And not to mention we got regular bacon instead of turkey bacon , ( also it was chewy ) . We got partially cut, partially buttered toast. I was just disappointed. They won’t even allow you to get a cup of hot water for free. They want to charge you four dollars as a tea depending on what shift you go some people give you the water. Some people won’t these people need to learn Customer Service because at the end of the day, I’m still buying a smoothie to appease the cost of free water, but they want to be cheap and it’s making them lose business.

Tried calling this one before I left home and 3or 4 times en route only to get a busy signal, before I walked in the door I redialed the restaurant proceeded to go up to the cash register to order my food and ask the server how come they don't answer the phone and I look down and the phone was off the hook and it said an hour and 47 minutes and counting, and she didn't even put it back on the hook when I noticed!

We came here expecting good manners and a friendly welcome however, the manager looked at us from bottom to top. It felt uncomfortable unwelcoming and disrespectful. The way he told us “ for how many?” He said it twice but with a rude gesture and manner. My family and I felt the rudeness from this manager so we decided to leave and go to a different Dennys (Pico Rivera Dennys , very good service and did not receive a rude treatment). We wanted to give them a second chance. Today, we wanted to go to eat but the manager is the same. He seems so unprofessional and seems to be inexperienced. Though the food is good, the service is carried by their servers (and those three stars are for the servers)we just can’t forget that look and that attitude that we could see anytime he talks to someone. The food is so bad...and no service...

I was entering the subject location for a meal while transit between Vacaville and San Diego, I had stopped for a meal, when I overheard an employee tell another customer the restrooms were closed because there was no running water. Given the lack of water available, how is the restaurant able to continue food services? How is the staff able to wash their hands or dishes? I immediately turned around and left. Dennys needs to do better!

They messed up my order, took back, gave me same cold fries back and same bread but in pieces. Looks like they did not care. Not going back.

Took 15 minutes for anyone to come over and seat me or even acknowledge I was there. Server didn't speak any English at all and couldn't figure out my order, had to ask for the pen and paper to write my order and give to the kitchen. Kitchen was BLASTING horrible music as loud as they could, and food came out cold and took forever.

So it was about 3am in the morning when I came in to eat, it was decently busy about 4 groups so I understood there might be a wait time seeing there was only 2 waiters. They were able to take my order after 10mins, another group ended up showing up and got seated fast and got their order taken care of. I was still waiting for my food when the group that came after me got their food first! I was livid but didn't want to make a scene so I went up to the waiters and told them I would only be paying for my chocolate shake since my food never came out. Waiter looks back and sees my food just sitting there and suggested I take it to go but I am a field supervisor for private security and don't like eating in the patrol until since it might get dirty. I've worked in the food industry before and never have seen such bad service but in the end I thought it was a funny interaction in the end but left really hungry. If you want to watch other people eat while you starve yourself, this is the place!

I came in to have the new endless breakfast. We came in confused since no one had bothered to ask us dine in or "how many people". We waited until one of the employees asked me. I said 2 people and then we were seated at a table that was dirty. The host did clean it, and once it was clean we sat down. The host left and decided to help someone else and then gave us menus. She kept on passing by and looking at us but never bothered to ask us if we wanted anything. She finally came to us and asked if we needed anything so my friend and i asked for coffee i was about to ask for more food but she quickly left. We waited more time and we interrupted her when she was helping someone else and ask for more food but before i could tell her to change the way our eggs were made she left! She had came back to help someone else and after she helped that person i asked her if it was possible to change the way our eggs were made and she rudely said "i already ordered your food, shouldve told me earlier." My friend and i both looked at each other and we said ok. We got our food but my friend didnt get utensials. So we waited again and the asked and finally after finishing our food. We are waiting again and its been 15mins since we finished and we are waiting for our check. Bad service and idk if our host didnt like us or something.

Our family arrived for breakfast around 10:30AM. We were seated and our drink orders were taken (6 of us) fairly quickly. We waited for about 10-15 minutes for the server to come back for our order. We were sitting in a booth directly across from the bathroom when we saw 2 female employees walking out of the bathroom and one had on an apron still. If you ever saw Johnson Family Vacation, I don't need to say anymore! We all got up, and walked out. Not very sanitary.

Took my 94 year old grandmother and my 73 year old aunt to breakfast here after my grandmother was fasting for some blood drawn. Had a horrible experience from our server. Seemed they were understaffed so had to go seat ourselves. When the waitress which according to the receipt was name Jamie came to take my order she already seemed to have an attitude. I ordered the salted caramel french toast and she asked if I wanted either bacon or sausage with the order. I took a look at the menu and showed her that it clearly states that it came with 2 pcs ea of bacon and sausage. It sounded like she didn’t pay attention or for some reason chose to ignore me. And left until she brought our orders. Of course mine was wrong, she had brought over the salted caramel pancakes. And so I told her that my order was wrong. She looked annoyed and rolled her eyes and snatched the plate from the table. This was already kinda frustrating, and i should of left then. But again i was here more for my grandma. When she brought the new plate over i notice that of course only had 2 sausages with it. Again I reminded her that my order came with 2 bacon and 2 sausage. And she snatched the plate again. And exclaimed “Okay but it doesn’t come with hash browns!” And proceeded to finally being my order correctly. It would of been ok if that was it. Im willing to let bygones be bygones. After all they seemed understaffed again. But it looked like we started to get ignored after that by the whole wait staff. Even after telling 2 other workers my grandma and aunt wanted a refill on their coffee (and you know $3+ for 1 serving in their tiny cup is ridiculous) they simply ignored me when I tried to ask for a refill. Our server Jamie was running all over the place and whenever she walked past or near our table she would choose to turn away/ look away. My grandmother and aunt started to get upset as well, so we decided to go. Of course Jamie came rushing over when we asked to get our check and brought the coffee too, but too little too late. My grandma and aunt were already heading out and upset. Really this is just terrible service and it made me very upset not only being ignored and disrespected but for my family to be as well. By the way in the middle of rushing around she managed to talk and flirt with a pair of old white gentlemen for like 5 mins while we were still waiting for some coffee. Don’t know if we will ever be back. Maybe hit up a different Dennys. Would be good if their manager was paying attention but perhaps these people are overworked and angry and so pushing that on to the customers.

The manager is extremely rude here. I asked for a table for 8 people so we were seated by the host. Then within a couple mins the manager came around and told us we were going to have to leave because some people from our party hadn't arrived yet. I understand it's busy but when we arrived half the restaurant was empty and the manger should have acted professionally and not gotten so upset. I was trying to enjoy my time and I have never been disrespected like this at a Dennys before. He was so loud other customers were looking at him as he practically yelled at us, I was embarassed. The manager here needs to reevaluate himself because if he speaks to customers the way he spoke to my family today he shouldn't be working in this type of fast paced work environment.

Today, my friends and I had breakfast at this Denny’s. After eating and spending over $60+ and tipping our waitress. She came over to our table and told us that the owner was there and that he told her if we didn’t order more food that we had to leave because we were taking too long. I can probably understand if the restaurant was busy and people were waiting to be seated but that was not the case. We are paying customers and we had travelled more than 2.5 hours to meet up! I will not be coming back to this Denny’s again! RUDE!

Alma M. Kindly ignored me a couple times and it was when I needed a refill on my oj the most . Had no water , it was like if she knew what she was doing !

My order wasn’t ready when I arrived, It said on the online tracker it was ready but when I actually got there it wasn’t.. my order was wrong as well 👎🏼 I ordered the strawberry shortcake pancakes and got blueberry, strawberry & banana pancakes 😑 so much for my pregnancy cravings.. on top of that the waitress tried to double charge me for my order.. I had already paid online and she was trying to charge me again while at the restaurant.

Place was ok. But it was so hot inside. It's like AC didn’t work well. And by the way, we had to wait like 30 min. To be seated even when there were few customers at that time. It was before 10 pm

Upsetting. I placed and online order and went to pickup. When i get home there is no strawberries. I payed extra for strawberries with my French Toast. I call the Dennys and no pick up. Very disappointed. Am I suppose to open up all my food to make sure everything is accurate. Noooo.

$46.71 for a dirty table, frozen broccoli still cold like I could feel the ice, and no coffee refills. We waited for over 20 minutes for a refill until the clerk said something to a waitress in Spanish. When I was a waitress, we were taught 3 times refills and ask if anyone wants water) Well, my coffee got super cold I had about half a cup left. The new broccoli comes back to my table partially cold and partially warmed up. Not enough butter on toast. I'm used to coming to this Denny's for over a decade, all of a sudden service stinks? It was a few months ago, I got charcoal in my omelette on a to go order here, then this poor service today? Customer service is not what it was before. $46.71 is super expensive for two small breakfast without refills. It's hard to make money nowadays. Service should be superior. No wonder so many restaurants are closing in the USA. Please do better.
